Psalmen 94:1 HERR, Gott, des die Rache ist, Gott, des die Rache ist, erscheine!	Psalms 94:1 O God, in whose hands is punishment, O God of punishment, let your shining face be seen.
Psalmen 94:2 Erhebe dich, du Richter der Welt; vergilt den Hoffärtigen, was sie verdienen!	Psalms 94:2 Be lifted up, O judge of the earth; let their reward come to the men of pride.
Psalmen 94:3 HERR, wie lange sollen die Gottlosen, wie lange sollen die Gottlosen prahlen	Psalms 94:3 How long will sinners, O Lord, how long will sinners have joy over us?
Psalmen 94:4 und so trotzig reden, und alle Übeltäter sich so rühmen?	Psalms 94:4 Words of pride come from their lips; all the workers of evil say great things of themselves.
Psalmen 94:5 HERR, sie zerschlagen dein Volk und plagen dein Erbe;	Psalms 94:5 Your people are crushed by them, O Lord, your heritage is troubled,
Psalmen 94:6 Witwen und Fremdlinge erwürgen sie und töten die Waisen	Psalms 94:6 They put to death the widow and the guest, they take the lives of children who have no father;
Psalmen 94:7 und sagen: "Der HERR sieht's nicht, und der Gott Jakobs achtet's nicht."	Psalms 94:7 And they say, Jah will not see it, the God of Jacob will not give thought to it.
Psalmen 94:8 Merket doch, ihr Narren unter dem Volk! Und ihr Toren, wann wollt ihr klug werden?	Psalms 94:8 Give your mind to my words, you who are without wisdom among the people; you foolish men, when will you be wise?
Psalmen 94:9 Der das Ohr gepflanzt hat, sollte der nicht hören? Der das Auge gemacht hat, sollte der nicht sehen?	Psalms 94:9 Has he by whom your ears were planted no hearing? or is he blind by whom your eyes were formed?
Psalmen 94:10 Der die Heiden züchtigt, sollte der nicht strafen, -der die Menschen lehrt, was sie wissen?	Psalms 94:10 He who is the judge of the nations, will he not give men the reward of their acts, even he who gives knowledge to man?
Psalmen 94:11 Aber der HERR weiß die Gedanken der Menschen, daß sie eitel sind.	Psalms 94:11 The Lord has knowledge of the thoughts of man, for they are only a breath.
Psalmen 94:12 Wohl dem, den du, HERR, züchtigst und lehrst ihn durch dein Gesetz,	Psalms 94:12 Happy is the man who is guided by you, O Jah, and to whom you give teaching out of your law;
Psalmen 94:13 daß er Geduld habe, wenn's übel geht, bis dem Gottlosen die Grube bereitet werde!	Psalms 94:13 So that you may give him rest from the days of evil, till a hole is made ready for the destruction of the sinners.
Psalmen 94:14 Denn der HERR wird sein Volk nicht verstoßen noch sein Erbe verlassen.	Psalms 94:14 The Lord will not give up his people, or take away his support from his heritage;
Psalmen 94:15 Denn Recht muß doch Recht bleiben, und dem werden alle frommen Herzen zufallen.	Psalms 94:15 But decisions will again be made in righteousness; and they will be kept by all whose hearts are true.
Psalmen 94:16 Wer steht bei mir wider die Boshaften? Wer tritt zu mir wider die Übeltäter?	Psalms 94:16 Who will give me help against the sinners? and who will be my support against the workers of evil?
Psalmen 94:17 Wo der HERR nicht hülfe, so läge meine Seele schier in der Stille.	Psalms 94:17 If the Lord had not been my helper, my soul would quickly have gone down into death.
Psalmen 94:18 Ich sprach: Mein Fuß hat gestrauchelt; aber deine Gnade, HERR, hielt mich.	Psalms 94:18 If I say, My foot is slipping; your mercy, O Lord, is my support.
Psalmen 94:19 Ich hatte viel Bekümmernisse in meinem Herzen; aber deine Tröstungen ergötzten meine Seele.	Psalms 94:19 Among all my troubled thoughts, your comforts are the delight of my soul.
Psalmen 94:20 Du wirst ja nimmer eins mit dem schädlichen Stuhl, der das Gesetz übel deutet.	Psalms 94:20 What part with you has the seat of sin, which makes evil into a law?
Psalmen 94:21 Sie rüsten sich gegen die Seele des Gerechten und verdammen unschuldig Blut.	Psalms 94:21 They are banded together against the soul of the upright, to give decisions against those who have done no wrong.
Psalmen 94:22 Aber der HERR ist mein Schutz; mein Gott ist der Hort meiner Zuversicht.	Psalms 94:22 But the Lord is my safe resting-place; my God is the Rock where I am safe.
Psalmen 94:23 Und er wird ihnen ihr Unrecht vergelten und wird sie um ihre Bosheit vertilgen; der HERR, unser Gott, wird sie vertilgen.	Psalms 94:23 And he has made their evil designs come back on themselves, cutting them off in their sin; the Lord our God will put an end to them.
