Deuteronomio 14:1 Hijos sois de Jehová vuestro Dios: no os sajaréis, ni pondréis calva sobre vuestros ojos por muerto;	Deuteronomy 14:1 You are the children of the Lord your God: you are not to make cuts on your bodies or take off the hair on your brows in honour of the dead;
Deuteronomio 14:2 Porque eres pueblo santo á Jehová tu Dios, y Jehová te ha escogido para que le seas un pueblo singular de entre todos los pueblos que están sobre la haz de la tierra.	Deuteronomy 14:2 For you are a holy people to the Lord your God, and the Lord has taken you to be his special people out of all the nations on the face of the earth.
Deuteronomio 14:3 Nada abominable comerás.	Deuteronomy 14:3 No disgusting thing may be your food.
Deuteronomio 14:4 Estos son los animales que comeréis: el buey, la oveja, y la cabra,	Deuteronomy 14:4 These are the beasts which you may have for food: the ox, the sheep, and the goat;
Deuteronomio 14:5 El ciervo, el corzo, y el búfalo, y el cabrío salvaje, y el unicornio, y buey salvaje, y cabra montés.	Deuteronomy 14:5 The hart, the gazelle, and the roe, the mountain goat and the pygarg and the antelope and the mountain sheep.
Deuteronomio 14:6 Y todo animal de pezuñas, que tiene hendidura de dos uñas, y que rumiare entre los animales, ese comeréis.	Deuteronomy 14:6 Any beast which has a division in the horn of its foot and whose food comes back into its mouth to be crushed again, may be used for food.
Deuteronomio 14:7 Empero estos no comeréis de los que rumian, ó tienen uña hendida: camello, y liebre, y conejo, porque rumian, mas no tienen uña hendida, os serán inmundos;	Deuteronomy 14:7 But even among these, there are some which may not be used for food: such as the camel, the hare, and the coney, which are unclean to you, because, though their food comes back, the horn of their feet is not parted in two.
Deuteronomio 14:8 Ni puerco: porque tiene uña hendida, mas no rumia, os será inmundo. De la carne de éstos no comeréis, ni tocaréis sus cuerpos muertos.	Deuteronomy 14:8 And the pig is unclean to you, because though it has a division in the horn of its foot, its food does not come back; their flesh may not be used for food or their dead bodies touched by you.
Deuteronomio 14:9 Esto comeréis de todo lo que está en el agua: todo lo que tiene aleta y escama comeréis;	Deuteronomy 14:9 And of the things living in the waters, you may take all those who have wings for swimming with and skins formed of thin plates.
Deuteronomio 14:10 Mas todo lo que no tuviere aleta y escama, no comeréis: inmundo os será.	Deuteronomy 14:10 But any which have no skin-plates or wings for swimming, you may not take; they are unclean for you.
Deuteronomio 14:11 Toda ave limpia comeréis.	Deuteronomy 14:11 All clean birds may be used for food.
Deuteronomio 14:12 Y estas son de las que no comeréis: el águila, y el azor, y el esmerejón,	Deuteronomy 14:12 But these birds you may not take: the eagle and the gier-eagle and the ospray;
Deuteronomio 14:13 Y el ixio, y el buitre, y el milano según su especie,	Deuteronomy 14:13 The falcon and the kite, and birds of that sort;
Deuteronomio 14:14 Y todo cuervo según su especie,	Deuteronomy 14:14 Every raven, and all birds of that sort;
Deuteronomio 14:15 Y el búho, y la lechuza, y el cuclillo, y el halcón según su especie,	Deuteronomy 14:15 And the ostrich and the night-hawk and the sea-hawk and birds of that sort;
Deuteronomio 14:16 Y el herodión, y el cisne, y el ibis,	Deuteronomy 14:16 The little owl and the great owl and the water-hen;
Deuteronomio 14:17 Y el somormujo, y el calamón, y el corvejón,	Deuteronomy 14:17 And the pelican and the vulture and the cormorant;
Deuteronomio 14:18 Y la cigüeña, y la garza según su especie, y la abubilla, y el murciélago.	Deuteronomy 14:18 The stork and the heron and birds of that sort, and the hoopoe and the bat.
