Psalmen 139:1 HERR, Du erforschest mich und kennest mich.	Psalms 139:1 To the chief music-maker. A Psalm. Of David. O Lord, you have knowledge of me, searching out all my secrets.
Psalmen 139:2 Ich sitze oder stehe auf, so weißt du es; du verstehst meine Gedanken von ferne.	Psalms 139:2 You have knowledge when I am seated and when I get up, you see my thoughts from far away.
Psalmen 139:3 Ich gehe oder liege, so bist du um mich und siehst alle meine Wege.	Psalms 139:3 You keep watch over my steps and my sleep, and have knowledge of all my ways.
Psalmen 139:4 Denn siehe, es ist kein Wort auf meiner Zunge, das du, HERR, nicht alles wissest.	Psalms 139:4 For there is not a word on my tongue which is not clear to you, O Lord.
Psalmen 139:5 Von allen Seiten umgibst du mich und hältst deine Hand über mir.	Psalms 139:5 I am shut in by you on every side, and you have put your hand on me.
Psalmen 139:6 Solche Erkenntnis ist mir zu wunderbar und zu hoch; ich kann sie nicht begreifen.	Psalms 139:6 Such knowledge is a wonder greater than my powers; it is so high that I may not come near it.
Psalmen 139:7 Wo soll ich hin gehen vor deinem Geist, und wo soll ich hin fliehen vor deinem Angesicht?	Psalms 139:7 Where may I go from your spirit? how may I go in flight from you?
Psalmen 139:8 Führe ich gen Himmel, so bist du da. Bettete ich mir in die Hölle, siehe, so bist du auch da.	Psalms 139:8 If I go up to heaven, you are there: or if I make my bed in the underworld, you are there.
Psalmen 139:9 Nähme ich Flügel der Morgenröte und bliebe am äußersten Meer,	Psalms 139:9 If I take the wings of the morning, and go to the farthest parts of the sea;
Psalmen 139:10 so würde mich doch deine Hand daselbst führen und deine Rechte mich halten.	Psalms 139:10 Even there will I be guided by your hand, and your right hand will keep me.
Psalmen 139:11 Spräche ich: Finsternis möge mich decken! so muß die Nacht auch Licht um mich sein.	Psalms 139:11 If I say, Only let me be covered by the dark, and the light about me be night;
Psalmen 139:12 Denn auch Finsternis ist nicht finster bei dir, und die Nacht leuchtet wie der Tag, Finsternis ist wie das Licht.	Psalms 139:12 Even the dark is not dark to you; the night is as bright as the day: for dark and light are the same to you.
Psalmen 139:13 Denn du hast meine Nieren bereitet und hast mich gebildet im Mutterleib.	Psalms 139:13 My flesh was made by you, and my parts joined together in my mother's body.
Psalmen 139:14 Ich danke dir dafür, daß ich wunderbar gemacht bin; wunderbar sind deine Werke, und das erkennt meine Seele wohl.	Psalms 139:14 I will give you praise, for I am strangely and delicately formed; your works are great wonders, and of this my soul is fully conscious.
Psalmen 139:15 Es war dir mein Gebein nicht verhohlen, da ich im Verborgenen gemacht ward, da ich gebildet ward unten in der Erde.	Psalms 139:15 My frame was not unseen by you when I was made secretly, and strangely formed in the lowest parts of the earth.
Psalmen 139:16 Deine Augen sahen mich, da ich noch unbereitet war, und alle Tage waren auf dein Buch geschrieben, die noch werden sollten, als derselben keiner da war.	Psalms 139:16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book all my days were recorded, even those which were purposed before they had come into being.
Psalmen 139:17 Aber wie köstlich sind vor mir, Gott, deine Gedanken! Wie ist ihrer so eine große Summe!	Psalms 139:17 How dear are your thoughts to me, O God! how great is the number of them!
Psalmen 139:18 Sollte ich sie zählen, so würde ihrer mehr sein denn des Sandes. Wenn ich aufwache, bin ich noch bei dir.	Psalms 139:18 If I made up their number, it would be more than the grains of sand; when I am awake, I am still with you.
Psalmen 139:19 Ach Gott, daß du tötetest die Gottlosen, und die Blutgierigen von mir weichen müßten!	Psalms 139:19 If only you would put the sinners to death, O God; go far from me, you men of blood.
Psalmen 139:20 Denn sie reden von dir lästerlich, und deine Feinde erheben sich ohne Ursache.	Psalms 139:20 For they go against you with evil designs, and your haters make sport of your name.
Psalmen 139:21 Ich hasse ja, HERR, die dich hassen, und es verdrießt mich an ihnen, daß sie sich wider dich setzen.	Psalms 139:21 Are not your haters hated by me, O Lord? are not those who are lifted up against you a cause of grief to me?
Psalmen 139:22 Ich hasse sie im rechten Ernst; sie sind mir zu Feinden geworden.	Psalms 139:22 My hate for them is complete; my thoughts of them are as if they were making war on me.
Psalmen 139:23 Erforsche mich, Gott, und erfahre mein Herz; prüfe mich und erfahre, wie ich's meine.	Psalms 139:23 O God, let the secrets of my heart be uncovered, and let my wandering thoughts be tested:
Psalmen 139:24 Und siehe, ob ich auf bösem Wege bin, und leite mich auf ewigem Wege.	Psalms 139:24 See if there is any way of sorrow in me, and be my guide in the eternal way.
