Hosea 12:1 Ephraim's food is the wind, and he goes after the east wind: deceit and destruction are increasing day by day; they make an agreement with Assyria, and take oil into Egypt.	Oseas 12:1 (12-2) Ephraim se apacienta del viento, y sigue al solano: mentira y destrucción aumenta continuamente; porque hicieron alianza con los Asirios, y aceite se lleva á Egipto.
Hosea 12:2 The Lord has a cause against Judah, and will give punishment to Jacob for his ways; he will give him the reward of his acts.	Oseas 12:2 (12-3) Pleito tiene Jehová con Judá para visitar á Jacob conforme á sus caminos: pagarále conforme á sus obras.
Hosea 12:3 In the body of his mother he took his brother by the foot, and in his strength he was fighting with God;	Oseas 12:3 (12-4) En el vientre tomó por el calcañar á su hermano, y con su fortaleza venció al ángel.
Hosea 12:4 He had a fight with the angel and overcame him; he made request for grace to him with weeping; he came face to face with him in Beth-el and there his words came to him;	Oseas 12:4 (12-5) Venció al ángel, y prevaleció; lloró, y rogóle: en Beth-el le halló, y allí habló con nosotros.
Hosea 12:5 Even the Lord, the God of armies; the Lord is his name.	Oseas 12:5 (12-6) Mas Jehová es Dios de los ejércitos: Jehová es su memorial.
Hosea 12:6 So then, come back to your God; keep mercy and right, and be waiting at all times on your God.	Oseas 12:6 (12-7) Tú pues, conviértete á tu Dios: guarda misericordia y juicio, y en tu Dios espera siempre.
Hosea 12:7 As for Canaan, the scales of deceit are in his hands; he takes pleasure in twisted ways.	Oseas 12:7 (12-8) Es mercader que tiene en su mano peso falso, amador de opresión.
Hosea 12:8 And Ephraim said, Now I have got wealth and much property; in all my works no sin may be seen in me.	Oseas 12:8 (12-9) Y dijo Ephraim: Ciertamente yo he enriquecido, hallado he riquezas para mí: nadie hallará en mí iniquidad, ni pecado en todos mis trabajos.
Hosea 12:9 But I am the Lord your God from the land of Egypt; I will give you tents for your living-places again as in the days of the holy meeting.	Oseas 12:9 (12-10) Empero yo soy Jehová tu Dios desde la tierra de Egipto: aun te haré morar en tiendas, como en los días de la fiesta.
Hosea 12:10 My word came to the ears of the prophets and I gave them visions in great number, and by the mouths of the prophets I made use of comparisons.	Oseas 12:10 (12-11) Y hablado he á los profetas, y yo aumenté la profecía, y por mano de los profetas puse semejanzas.
Hosea 12:11 In Gilead there is evil. They are quite without value; in Gilgal they make offerings of oxen; truly their altars are like masses of stones in the hollows of a ploughed field.	Oseas 12:11 (12-12) ¿Es Galaad iniquidad? Ciertamente vanidad han sido; en Gilgal sacrificaron bueyes: y aún son sus altares como montones en los surcos del campo.
Hosea 12:12 And Jacob went in flight into the field of Aram, and Israel became a servant for a wife, and for a wife he kept sheep.	Oseas 12:12 (12-13) Mas Jacob huyó á tierra de Aram, y sirvió Israel por mujer, y por mujer fué pastor.
Hosea 12:13 And by a prophet the Lord made Israel come up out of Egypt, and by a prophet he was kept safe.	Oseas 12:13 (12-14) Y por profeta hizo subir Jehová á Israel de Egipto, y por profeta fué guardado.
Hosea 12:14 I have been bitterly moved to wrath by Ephraim; so that his blood will be on him, and the Lord will make his shame come back on him.	Oseas 12:14 (12-15) Enojado ha Ephraim á Dios con amarguras; por tanto, sus sangres se derramarán sobre él, y su Señor le pagará su oprobio.
