Numbers 19:1 And the Lord said to Moses and Aaron,	Numeros 19:1 Ug si Jehova misulti kang Moises ug kang Aaron, nga nagaingon:
Numbers 19:2 This is the rule of the law which the Lord has made, saying, Give orders to the children of Israel to give you a red cow without any mark on her, and on which the yoke has never been put:	Numeros 19:2 Kini mao ang balaod sa kasugoan nga gitudlo ni Jehova, nga nagaingon: Isulti sa mga anak sa Israel nga magdala sila kanimo ug usa ka dumalaga nga vaca nga mapula, nga walay dagta, nga kaniya walay ikasaway, nga sa ibabaw niya wala pa masangoni ug yugo:
Numbers 19:3 Give her to Eleazar the priest and let him take her outside the tent-circle and have her put to death before him.	Numeros 19:3 Ug igahatag ninyo siya kang Eleazar nga sacerdote, ug siya magadala kaniya sa gawas sa campo; ug usa magapatay kaniya sa iyang atubangan.
Numbers 19:4 Then let Eleazar the priest take some of her blood on his finger, shaking the blood seven times in the direction of the front of the Tent of meeting:	Numeros 19:4 Ug magakuha si Eleazar nga sacerdote sa dugo niya sa iyang tudlo, ug magasablig sa atubangan sa balong-balong nga pagatiguman sa dugo niya sa makapito.
Numbers 19:5 And the cow is to be burned before him, her skin and her flesh and her blood and her waste are to be burned:	Numeros 19:5 Ug usa ang magasunog sa dumalaga nga vaca sa atubangan sa iyang mga mata, ang panit niya, ug ang unod niya, ug ang dugo niya, uban ang iyang tae pagasunogon niya.
Numbers 19:6 Then let the priest take cedar-wood and hyssop and red thread, and put them into the fire where the cow is burning.	Numeros 19:6 Unya magakuha ang sacerdote ug kahoy nga cedro, ug hisopo, ug mapula, ug igabutang niya sa taliwala sa kalayo nga nagasunog sa dumalaga nga vaca.
Numbers 19:7 And the priest, after washing his clothing and bathing his body in water, may come back to the tent-circle, and will be unclean till evening.	Numeros 19:7 Unya ang sacerdote magalaba sa iyang mga bisti, ug pagahugasan niya ang iyang unod sa tubig, ug sa human niini mosulod siya sa campo; ug mamahugaw ang sacerdote hangtud sa hapon.
Numbers 19:8 And he who does the burning is to have his clothing washed and his body bathed in water and be unclean till evening.	Numeros 19:8 Ug siya nga nagasunog niini, magalaba sa iyang mga bisti sa tubig, pagahugasan sa tubig ang iyang unod, ug mamahugaw siya hangtud sa hapon.
Numbers 19:9 Then let a man who is clean take the dust of the burned cow and put it outside the tent-circle in a clean place, where it is to be kept for the children of Israel and used in making the water which takes away what is unclean: it is a sin-offering.	Numeros 19:9 Ang tawo nga mahinlo magatigum sa mga abo sa dumalaga nga vaca ug igabutang niya sa gawas sa campo sa dapit nga mahinlo, ug kana pagatipigan alang sa katilingban sa mga anak sa Israel alang sa tubig sa pagkabinulag: kini mao ang usa ka halad-tungod-sa-sala.
Numbers 19:10 And he who takes up the dust of the burned cow is to have his clothing washed with water and be unclean till evening: this is to be a law for ever, for the children of Israel as well as for the man from another country who is living among them.	Numeros 19:10 Ug ang nagatigum sa mga abo sa dumalaga nga vaca magalaba sa iyang mga bisti, ug mamahugaw siya hangtud sa hapon: ug mamao kini alang sa mga anak sa Israel, ug sa dumuloong nga nagapanlangyaw sa taliwala nila, sa balaod nga walay katapusan.
Numbers 19:11 Anyone touching a dead body will be unclean for seven days:	Numeros 19:11 Ang makahikap sa lawas nga patay ni bisan kinsa nga tawohana pito ka adlaw mamahugaw siya.
Numbers 19:12 On the third day and on the seventh day he is to make himself clean with the water, and so he will be clean: but if he does not do this on the third day and on the seventh day, he will not be clean.	Numeros 19:12 Kini pagaputlian sa ikatolo ka adlaw niining tubiga, ug sa ikapito ka adlaw mamahinlo siya; apan kong sa ikatolo ka adlaw dili siya magapaputli, sa ingon niana dili siya mamahinlo sa ikapito ka adlaw.
