|
| И сказал Господь Моисею и Аарону, говоря им: | And the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, |
| скажите сынам Израилевым: вот животные, которые можно вам есть из всего скота на земле: | Say to the children of Israel: These are the living things which you may have for food among all the beasts on the earth. |
| всякий скот, у которого раздвоены копыта и на копытах глубокий разрез, и который жует жвачку, ешьте; | You may have as food any beast which has a division in the horn of its foot, and whose food comes back into its mouth to be crushed again. |
| только сих не ешьте из жующих жвачку и имеющих раздвоенные копыта: верблюда, потому что он жует жвачку, но копыта у него не раздвоены, нечист он для вас; | But, at the same time, of those beasts, you may not take for food the camel, because its food comes back but the horn of its foot is not parted in two; it is unclean to you. |
| и тушканчика, потому что он жует жвачку, но копыта у него не раздвоены, нечист он для вас, | And the rock-badger, for the same reason, is unclean to you. |
| и зайца, потому что он жует жвачку, но копыта у него не раздвоены, нечист он для вас; | And the hare, because the horn of its foot is not parted in two, is unclean to you. |
| и свиньи, потому что копыта у нее раздвоены и на копытах разрез глубокий, но она не жует жвачки, нечиста она для вас; | And the pig is unclean to you, because though the horn of its foot is parted, its food does not come back. |
| мяса их не ешьте и к трупам их не прикасайтесь; нечисты они для вас. | Their flesh may not be used for food, and their dead bodies may not even be touched; they are unclean to you. |
| Из всех [животных], которые в воде, ешьте сих: у которых есть перья и чешуя в воде, в морях ли, или реках, тех ешьте; | These you may have for food of all things living in the water: anything living in the water, in the seas or rivers, which has special parts for swimming and skin formed of thin plates, may be used for food. |
| а все те, у которых нет перьев и чешуи, в морях ли, или реках, из всех плавающих в водах и из всего живущего в водах, скверны для вас; | All other things living and moving in the water, in the sea or in the rivers, are a disgusting thing to you; |
| они должны быть скверны для вас: мяса их не ешьте и трупов их гнушайтесь; | They may not be used for food, and their dead bodies are disgusting to you. |
| все [животные], у которых нет перьев и чешуи в воде, скверны для вас. | Anything in the water which has no special parts for swimming and no thin plates on its skin is disgusting to you. |
| Из птиц же гнушайтесь сих: орла, грифа и морского орла, | And among birds these are to be disgusting to you, and not to be used for food: the eagle and the gier-eagle and the ospray; |
| коршуна и сокола с породою его, | And the kite and the falcon, and birds of that sort; |
| всякого ворона с породою его, | Every raven, and birds of that sort; |
| страуса, совы, чайки и ястреба с породою его, | And the ostrich and the night-hawk and the sea-hawk, and birds of that sort; |
| филина, рыболова и ибиса, | And the little owl and the cormorant and the great owl; |
| лебедя, пеликана и сипа, | And the water-hen and the pelican and the vulture; |
| цапли, зуя с породою его, удода и нетопыря. | The stork and the heron, and birds of that sort, and the hoopoe and the bat. |
| Все [животные] пресмыкающиеся, крылатые, ходящие на четырех [ногах], скверны для нас; | Every winged four-footed thing which goes on the earth is disgusting to you; |
| из всех пресмыкающихся, крылатых, ходящих на четырех [ногах], тех только ешьте, у которых есть голени выше ног, чтобы скакать ими по земле; | But of the winged four-footed things, those which have long legs for jumping on the earth you may have for food; |
| сих ешьте из них: саранчу с ее породою, солам с ее породою, харгол с ее породою и хагаб с ее породою. | Such as all the different sorts of locust. |
| Всякое [другое] пресмыкающееся, крылатое, у которого четыре ноги, скверно для вас; | But all other winged four-footed things which go on the earth are disgusting to you. |
| от них вы будете нечисты: всякий, кто прикоснется к трупу их, нечист будет до вечера; | By these you will be made unclean; anyone touching their dead bodies will be unclean till evening: |
| и всякий, кто возьмет труп их, должен омыть одежду свою и нечист будет до вечера. | Whoever takes away the dead body of one of them is to have his clothing washed, and will be unclean till evening. |
| Всякий скот, у которого копыта раздвоены, но нет глубокого разреза, и который не жует жвачки, нечист для вас: всякий, кто прикоснется к нему, будет нечист. | Every beast, in the horn of whose foot there is not a complete division, and whose food does not come back, is unclean to you: anyone touching one of these will be unclean. |
| Из всех зверей четвероногих те, которые ходят на лапах, нечисты для вас: всякий, кто прикоснется к трупу их, нечист будет до вечера; | Any four-footed beast which goes on the ball of its foot, is unclean to you: anyone touching the dead body of one of these will be unclean till evening. |
| кто возьмет труп их, тот должен омыть одежды свои и нечист будет до вечера: нечисты они для вас. | Anyone who takes away the dead body of one of these is to have his clothing washed and be unclean till evening. |
