Ezra 7:1 Now after these things, when Artaxerxes was king of Persia, Ezra, the son of Seraiah, the son of Azariah, the son of Hilkiah,	Esra 7:1 Nach diesen Geschichten, da Arthahsastha, der König in Persien, regierte, zog herauf von Babel Esra, der Sohn Serajas, des Sohnes Asarjas, des Sohnes Hilkias,
Ezra 7:2 The son of Shallum, the son of Zadok, the son of Ahitub,	Esra 7:2 des Sohnes Sallum, des Sohnes Zadoks, des Sohnes Ahitobs,
Ezra 7:3 The son of Amariah, the son of Azariah, the son of Meraioth,	Esra 7:3 des Sohnes Amarjas, des Sohnes Asarjas, des Sohnes Merajoths,
Ezra 7:4 The son of Zerahiah, the son of Uzzi, the son of Bukki,	Esra 7:4 des Sohnes Serahjas, des Sohnes Usis, des Sohnes Bukkis,
Ezra 7:5 The son of Abishua, the son of Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the chief priest:	Esra 7:5 des Sohnes Abisuas, des Sohnes Pinehas, des Sohnes Eleasars, des Sohnes Aarons, des obersten Priesters.
Ezra 7:6 This Ezra went up from Babylon; and he was a scribe, expert in the law of Moses which the Lord, the God of Israel, had given: and the king, moved by the Lord his God, gave him whatever he made request for.	Esra 7:6 Esra aber war ein geschickter Schriftgelehrter im Gesetz Mose's, das der HERR, der Gott Israels gegeben hatte. Und der König gab ihm alles, was er forderte, nach der Hand des HERRN, seines Gottes, über ihm.
Ezra 7:7 And some of the children of Israel went up, with some of the priests and the Levites and the music-makers and the door-keepers and the Nethinim, to Jerusalem, in the seventh year of Artaxerxes the king.	Esra 7:7 Und es zogen herauf etliche der Kinder Israel und der Priester und der Leviten, der Sänger, der Torhüter und der Tempelknechte gen Jerusalem, im siebenten Jahr Arthahsasthas, des Königs.
Ezra 7:8 And he came to Jerusalem in the fifth month, in the seventh year of the king's rule.	Esra 7:8 Und er kam gen Jerusalem im fünften Monat, nämlich des siebenten Jahres des Königs.
Ezra 7:9 For, starting his journey from Babylon on the first day of the first month, he came to Jerusalem on the first day of the fifth month, by the good help of his God.	Esra 7:9 Denn am ersten Tage des ersten Monats ward er Rats, heraufzuziehen von Babel, und am ersten Tage des fünften Monats kam er gen Jerusalem nach der guten Hand Gottes über ihm.
Ezra 7:10 For Ezra had given his mind to learning the law of the Lord and doing it, and to teaching his rules and decisions in Israel.	Esra 7:10 Denn Esra schickte sein Herz, zu suchen das Gesetz des HERRN und zu tun, und zu lehren in Israel Gebote und Rechte.
Ezra 7:11 Now this is a copy of the letter which King Artaxerxes gave to Ezra, the priest and the scribe, who put into writing the words of the orders of the Lord, and of his rules for Israel:	Esra 7:11 Und dies ist der Inhalt des Briefes, den der König Arthahsastha gab Esra, dem Priester, dem Schriftgelehrten, der ein Lehrer war in den Worten des HERRN und seiner Gebote über Israel:
Ezra 7:12 Artaxerxes, king of kings, to Ezra the priest, scribe of the law of the God of heaven, all peace;	Esra 7:12 Arthahsastha, König aller Könige, Esra, dem Priester und Schriftgelehrten im Gesetz des Gottes des Himmels, Friede und Gruß!
Ezra 7:13 And now it is my order that all those of the people of Israel, and their priests and Levites in my kingdom, who are ready and have a desire to go to Jerusalem, are to go with you.	Esra 7:13 Von mir ist befohlen, daß alle, die da willig sind in meinem Reich, des Volkes Israel und der Priester und Leviten, gen Jerusalem zu ziehen, daß die mit dir ziehen,
Ezra 7:14 Because you are sent by the king and his seven wise men, to get knowledge about Judah and Jerusalem, as you are ordered by the law of your God which is in your hand;	Esra 7:14 dieweil du vom König und seinen sieben Ratsherren gesandt bist, zu besichtigen Juda und Jerusalem nach dem Gesetz Gottes, das unter deiner Hand ist,
Ezra 7:15 And to take with you the silver and gold freely offered by the king and his wise men to the God of Israel, whose Temple is in Jerusalem,	Esra 7:15 und hinzubringen Silber und Gold, das der König und seine Ratsherren freiwillig geben dem Gott Israels, des Wohnung zu Jerusalem ist,
Ezra 7:16 As well as all the silver and gold which you get from the land of Babylon, together with the offering of the people and of the priests, freely given for the house of their God, which is in Jerusalem:	Esra 7:16 und allerlei Silber und Gold, das du finden kannst in der ganzen Landschaft Babel, mit dem, was das Volk und die Priester freiwillig geben zum Hause ihres Gottes zu Jerusalem.
