Psalms 49:1 For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of the sons of Korah. Hear this, all ye peoples; Give ear, all ye inhabitants of the world,	Псалтирь 49:1 ^^Начальнику хора. Сынов Кореевых. Псалом.^^ Слушайте сие, все народы; внимайте сему, все живущие во вселенной, --
Psalms 49:2 Both low and high, Rich and poor together.	Псалтирь 49:2 и простые и знатные, богатый, равно как бедный.
Psalms 49:3 My mouth shall speak wisdom; And the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.	Псалтирь 49:3 Уста мои изрекут премудрость, и размышления сердца моего--знание.
Psalms 49:4 I will incline mine ear to a parable: I will open my dark saying upon the harp.	Псалтирь 49:4 Приклоню ухо мое к притче, на гуслях открою загадку мою:
Psalms 49:5 Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, When iniquity at my heels compasseth me about?	Псалтирь 49:5 `для чего бояться мне во дни бедствия, [когда] беззаконие путей моих окружит меня?`
Psalms 49:6 They that trust in their wealth, And boast themselves in the multitude of their riches;	Псалтирь 49:6 Надеющиеся на силы свои и хвалящиеся множеством богатства своего!
Psalms 49:7 None [of them] can by any means redeem his brother, Nor give to God a ransom for him;	Псалтирь 49:7 человек никак не искупит брата своего и не даст Богу выкупа за него:
Psalms 49:8 (For the redemption of their life is costly, And it faileth for ever;)	Псалтирь 49:8 дорога цена искупления души их, и не будет того вовек,
Psalms 49:9 That he should still live alway, That he should not see corruption.	Псалтирь 49:9 чтобы остался [кто] жить навсегда и не увидел могилы.
Psalms 49:10 For he shall see it. Wise men die; The fool and the brutish alike perish, And leave their wealth to others.	Псалтирь 49:10 Каждый видит, что и мудрые умирают, равно как и невежды и бессмысленные погибают и оставляют имущество свое другим.
Psalms 49:11 Their inward thought is, [that] their houses [shall continue] for ever, [And] their dwelling-places to all generations; They call their lands after their own names.	Псалтирь 49:11 В мыслях у них, что домы их вечны, и что жилища их в род и род, и земли свои они называют своими именами.
Psalms 49:12 But man [being] in honor abideth not: He is like the beasts that perish.	Псалтирь 49:12 Но человек в чести не пребудет; он уподобится животным, которые погибают.
Psalms 49:13 This their way is their folly: Yet after them men approve their sayings. Selah	Псалтирь 49:13 Этот путь их есть безумие их, хотя последующие за ними одобряют мнение их.
Psalms 49:14 They are appointed as a flock for Sheol; Death shall be their shepherd; And the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; And their beauty shall be for Sheol to consume, That there be no habitation for it.	Псалтирь 49:14 Как овец, заключат их в преисподнюю; смерть будет пасти их, и наутро праведники будут владычествовать над ними; сила их истощится; могила--жилище их.
Psalms 49:15 But God will redeem my soul from the power of Sheol; For he will receive me. Selah	Псалтирь 49:15 Но Бог избавит душу мою от власти преисподней, когда примет меня.
Psalms 49:16 Be not thou afraid when one is made rich, When the glory of his house is increased.	Псалтирь 49:16 Не бойся, когда богатеет человек, когда слава дома его умножается:
Psalms 49:17 For when he dieth he shall carry nothing away; His glory shall not descend after him.	Псалтирь 49:17 ибо умирая не возьмет ничего; не пойдет за ним слава его;
Psalms 49:18 Though while he lived he blessed his soul (And men praise thee, when thou doest well to thyself,)	Псалтирь 49:18 хотя при жизни он ублажает душу свою, и прославляют тебя, что ты удовлетворяешь себе,
Psalms 49:19 He shall go to the generation of his fathers; They shall never see the light.	Псалтирь 49:19 но он пойдет к роду отцов своих, которые никогда не увидят света.
Psalms 49:20 Man that is in honor, and understandeth not, Is like the beasts that perish.	Псалтирь 49:20 Человек, который в чести и неразумен, подобен животным, которые погибают.
