Jeremiah 5:1 Go quickly through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and get knowledge, and make a search in her wide places if there is a man, if there is one in her who is upright, who keeps faith; and she will have my forgiveness. Jeremiah 5:2 And though they say, By the living Lord; truly their oaths are false.	Jeremias 5:2 Ug bisan pa, sila nagaingon: Ingon nga si Jehova buhi; sa pagkamatuod, sila nanagpanumpa sa bakak.
Jeremiah 5:3 O Lord, do not your eyes see good faith? you have given them punishment, but they were not troubled; you have sent destruction on them, but they did not take your teaching to heart: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they would not come back.	Jeremias 5:3 Oh Jehova, wala ba magatan-aw sa kamatuoran ang imong mga mata? nagsilot ka kanila, apan sila wala managsubo; ikaw nag-ut-ut kanila, apan sila mingdumili sa pagdawat sa pagsaway: sila nanagpagahi sa ilang mga nawong labi kay sa usa ka bato; sila mingdumili sa pagbalik.
Jeremiah 5:4 Then I said, But these are the poor: they are foolish, for they have no knowledge of the way of the Lord or of the behaviour desired by their God.	Jeremias 5:4 Unya ako miingon: Sa pagkatinuod kini sila mga kabus; sila mga buang-buang; kay sila wala manghibalo sa dalan ni Jehova; ni sa Kasugoan sa ilang Dios.
Jeremiah 5:5 I will go to the great men and have talk with them; for they have knowledge of the way of the Lord and of the behaviour desired by their God. But as for these, their one purpose is a broken yoke and burst bands.	Jeremias 5:5 Ako moadto sa mga dagkung tawo, ug mosulti kanila; kay sila nanghibalo sa dalan ni Jehova, ug sa justicia sa ilang Dios. Apan kini sila nanag-usa sa pagbunggo sa yugo ug sa paglugtas sa mga gapus.
Jeremiah 5:6 And so a lion from the woods will put them to death, a wolf of the waste land will make them waste, a leopard will keep watch on their towns, and everyone who goes out from them will be food for the beasts; because of the great number of their sins and the increase of their wrongdoing. Jeremiah 5:7 How is it possible for you to have my forgiveness for this? your children have given me up, taking their oaths by those who are no gods: when I had given them food in full measure, they were false to their wives, taking their pleasure in the houses of loose women.	Jeremias 5:7 Unsaon ko pagpasaylo kanimo? ang imong mga anak mingtalikod kanako, ug nanagpanumpa pinaagi niadtong dili mga dios. Jeremiah 5:10 Go up against her vines and make waste; let the destruction be complete: take away her branches, for they are not the Lord's.	Jeremias 5:10 Panaka kamo sa iyang mga kuta, ug gun-oba; apan ayaw pagtibawasa sa pagguba: kuhaa ang iyang mga sanga; kay sila dili man iya ni Jehova.
Jeremiah 5:11 For the people of Israel and the people of Judah have been very false to me, says the Lord.	Jeremias 5:11 Kay ang balay sa Israel ug ang balay sa Juda nanagbudhi kanako, nagaingon si Jehova.
Jeremiah 5:12 They would have nothing to do with the Lord, saying, He will do nothing, and no evil will come to us; we will not see the sword or be short of food:	Jeremias 5:12 Sila minglimod kang Jehova, ug ming-ingon: Dili man siya; ni ang kadaut modangat kanato; ni makakita kita ug espada ni gutom:
Jeremiah 5:13 And the prophets will become wind, and the word is not in them; so it will be done to them.	Jeremias 5:13 Ug ang mga manalagna mangahimong hangin, ug ang pulong wala diha kanila: ang ingon niini pagabuhaton kanila.
Jeremiah 5:14 For this reason the Lord, the God of armies, has said: Because you have said this, I will make my words in your mouth a fire, and this people wood, and they will be burned up by it.	Jeremias 5:14 Tungod niini, nagaingon si Jehova, ang Dios sa mga panon: Tungod kay kamo mingsulti niining mga pulonga, ania karon, himoon ko nga kalayo sa imong baba ang akong mga pulong, ug kining katawohan, kahoy, ug kini molamoy kanila.
Jeremiah 5:15 See, I will send you a nation from far away, O people of Israel, says the Lord; a strong nation and an old nation, a nation whose language is strange to you, so that you may not get the sense of their words.	Jeremias 5:15 Ania karon, padad-an ko kamo ug usa ka nasud gikan sa halayo, Oh balay sa Israel, nagaingon si Jehova: kini usa ka nasud nga gamhanan, usa ka nasud nga karaan, usa ka nasud kansang pinulongan wala mo hibaloi, ni makasabut ikaw sa ilang igaingon.
Jeremiah 5:16 Their arrows give certain death, they are all men of war.	Jeremias 5:16 Ang ilang baslayan maoy usa ka inablihang lubnganan, silang tanan pulos mga kusganong tawo.
Jeremiah 5:17 They will take all the produce of your fields, which would have been food for your sons and your daughters: they will take your flocks and your herds: they will take all your vines and your fig-trees: and with the sword they will make waste your walled towns in which you put your faith. Jeremiah 5:18 But even in those days, says the Lord, I will not let your destruction be complete.	Jeremias 5:18 Apan bisan pa niadtong mga adlawa nagaingon si Jehova: Dili ko tibawason kamo.