Deuteronomio 14:19 Y todo reptil alado os será inmundo: no se comerá.	Deuteronomy 14:19 Every winged thing which goes flat on the earth is unclean to you and may not be used as food.
Deuteronomio 14:20 Toda ave limpia comeréis.	Deuteronomy 14:20 But all clean birds you may take.
Deuteronomio 14:21 Ninguna cosa mortecina comeréis: al extranjero que está en tus poblaciones la darás, y él la comerá: ó véndela al extranjero; porque tú eres pueblo santo á Jehová tu Dios. No cocerás el cabrito en la leche de su madre.	Deuteronomy 14:21 You may not have as food anything which has come to a natural death; the man from another country who is living with you may take it for food, or you may get a price for it from one of another nation; for you are a holy people to the Lord your God. The young goat is not to be cooked in its mother's milk.
Deuteronomio 14:22 Indispensablemente diezmarás todo el producto de tu simiente, que rindiere el campo cada un año.	Deuteronomy 14:22 Put on one side a tenth of all the increase of your seed, produced year by year.
Deuteronomio 14:23 Y comerás delante de Jehová tu Dios en el lugar que él escogiere para hacer habitar allí su nombre, el diezmo de tu grano, de tu vino, y de tu aceite, y los primerizos de tus manadas, y de tus ganados, para que aprendas á temer á Jehová tu Dios todos los días.	Deuteronomy 14:23 And make a feast before the Lord your God, in the place which is to be marked out, where his name will be for ever, of the tenth part of your grain and your wine and your oil, and the first births of your herds and your flocks; so that you may have the fear of the Lord your God in your hearts at all times.
Deuteronomio 14:24 Y si el camino fuere tan largo que tú no puedas llevarlo por él, por estar lejos de ti el lugar que Jehová tu Dios hubiere escogido para poner en él su nombre, cuando Jehová tu Dios te bendijere,	Deuteronomy 14:24 And if the way is so long that you are not able to take these things to the place marked out by the Lord your God for his name, when he has given you his blessing, because it is far away from you;
Deuteronomio 14:25 Entonces venderlo has, y atarás el dinero en tu mano, y vendrás al lugar que Jehová tu Dios escogiere;	Deuteronomy 14:25 Then let these things be exchanged for money, and, taking the money in your hand, go to the place marked out by the Lord your God for himself;
Deuteronomio 14:26 Y darás el dinero por todo lo que deseare tu alma, por vacas, ó por ovejas, ó por vino, ó por sidra, ó por cualquier cosa que tu alma te demandare: y comerás allí delante de Jehová tu Dios, y te alegrarás tú y tu familia.	Deuteronomy 14:26 And with the money get whatever you have a desire for, oxen or sheep or wine or strong drink, whatever your soul's desire may be: and make a feast there before the Lord your God, and be glad, you and all your house;
Deuteronomio 14:27 Y no desampararás al Levita que habitare en tus poblaciones; porque no tiene parte ni heredad contigo.	Deuteronomy 14:27 And give a thought to the Levite who is living among you, for he has no part or heritage in the land.
Deuteronomio 14:28 Al cabo de cada tres años sacarás todo el diezmo de tus productos de aquel año, y lo guardarás en tus ciudades:	Deuteronomy 14:28 At the end of every three years take a tenth part of all your increase for that year, and put it in store inside your walls:
Deuteronomio 14:29 Y vendrá el Levita, que no tiene parte ni heredad contigo, y el extranjero, y el huérfano, y la viuda, que hubiere en tus poblaciones, y comerán y serán saciados; para que Jehová tu Dios te bendiga en toda obra de tus manos que hicieres.	Deuteronomy 14:29 And the Levite, because he has no part or heritage in the land, and the man from a strange country, and the child who has no father, and the widow, who are living among you, will come and take food and have enough; and so the blessing of the Lord your God will be on you in everything you do.
