Psalms 59	Salmos 59
Psalms 59:1 For the Chief Musician; [set to] Al-tashheth. [A Psalm] of David. Michtam. Deliver me from mine enemies, O my God: Set me on high from them that rise up against me.	Salmos 59:1 Livra-me, Deus meu, dos meus inimigos; protege-me daqueles que se levantam contra mim.
Psalms 59:2 Deliver me from the workers of iniquity, And save me from the bloodthirsty men.	Salmos 59:2 Livra-me do que praticam a iniqüidade, e salva-me dos homens sanguinários.
Psalms 59:3 For, lo, they lie in wait for my soul; The mighty gather themselves together against me: Not for my transgression, nor for my sin, O Jehovah.	Salmos 59:3 Pois eis que armam ciladas à minha alma; os fortes se ajuntam contra mim, não por transgressão minha nem por pecado meu, ó Senhor.
Psalms 59:4 They run and prepare themselves without [my] fault: Awake thou to help me, and behold.	Salmos 59:4 Eles correm, e se preparam, sem culpa minha; desperta para me ajudares, e olha.
Psalms 59:5 Even thou, O Jehovah God of hosts, the God of Israel, Arise to visit all the nations: Be not merciful to any wicked transgressors. Selah	Salmos 59:5 Tu, ó Senhor, Deus dos exércitos, Deus de Israel, desperta para punir todas as nações; não tenhas misericórdia de nenhum dos pérfidos que praticam a iniqüidade.
Psalms 59:6 They return at evening, they howl like a dog, And go round about the city.	Salmos 59:6 Eles voltam à tarde, uivam como cães, e andam rodeando a cidade.
Psalms 59:7 Behold, they belch out with their mouth; Swords are in their lips: For who, [say they], doth hear?	Salmos 59:7 Eis que eles soltam gritos; espadas estão nos seus lábios; porque , quem ouve?
Psalms 59:8 But thou, O Jehovah, wilt laugh at them; Thou wilt have all the nations in derision.	Salmos 59:8 Mas tu, Senhor, te rirás deles; zombarás de todas as nações.
Psalms 59:9 [Because of] his strength I will give heed unto thee; For God is my high tower.	Salmos 59:9 Em ti, força minha, esperarei; pois Deus é o meu alto refúgio.
Psalms 59:10 My God with his lovingkindness will meet me: God will let me see [my desire] upon mine enemies.	Salmos 59:10 O meu Deus com a sua benignidade virá ao meu encontro; Deus me fará ver o meu desejo sobre os meus inimigos.
Psalms 59:11 Slay them not, lest my people forget: Scatter them by thy power, and bring them down, O Lord our shield.	Salmos 59:11 Não os mates, para que meu povo não se esqueça; espalha-os pelo teu poder, e abate-os ó Senhor, escudo nosso.
Psalms 59:12 [For] the sin of their mouth, [and] the words of their lips, Let them even be taken in their pride, And for cursing and lying which they speak.	Salmos 59:12 Pelo pecado da sua boca e pelas palavras dos seus lábios fiquem presos na sua soberba. Pelas maldições e pelas mentiras que proferem,
Psalms 59:13 Consume them in wrath, consume them, so that they shall be no more: And let them know that God ruleth in Jacob, Unto the ends of the earth. Selah	Salmos 59:13 consome-os na tua indignação; consome-os, de modo que não existem mais; para que saibam que Deus reina sobre Jacó, até os confins da terra.
Psalms 59:14 And at evening let them return, let them howl like a dog, And go round about the city.	Salmos 59:14 Eles tornam a vir à tarde, uivam como cães, e andam rodeando a cidade;
Psalms 59:15 They shall wander up and down for food, And tarry all night if they be not satisfied.	Salmos 59:15 vagueiam buscando o que comer, e resmungam se não se fartarem.
Psalms 59:16 But I will sing of thy strength; Yea, I will sing aloud of thy lovingkindness in the morning: For thou hast been my high tower, And a refuge in the day of my distress.	Salmos 59:16 Eu, porém, cantarei a tua força; pela manhã louvarei com alegria a tua benignidade, porquanto tens sido para mim uma fortaleza, e refúgio no dia da minha angústia.
Psalms 59:17 Unto thee, O my strength, will I sing praises: For God is my high tower, the God of my mercy.	Salmos 59:17 A ti, ó força minha, cantarei louvores; porque Deus é a minha fortaleza, é o Deus que me mostra benignidade.
