Exodus 35	Exodus 35
Exodus 35:1 And Moses sent for all the children of Israel to come together, and said to them, This is what the Lord has said and these are his orders.	Exodus 35:1 And Moses assembled all the congregation of the children of Israel, and said unto them, These are the words which Jehovah hath commanded, that ye should do them.
Exodus 35:2 Six days let work be done, but the seventh day is to be a holy day to you, a Sabbath of rest to the Lord; whoever does any work on that day is to be put to death.	Exodus 35:2 Six days shall work be done; but on the seventh day there shall be to you a holy day, a sabbath of solemn rest to Jehovah: whosoever doeth any work therein shall be put to death.
Exodus 35:3 No fire is to be lighted in any of your houses on the Sabbath day.	Exodus 35:3 Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations upon the sabbath day.
Exodus 35:4 And Moses said to all the meeting of the children of Israel, This is the order which the Lord has given:	Exodus 35:4 And Moses spake unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which Jehovah commanded, saying,
Exodus 35:5 Take from among you an offering to the Lord; everyone who has the impulse in his heart, let him give his offering to the Lord; gold and silver and brass;	Exodus 35:5 Take ye from among you an offering unto Jehovah; whosoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it, Jehovah's offering: gold, and silver, and brass,
Exodus 35:6 And blue and purple and red and the best linen and goats' hair,	Exodus 35:6 and blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats' [hair],
Exodus 35:7 And sheepskins coloured red, and leather, and hard wood,	Exodus 35:7 and rams' skins dyed red, and sealskins, and acacia wood,
Exodus 35:8 And oil for the lights, and spices for the holy oil and for the sweet perfumes for burning.	Exodus 35:8 and oil for the light, and spices for the anointing oil, and for the sweet incense,
Exodus 35:9 And beryls and jewels to be cut for the ephod and for the priest's bag.	Exodus 35:9 and onyx stones, and stones to be set, for the ephod, and for the breastplate.
Exodus 35:10 And let every wise-hearted man among you come and make whatever has been ordered by the Lord;	Exodus 35:10 And let every wise-hearted man among you come, and make all that Jehovah hath commanded:
Exodus 35:11 The House and its tent and its cover, its hooks and its boards, its rods and its pillars and its bases;	Exodus 35:11 the tabernacle, its tent, and its covering, its clasps, and its boards, its bars, its pillars, and its sockets;
Exodus 35:12 The ark with its cover and its rods and the veil hanging before it;	Exodus 35:12 the ark, and the staves thereof, the mercy-seat, and the veil of the screen;
Exodus 35:13 The table and its rods and all its vessels, and the holy bread;	Exodus 35:13 the table, and its staves, and all its vessels, and the showbread;
Exodus 35:14 And the support for the lights, with its vessels and its lights and the oil for the light;	Exodus 35:14 the candlestick also for the light, and its vessels, and its lamps, and the oil for the light;
Exodus 35:15 And the altar for burning spices, with its rods, and the holy oil and the sweet perfume, and the curtain for the door, at the door of the House;	Exodus 35:15 and the altar of incense, and its staves, and the anointing oil, and the sweet incense, and the screen for the door, at the door of the tabernacle;
Exodus 35:16 The altar of burned offerings, with its network of brass, its rods, and all its vessels, the washing-vessel and its base;	Exodus 35:16 the altar of burnt-offering, with its grating of brass, it staves, and all its vessels, the laver and its base;
Exodus 35:17 The hangings for the open space, its pillars and their bases, and the curtain for the doorway;	Exodus 35:17 the hangings of the court, the pillars thereof, and their sockets, and the screen for the gate of the court;
Exodus 35:18 The nails for the House, and the nails for the open space and their cords;	Exodus 35:18 the pins of the tabernacle, and the pins of the court, and their cords;
Exodus 35:19 The robes of needlework for the work of the holy place, the holy robes for Aaron the priest, and the robes for his sons when acting as priests.	Exodus 35:19 the finely wrought garments, for ministering in the holy place, the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest's office.
