Genesis 30:1 Now Rachel, because she had no children, was full of envy of her sister; and she said to Jacob, If you do not give me children I will not go on living.	Бытие 30:1 И увидела Рахиль, что она не рождает детей Иакову, и позавидовала Рахиль сестре своей, и сказала Иакову: дай мне детей, а если не так, я умираю.
Genesis 30:2 But Jacob was angry with Rachel, and said, Am I in the place of God, who has kept your body from having fruit?	Бытие 30:2 Иаков разгневался на Рахиль и сказал: разве я Бог, Который не дал тебе плода чрева?
Genesis 30:3 Then she said, Here is my servant Bilhah, go in to her, so that she may have a child on my knees, and I may have a family by her.	Бытие 30:3 Она сказала: вот служанка моя Валла; войди к ней; пусть она родит на колени мои, чтобы и я имела детей от нее.
Genesis 30:4 So she gave him her servant Bilhah as a wife, and Jacob went in to her.	Бытие 30:4 И дала она Валлу, служанку свою, в жену ему; и вошел к ней Иаков.
Genesis 30:5 And Bilhah became with child, and gave birth to a son.	Бытие 30:5 Валла зачала и родила Иакову сына.
Genesis 30:6 Then Rachel said, God has been my judge, and has given ear to my voice, and has given me a son; so he was named Dan.	Бытие 30:6 И сказала Рахиль: судил мне Бог, и услышал голос мой, и дал мне сына. Посему нарекла ему имя: Дан.
Genesis 30:7 And again Bilhah, Rachel's servant, was with child, and gave birth to a second son.	Бытие 30:7 И еще зачала и родила Валла, служанка Рахилина, другого сына Иакову.
Genesis 30:8 And Rachel said, I have had a great fight with my sister, and I have overcome her: and she gave the child the name Naphtali.	Бытие 30:8 И сказала Рахиль: борьбою сильною боролась я с сестрою моею и превозмогла. И нарекла ему имя: Неффалим.
Genesis 30:9 When it was clear to Leah that she would have no more children for a time, she gave Zilpah, her servant, to Jacob as a wife.	Бытие 30:9 Лия увидела, что перестала рождать, и взяла служанку свою Зелфу, и дала ее Иакову в жену.
Genesis 30:10 And Zilpah, Leah's servant, gave birth to a son.	Бытие 30:10 И Зелфа, служанка Лиина, родила Иакову сына.
Genesis 30:11 And Leah said, It has gone well for me: and she gave him the name Gad.	Бытие 30:11 И сказала Лия: прибавилось. И нарекла ему имя: Гад.
Genesis 30:12 And Zilpah, Leah's servant, gave birth to a second son.	Бытие 30:12 И родила Зелфа, служанка Лии, другого сына Иакову.
Genesis 30:13 And Leah said, Happy am I! and all women will give witness to my joy: and she gave him the name Asher.	Бытие 30:13 И сказала Лия: к благу моему, ибо блаженною будут называть меня женщины. И нарекла ему имя: Асир.
Genesis 30:14 Now at the time of the grain-cutting, Reuben saw some love-fruits in the field, and took them to his mother Leah. And Rachel said to her, Let me have some of your son's love-fruits.	Бытие 30:14 Рувим пошел во время жатвы пшеницы, и нашел мандрагоровые яблоки в поле, и принес их Лии, матери своей. И Рахиль сказала Лии: дай мне мандрагоров сына твоего.
Genesis 30:15 But Leah said to her, Is it a small thing that you have taken my husband from me? and now would you take my son's love-fruits? Then Rachel said, You may have him tonight in exchange for your son's love-fruits.	Бытие 30:15 Но она сказала ей: неужели мало тебе завладеть мужем моим, что ты домогаешься и мандрагоров сына моего? Рахиль сказала: так пусть он ляжет с тобою эту ночь, за мандрагоры сына твоего.
Genesis 30:16 In the evening, when Jacob came in from the field, Leah went out to him and said, Tonight you are to come to me, for I have given my son's love-fruits as a price for you. And he went in to her that night.	Бытие 30:16 Иаков пришел с поля вечером, и Лия вышла ему навстречу и сказала: войди ко мне; ибо я купила тебя за мандрагоры сына моего. И лег он с нею в ту ночь.
Genesis 30:17 And God gave ear to her and she became with child, and gave Jacob a fifth son.	Бытие 30:17 И услышал Бог Лию, и она зачала и родила Иакову пятого сына.
Genesis 30:18 Then Leah said, God has made payment to me for giving my servant-girl to my husband: so she gave her son the name Issachar.	Бытие 30:18 И сказала Лия: Бог дал возмездие мне за то, что я отдала служанку мою мужу моему. И нарекла ему имя: Иссахар.
Genesis 30:19 And again Leah became with child, and she gave Jacob a sixth son.	Бытие 30:19 И еще зачала Лия и родила Иакову шестого сына.
Genesis 30:20 And she said, God has given me a good bride-price; now at last will I have my husband living with me, for I have given him six sons: and she gave him the name Zebulun.	Бытие 30:20 И сказала Лия: Бог дал мне прекрасный дар; теперь будет жить у меня муж мой, ибо я родила ему шесть сынов. И нарекла ему имя: Завулон.
Genesis 30:21 After that she had a daughter, to whom she gave the name Dinah.	Бытие 30:21 Потом родила дочь и нарекла ей имя: Дина.
Genesis 30:22 Then God gave thought to Rachel, and hearing her prayer he made her fertile.	Бытие 30:22 И вспомнил Бог о Рахили, и услышал ее Бог, и отверз утробу ее.
Genesis 30:23 And she was with child, and gave birth to a son: and she said, God has taken away my shame.	Бытие 30:23 Она зачала и родила сына, и сказала: снял Бог позор мой.