| Вот что нечисто для вас из животных, пресмыкающихся по земле: крот, мышь, ящерица с ее породою, | And these are unclean to you among things which go low down on the earth; the weasel and the mouse and the great lizard, and animals of that sort; |
| анака, хамелеон, летаа, хомет и тиншемет, -- | And the ferret and the land crocodile and the lizard and the sand-lizard and the chameleon. |
| сии нечисты для вас из всех пресмыкающихся: всякий, кто прикоснется к ним мертвым, нечист будет до вечера. | All these are unclean to you: anyone touching them when they are dead will be unclean till evening. |
| И всё, на что упадет которое-нибудь из них мертвое, всякий деревянный сосуд, или одежда, или кожа, или мешок, и всякая вещь, которая употребляется на дело, будут нечисты: в воду должно положить их, и нечисты будут до вечера, потом будут чисты; | The dead body of any of these, falling on anything, will make that thing unclean; if it is any vessel of wood, or clothing, or skin, or bag, whatever it is, if it is used for any purpose, it will have to be put into water, and will be unclean till evening; after that it will be clean. |
| если же которое-нибудь из них упадет в какой-нибудь глиняный сосуд, то находящееся в нем будет нечисто, и самый [сосуд] разбейте. | And if one of them gets into any vessel of earth, whatever is in the vessel will be unclean and the vessel will have to be broken. |
| Всякая пища, которую едят, на которой была вода [из такого] [сосуда], нечиста будет, и всякое питье, которое пьют, во всяком [таком] сосуде нечисто будет. | Any food in it, and anything on which water from it comes, will be unclean: any drink taken from such a vessel will be unclean. |
| Всё, на что упадет что-нибудь от трупа их, нечисто будет: печь и очаг должно разломать, они нечисты; и они должны быть нечисты для вас; | Any part of the dead body of one of these, falling on anything, will make it unclean; if it is an oven or a cooking-pot it will have to be broken: they are unclean and will be unclean to you. |
| только источник и колодезь, вмещающий воду, остаются чистыми; а кто прикоснется к трупу их, тот нечист. | But at the same time a fountain or a place where water is stored for use will be clean; but anyone touching their dead bodies will be unclean. |
| И если что-нибудь от трупа их упадет на какое-либо семя, которое сеют, то оно чисто; | If any part of the dead body of one of these gets on to any seed for planting, it is clean; |
| если же тогда, как вода налита на семя, упадет на него что-- нибудь от трупа их, то оно нечисто для вас. | But if water is put on the seed, and any part of the dead body gets on to it, it will be unclean to you. |
| И когда умрет какой-либо скот, который употребляется вами в пищу, то прикоснувшийся к трупу его нечист будет до вечера; | And if any beast which may be used for food comes to a natural death, anyone touching its dead body will be unclean till evening. |
| и тот, кто будет есть мертвечину его, должен омыть одежды свои и нечист будет до вечера; и тот, кто понесет труп его, должен омыть одежды свои и нечист будет до вечера. | And he who makes use of any part of its body for food is to have his clothing washed and be unclean till evening; and anyone taking away its body is to have his clothing washed and be unclean till evening. |
| Всякое животное, пресмыкающееся по земле, скверно для вас, не должно есть [его]; | Everything which goes flat on its body on the earth is disgusting, and is not to be used for food. |
| всего ползающего на чреве и всего ходящего на четырех ногах, и многоножных из животных пресмыкающихся по земле, не ешьте, ибо они скверны; | Whatever goes on its stomach or on four feet or has a great number of feet, even all those going flat on the earth, may not be used for food, for they are disgusting. |
| не оскверняйте душ ваших каким-либо животным пресмыкающимся и не делайте себя чрез них нечистыми, чтоб быть чрез них нечистыми, | You are not to make yourselves disgusting with anything which goes about flat on the earth; you may not make yourselves unclean with them, in such a way that you are not holy to me. |
| ибо Я--Господь Бог ваш: освящайтесь и будьте святы, ибо Я свят; и не оскверняйте душ ваших каким-либо животным, ползающим по земле, | For I am the Lord your God: for this reason, make and keep yourselves holy, for I am holy; you are not to make yourselves unclean with any sort of thing which goes about flat on the earth. |
| ибо Я--Господь, выведший вас из земли Египетской, чтобы быть вашим Богом. Итак будьте святы, потому что Я свят. | For I am the Lord, who took you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God; so be you holy, for I am holy. |
| Вот закон о скоте, о птицах, о всех животных, живущих в водах, и о всех животных, пресмыкающихся по земле, | This is the law about beasts and birds and every living thing moving in the waters, and every living thing which goes flat on the earth: |
| чтобы отличать нечистое от чистого, и животных, которых можно есть, от животных, которых есть не должно. | Marking out the unclean from the clean, and the living thing which may be used for food from that which may not. |