Exodus 35:20 And all the children of Israel went away from Moses.	Exodus 35:20 And all the congregation of the children of Israel departed from the presence of Moses.
Exodus 35:21 And everyone whose heart was moved, everyone who was guided by the impulse of his spirit, came with his offering for the Lord, for whatever was needed for the Tent of meeting and its work and for the holy robes.	Exodus 35:21 And they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit made willing, [and] brought Jehovah's offering, for the work of the tent of meeting, and for all the service thereof, and for the holy garments.
Exodus 35:22 They came, men and women, all who were ready to give, and gave pins and nose-rings and finger-rings and neck-ornaments, all of gold; everyone gave an offering of gold to the Lord.	Exodus 35:22 And they came, both men and women, as many as were willing-hearted, [and] brought brooches, and ear-rings, and signet-rings, and armlets, all jewels of gold; even every man that offered an offering of gold unto Jehovah.
Exodus 35:23 And everyone who had blue and purple and red and the best linen and goats' hair and sheepskins coloured red and leather, gave them.	Exodus 35:23 And every man, with whom was found blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats' [hair], and rams' skins dyed red, and sealskins, brought them.
Exodus 35:24 Everyone who had silver and brass gave an offering of them to the Lord; and everyone who had hard wood, such as was needed for the work, gave it.	Exodus 35:24 Every one that did offer an offering of silver and brass brought Jehovah's offering; and every man, with whom was found acacia wood for any work of the service, brought it.
Exodus 35:25 And all the women who were expert with their hands, made cloth, and gave the work of their hands, blue and purple and red and the best linen.	Exodus 35:25 And all the women that were wise-hearted did spin with their hands, and brought that which they had spun, the blue, and the purple, the scarlet, and the fine linen.
Exodus 35:26 And those women who had the knowledge, made the goats' hair into cloth.	Exodus 35:26 And all the women whose heart stirred them up in wisdom spun the goats' [hair].
Exodus 35:27 And the rulers gave the beryls and the cut jewels for the ephod and the priest's bag;	Exodus 35:27 And the rulers brought the onyx stones, and the stones to be set, for the ephod, and for the breastplate;
Exodus 35:28 And the spice and the oil for the light, and the holy oil and the sweet perfumes.	Exodus 35:28 and the spice, and the oil; for the light, and for the anointing oil, and for the sweet incense.
Exodus 35:29 The children of Israel, every man and woman, from the impulse of their hearts, gave their offerings freely to the Lord for the work which the Lord had given Moses orders to have done.	Exodus 35:29 The children of Israel brought a freewill-offering unto Jehovah; every man and woman, whose heart made them willing to bring for all the work, which Jehovah had commanded to be made by Moses.
Exodus 35:30 And Moses said to the children of Israel, See, the Lord has made selection of Bezalel, the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah;	Exodus 35:30 And Moses said unto the children of Israel, See, Jehovah hath called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah.
Exodus 35:31 And he has made him full of the spirit of God, in all wisdom and knowledge and art of every sort;	Exodus 35:31 And he hath filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship;
Exodus 35:32 As an expert designer of beautiful things, working in gold and silver and brass;	Exodus 35:32 and to devise skilful works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,
Exodus 35:33 Trained in the cutting of stones and the ornamenting of wood and in every sort of handwork.	Exodus 35:33 and in cutting of stones for setting, and in carving of wood, to work in all manner of skilful workmanship.
Exodus 35:34 And he has given to him, and to Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, the power of training others.	Exodus 35:34 And he hath put in his heart that he may teach, both he, and Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan.
Exodus 35:35 To them he has given knowledge of all the arts of the handworker, of the designer, and the expert workman; of the maker of needlework in blue and purple and red and the best linen, and of the maker of cloth; in all the arts of the designer and the trained workman they are expert.	Exodus 35:35 Them hath he filled with wisdom of heart, to work all manner of workmanship, of the engraver, and of the skilful workman, and of the embroiderer, in blue, and in purple, in scarlet, and in fine linen, and of the weaver, even of them that do any workmanship, and of those that devise skilful works.