Ezra 7:17 So with this money get with care oxen, sheep, and lambs, with their meal offerings and their drink offerings, to be offered on the altar of the house of your God, which is in Jerusalem.	Esra 7:17 Alles das nimm und kaufe mit Fleiß von dem Gelde Farren, Widder, Lämmer und die Speisopfer und Trankopfer dazu, daß man opfere auf dem Altar beim Hause eures Gottes zu Jerusalem.
Ezra 7:18 And whatever seems right to you and to your brothers to do with the rest of the silver and gold, that do, as may be pleasing to your God.	Esra 7:18 Dazu was dir und deinen Brüdern mit dem übrigen Gelde zu tun gefällt, das tut nach dem Willen eures Gottes.
Ezra 7:19 And the vessels which have been given to you for the uses of the house of your God, you are to give to the God of Jerusalem.	Esra 7:19 Und die Gefäße, die dir gegeben sind zum Amt im Hause Gottes, überantworte vor Gott zu Jerusalem.
Ezra 7:20 And whatever more is needed for the house of your God, and which you may have to give, take it from the king's store-house.	Esra 7:20 Auch was mehr not sein wird zum Hause deines Gottes, das dir vorfällt auszugeben, das laß geben aus der Kammer des Königs.
Ezra 7:21 And I, even I, Artaxerxes the king, now give orders to all keepers of the king's money across the river, that whatever Ezra the priest, the scribe of the law of the God of heaven, may have need of from you, is to be done with all care,	Esra 7:21 Ich, König Arthahsastha, habe dies befohlen den Schatzmeistern jenseit des Wassers, daß, was Esra von euch fordern wird, der Priester und Schriftgelehrte im Gesetz des Gottes des Himmels, daß ihr das fleißig tut,
Ezra 7:22 Up to a hundred talents of silver, a hundred measures of grain, a hundred measures of wine, and a hundred measures of oil, and salt without measure.	Esra 7:22 bis auf hundert Zentner Silber und auf hundert Kor Weizen und auf hundert Bath Wein und auf hundert Bath Öl und salz ohne Maß.
Ezra 7:23 Whatever is ordered by the God of heaven, let it be done completely for the house of the God of heaven; so that there may not be wrath against the kingdom of the king and his sons.	Esra 7:23 Alles was gehört zum Gesetz des Gottes des Himmels, daß man dasselbe fleißig tue zum Hause des Gottes des Himmels, daß nicht ein Zorn komme über das Königreich des Königs und seiner Kinder.
Ezra 7:24 In addition, we make it clear to you, that it will be against the law to put any tax or payment in goods or forced payment on any of the priests or Levites, the music-makers, door-keepers, Nethinim, or any servants of this house of God.	Esra 7:24 Und euch sei kund, daß ihr nicht Macht habt, Zins, Zoll und jährliche Rente zu legen auf irgend einen Priester, Leviten, Sänger, Torhüter, Tempelknecht und Diener im Hause dieses Gottes.
Ezra 7:25 And you, Ezra, by the wisdom of your God which is in you, are to put rulers and judges to have authority over all the people across the river who have knowledge of the laws of your God; and you are to give teaching to him who has no knowledge of them.	Esra 7:25 Du aber, Esra, nach der Weisheit deines Gottes, die unter deiner Hand ist, setze Richter und Pfleger, die alles Volk richten, das jenseit des Wassers ist, alle, die das Gesetz deines Gottes wissen; und welche es nicht wissen, die lehret es.
Ezra 7:26 And if anyone does not keep the law of your God and the law of the king, take care that punishment is given to him, by death or by driving him from his country or by taking away his goods or by putting him in prison.	Esra 7:26 Und ein jeglicher, der nicht mit Fleiß tun wird das Gesetz deines Gottes und das Gesetz des Königs, der soll sein Urteil um der Tat willen haben, es sei zum Tod oder in die Acht oder zur Buße am Gut oder ins Gefängnis.
Ezra 7:27 Praise be to the Lord, the God of our fathers, who has put such a thing into the heart of the king, to make fair the house of the Lord which is in Jerusalem;	Esra 7:27 Gelobt sei der HERR, unsrer Väter Gott, der solches hat dem König eingegeben, daß er das Haus des HERRN zu Jerusalem ziere,
Ezra 7:28 And has given mercy to me before the king and his government and before all the king's great captains. And I was made strong by the hand of the Lord my God which was on me, and I got together out of Israel chief men to go up with me.	Esra 7:28 und hat zu mir Barmherzigkeit geneigt vor dem König und seinen Ratsherren und allen Gewaltigen des Königs! Und ich ward getrost nach der Hand des HERRN, meines Gottes, über mir und versammelte Häupter aus Israel, daß sie mit mir hinaufzögen.