Numbers 19:13 Anyone touching the body of a dead man without making himself clean in this way, makes the House of the Lord unclean; and that man will be cut off from Israel: because the water was not put on him, he will be unclean; his unclean condition is unchanged.	Numeros 19:13 Bisan kinsa nga makahikap sa minatay sa lawas sa tawo nga namatay ug dili siya magapaputli, nagahugaw siya sa tabernaculo ni Jehova; ug kadtong kalaga pagaputlon gikan sa Israel: tungod kay ang tubig sa pagkabinulag wala ikasablig sa ibabaw niya, mamahugaw siya, ug ang iyang pagkahugaw anaa sa ibabaw niya.
Numbers 19:14 This is the law when death comes to a man in his tent: everyone who comes into the tent, and everyone who is in the tent, will be unclean for seven days.	Numeros 19:14 Kini mao ang kasugoan sa diha nga ang usa mamatay sulod sa balong-balong: bisan kinsa nga magasulod sa balong-balong ug ang tanan nga anaa sa balong-balong, mahugaw sa pito ka adlaw.
Numbers 19:15 And every open vessel without a cover fixed on it will be unclean.	Numeros 19:15 Ug ang tagsatagsa ka galamiton nga sa ibabaw niini walay tabon nga mohaum gayud, mahugaw man.
Numbers 19:16 And anyone touching one who has been put to death with the sword in the open country, or the body of one who has come to his end by a natural death, or a man's bone, or the resting-place of a dead body, will be unclean for seven days.	Numeros 19:16 Ug bisan kinsa nga anaa sa kapatagan makahikap sa gipatay pinaagi sa hinagiban, kun makahikap sa lawas nga patay, kun sa bukog sa usa ka tawo, kun sa lubnganan, mamahugaw siya sulod sa pito ka adlaw.
Numbers 19:17 And for the unclean, they are to take the dust of the burning of the sin-offering, and put flowing water on it in a vessel:	Numeros 19:17 Ug alang sa mahugaw magakuha sila sa abo sa gisunog sa halad-tungod-sa-sala; ug pagabuboan nila kini ug tubig nga nagaagay sinulod sa usa ka sudlanan:
Numbers 19:18 And a clean person is to take hyssop and put it in the water, shaking it over the tent, and all the vessels, and the people who were there, and over him by whom the bone, or the body of one who has been put to death with the sword, or the body of one who has come to his end by a natural death, or the resting-place was touched.	Numeros 19:18 Ug ang usa ka tawo nga mahinlo magakuha ug hisopo, ug igatuslob niya sa tubig, ug igasablig sa ibabaw sa balong-balong, ug sa ibabaw sa tanang mga ginamiton, ug sa ibabaw sa mga tawo nga atua didto, ug sa ibabaw niadtong mihikap sa bukog, kun sa gipatay, kun sa minatay, kun sa lubnganan:
Numbers 19:19 Let the clean person do this to the unclean on the third day and on the seventh day: and on the seventh day he is to make him clean; and after washing his clothing and bathing himself in water, he will be clean in the evening.	Numeros 19:19 Ug ang tawo nga mahinlo magasablig sa ibabaw sa mahugaw sa ikatolo, ug sa ikapito ka adlaw: ug sa ikapito ka adlaw: magapaputli, ug magalaba siya sa iyang mga bisti, ug maligo sa tubig, ug mamahinlo sa hapon.
Numbers 19:20 But the man who, being unclean, does not make himself clean in this way, will be cut off from the meeting of the people, because he has made the holy place of the Lord unclean: the water has not been put on him, he is unclean.	Numeros 19:20 Apan sa tawo nga mamahugaw, ug dili magpaputli sa iyang kaugalingon, ang maong kalag pagaputlon sa taliwala sa katilingban, tungod kay gihugawan niya ang balaang puloy-anan ni Jehova: wala ikasablig sa ibabaw niya ang tubig sa pagkabinulag: mahugaw man siya.
Numbers 19:21 This is to be a law for them for ever: he who puts the water on the unclean person is to have his clothing washed; and anyone touching the water will be unclean till evening.	Numeros 19:21 Ug kini mao ang balaod nga dayon kanila: ug ang magasablig sa tubig sa pagkabinulag, magalaba siya sa iyang mga bisti, ug ang magahikap sa tubig sa pagkabinulag mamahugaw siya hangtud sa hapon.
Numbers 19:22 Anything touched by the unclean person will be unclean; and any person touching it will be unclean till evening.	Numeros 19:22 Ug bisan unsa nga mahikap sa tawong mahugaw, mahugaw man: ug ang kalag nga makahikap niini, mamahugaw hangtud sa hapon.