Genesis 30:24 And she gave him the name Joseph, saying, May the Lord give me another son.	Бытие 30:24 И нарекла ему имя: Иосиф, сказав: Господь даст мне и другого сына.
Genesis 30:25 Now after the birth of Joseph, Jacob said to Laban, Let me go away to my place and my country.	Бытие 30:25 После того, как Рахиль родила Иосифа, Иаков сказал Лавану: отпусти меня, и пойду я в свое место, и в свою землю;
Genesis 30:26 Give me my wives and my children, for whom I have been your servant, and let me go: for you have knowledge of all the work I have done for you.	Бытие 30:26 отдай жен моих и детей моих, за которых я служил тебе, и я пойду, ибо ты знаешь службу мою, какую я служил тебе.
Genesis 30:27 And Laban said, If you will let me say so, do not go away; for I have seen by the signs that the Lord has been good to me because of you.	Бытие 30:27 И сказал ему Лаван: о, если бы я нашел благоволение пред очами твоими! я примечаю, что за тебя Господь благословил меня.
Genesis 30:28 Say then what your payment is to be and I will give it.	Бытие 30:28 И сказал: назначь себе награду от меня, и я дам.
Genesis 30:29 Then Jacob said, You have seen what I have done for you, and how your cattle have done well under my care.	Бытие 30:29 И сказал ему [Иаков]: ты знаешь, как я служил тебе, и каков стал скот твой при мне;
Genesis 30:30 For before I came you had little, and it has been greatly increased; and the Lord has given you a blessing in everything I have done; but when am I to do something for my family?	Бытие 30:30 ибо мало было у тебя до меня, а стало много; Господь благословил тебя с приходом моим; когда же я буду работать для своего дома?
Genesis 30:31 And Laban said, What am I to give you? And Jacob said, Do not give me anything; but I will again take up the care of your flock if you will only do this for me:	Бытие 30:31 И сказал [Лаван]: что дать тебе? Иаков сказал: не давай мне ничего. Если только сделаешь мне, что я скажу, то я опять буду пасти и стеречь овец твоих.
Genesis 30:32 Let me go through all your flock today, taking out from among them all the sheep which are marked or coloured or black, and all the marked or coloured goats: these will be my payment.	Бытие 30:32 Я пройду сегодня по всему [стаду] овец твоих; отдели из него всякий скот с крапинами и с пятнами, всякую скотину черную из овец, также с пятнами и с крапинами из коз. [Такой скот] будет наградою мне.
Genesis 30:33 And so you will be able to put my honour to the test in time to come; if you see among my flocks any goats which are not marked or coloured, or any sheep which is not black, you may take me for a thief.	Бытие 30:33 И будет говорить за меня пред тобою справедливость моя в следующее время, когда придешь посмотреть награду мою. Всякая из коз не с крапинами и не с пятнами, и из овец не черная, краденое это у меня.
Genesis 30:34 And Laban said, Let it be as you say.	Бытие 30:34 Лаван сказал: хорошо, пусть будет по твоему слову.
Genesis 30:35 So that day he took all the he-goats which were banded or coloured, and all the she-goats which were marked or coloured or had white marks, and all the black sheep, and gave them into the care of his sons;	Бытие 30:35 И отделил в тот день козлов пестрых и с пятнами, и всех коз с крапинами и с пятнами, всех, на которых было [несколько] белого, и всех черных овец, и отдал на руки сыновьям своим;
Genesis 30:36 And sent them three days' journey away: and Jacob took care of the rest of Laban's flock.	Бытие 30:36 и назначил расстояние между собою и между Иаковом на три дня пути. Иаков же пас остальной мелкий скот Лаванов.
Genesis 30:37 Then Jacob took young branches of trees, cutting off the skin so that the white wood was seen in bands.	Бытие 30:37 И взял Иаков свежих прутьев тополевых, миндальных и яворовых, и вырезал на них белые полосы, сняв кору до белизны, которая на прутьях,
Genesis 30:38 And he put the banded sticks in the drinking-places where the flock came to get water; and they became with young when they came to the water.	Бытие 30:38 и положил прутья с нарезкою перед скотом в водопойных корытах, куда скот приходил пить, и где, приходя пить, зачинал пред прутьями.
Genesis 30:39 And because of this, the flock gave birth to young which were marked with bands of colour.	Бытие 30:39 И зачинал скот пред прутьями, и рождался скот пестрый, и с крапинами, и с пятнами.
Genesis 30:40 These lambs Jacob kept separate; and he put his flock in a place by themselves and not with Laban's flock.	Бытие 30:40 И отделял Иаков ягнят и ставил скот лицем к пестрому и всему черному скоту Лаванову; и держал свои стада особо и не ставил их вместе со скотом Лавана.
Genesis 30:41 And whenever the stronger ones of the flock became with young, Jacob put the sticks in front of them in the drinking-places, so that they might become with young when they saw the sticks.	Бытие 30:41 Каждый раз, когда зачинал скот крепкий, Иаков клал прутья в корытах пред глазами скота, чтобы он зачинал пред прутьями.
Genesis 30:42 But when the flocks were feeble, he did not put the sticks before them; so that the feebler flocks were Laban's and the stronger were Jacob's.	Бытие 30:42 А когда зачинал скот слабый, тогда он не клал. И доставался слабый [скот] Лавану, а крепкий Иакову.
Genesis 30:43 So Jacob's wealth was greatly increased; he had great flocks and women-servants and men-servants and camels and asses.	Бытие 30:43 И сделался этот человек весьма, весьма богатым, и было у него множество мелкого скота, и рабынь, и рабов, и верблюдов, и ослов.