Jeremiah 5:19 And it will come about, when you say, Why has the Lord our God done all these things to us? that you will say to them, As you gave me up, making yourselves servants to strange gods in your land, so will you be servants to strange men in a land which is not yours.	Jeremias 5:19 Ug mahatabo nga kong ikaw moingon: Ngano man nga kanato gibuhat ni Jehova nga atong Dios kining tanan nga mga butanga? unya ikaw moingon kanila: Sama sa inyong pagbiya kanako, ug sa pag-alagad sa laing mga dios sa inyong yuta, mao nga magaalagad kamo sa mga dumuloong diha sa yuta nga dili inyo.
Jeremiah 5:20 Say this openly in Jacob and give it out in Judah, saying,	Jeremias 5:20 Ipahayag ninyo kini diha sa balay ni Jacob, ug imantala kini sa Juda, sa pag-ingon:
Jeremiah 5:21 Give ear now to this, O foolish people without sense; who have eyes but see nothing, and ears without the power of hearing:	Jeremias 5:21 Pamatia karon kini, Oh buangbuang nga katawohan, ug mga walay salabutan; nga adunay mga mata, ug dili makakita; nga adunay mga igdulungog, ug dili makadungog.
Jeremiah 5:22 Have you no fear of me? says the Lord; will you not be shaking with fear before me, who have put the sand as a limit for the sea, by an eternal order, so that it may not go past it? and though it is ever in motion, it is not able to have its way; though the sound of its waves is loud, they are not able to go past it.	Jeremias 5:22 Dili ba kamo mahadlok kanako? nagaingon si Jehova: dili ba kamo mokurog sa akong presencia, nga nagbutang sa balas aron mahimong utlanan sa dagat, nga pinaagi sa usa ka sugo nga walay pagkatapus, kini dili makalabang niini? ug bisan ang mga balud didto managsapo-sapo sa ilang kaugalingon, apan sila dili makadaug: bisan sila modahunog, apan sila dili makalabang niini.
Jeremiah 5:23 But the heart of this people is uncontrolled and turned away from me; they are broken loose and gone.	Jeremias 5:23 Apan kini nga katawohan adunay malalison ug sumosukol nga kasingkasing; sila mingsukol ug nangawala na.
Jeremiah 5:24 And they do not say in their hearts, Now let us give worship to our God, who gives the rain, the winter and the spring rain, at the right time; who keeps for us the ordered weeks of the grain-cutting.	Jeremias 5:24 Wala gani moingon sila sa ilang kasingkasing: Kahadlokan na nato karon si Jehova nga atong Dios, nga nagahatag ug ulan, sa kaniadto ug sa ulahian sa iyang panahon: nga nagabantay alang kanato niining tinudlong mga semana sa pagpangani.
Jeremiah 5:25 Through your evil-doing these things have been turned away, and your sins have kept back good from you.	Jeremias 5:25 Ang inyong kasal-anan maoy nakapahilayo niining mga butanga, ug ang inyong mga sala maoy nakapugong gikan kaninyo sa mga kaayohan.
Jeremiah 5:26 For there are sinners among my people: they keep watch, like men watching for birds; they put a net and take men in it.	Jeremias 5:26 Kay sa taliwala sa akong katawohan igakita ang dautang mga tawo; sila nanagbantay ingon sa mga mangangayam nga nanaghati; sila nagabutang ug usa ka lit-ag, sila modakup ug mga tawo.
Jeremiah 5:27 As the fowl-house is full of birds, so are their houses full of deceit: for this reason they have become great and have got wealth.	Jeremias 5:27 Ingon sa usa ka halwa nga napuno sa mga langgam, mao usab ang ilang mga balay napuno sa mga limbong: busa sila nangahimong dagku ug nangahimong bahandianon.
Jeremiah 5:28 They have become fat and strong: they have gone far in works of evil: they give no support to the cause of the child without a father, so that they may do well; they do not see that the poor man gets his rights.	Jeremias 5:28 Sila mingtambok, sila mingsinaw: Oo, sila minglabaw sa mga binuhatan sa mga dautan: sila wala managlaban sa katungod, sa katungod sa mga ilo, aron sila mouswag; ug ang katungod sa mga hangul wala nila pakanaugi ug hukom.
Jeremiah 5:29 Am I not to give punishment for these things? says the Lord: will not my soul take payment from such a nation as this?	Jeremias 5:29 Dili ba ako modu-aw tungod niining mga butanga? nagaingon si Jehova: dili ba ang akong kalag magapanimalus sa usa ka nasud nga maingon niini?
Jeremiah 5:30 A thing of wonder and fear has come about in the land;	Jeremias 5:30 Ang usa ka kahibulongan ug makalilisang nga butang maoy nahitabo sa yuta.
Jeremiah 5:31 The prophets give false words and the priests give decisions by their direction; and my people are glad to have it so: and what will you do in the end?	Jeremias 5:31 Ang mga manalagna nanagpanagna sa bakak, ug ang mga sacerdote nanagmando pinaagi sa ilang kahimoan; ug ang akong katawohan nahigugma nianang mga butanga; ug unsay inyong pagabuhaton sa katapusan niana?
