| Вот священники и левиты, которые пришли с Зоровавелем, сыном Салафииловым, и с Иисусом: Сераия, Иеремия, Ездра, | Now these are the priests and the Levites who went up with Zerubbabel, the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua: Seraiah, Jeremiah, Ezra, |
| Амария, Маллух, Хаттуш, | Amariah, Malluch, Hattush, |
| Шехания, Рехум, Меремоф, | Shecaniah, Rehum, Meremoth, |
| Иддо, Гиннефой, Авия, | Iddo, Ginnethoi, Abijah, |
| Миямин, Маадия, Вилга, | Mijamin, Maadiah, Bilgah, |
| Шемаия, Иоиарив, Иедаия, | Shemaiah, and Joiarib, Jedaiah, |
| Саллу, Амок, Хелкия, Иедаия. Это главы священников и братья их во дни Иисуса. | Sallu, Amok, Hilkiah, Jedaiah. These were the chiefs of the priests and of their brothers in the days of Jeshua. |
| А левиты: Иисус, Биннуй, Кадмиил, Шеревия, Иуда, Матфания, [главный] при славословии, он и братья его, | And the Levites: Jeshua, Binnui, Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Judah, and Mattaniah, who was over the music-makers, he and his brothers. |
| и Бакбукия и Унний, братья их, наряду с ними [державшие] стражу. | And Bakbukiah and Unno, their brothers, were opposite them in their watches. |
| Иисус родил Иоакима, Иоаким родил Елиашива, Елиашив родил Иоиаду, | And Jeshua was the father of Joiakim, and Joiakim was the father of Eliashib, and Eliashib was the father of Joiada, |
| Иоиада родил Ионафана, Ионафан родил Иаддуя. | And Joiada was the father of Jonathan, and Jonathan was the father of Jaddua. |
| Во дни Иоакима были священники, главы поколений: из [дома] Сераии Мераия, из [дома] Иеремии Ханания, | And in the days of Joiakim there were priests, heads of families: of Seraiah, Meraiah; of Jeremiah, Hananiah; |
| из [дома] Ездры Мешуллам, из [дома] Амарии Иоханан, | Of Ezra, Meshullam; of Amariah, Jehohanan; |
| из [дома] Мелиху Ионафан, из [дома] Шевании Иосиф, | Of Malluchi, Jonathan; of Shebaniah, Joseph; |
| из [дома] Харима Адна, из [дома] Мераиофа Хелкия, | Of Harim, Adna; of Meraioth, Helkai; |
| из [дома] Иддо Захария, из [дома] Гиннефона Мешуллам, | Of Iddo, Zechariah; of Ginnethon, Meshullam; |
| из [дома] Авии Зихрий, из [дома] Миниамина, из [дома] Моадии Пилтай, | Of Abijah, Zichri; of Miniamin, of Moadiah, Piltai; |
| из [дома] Вилги Шаммуй, из [дома] Шемаии Ионафан, | Of Bilgah, Shammua; of Shemaiah, Jehonathan; |
| из [дома] Иоиарива Мафнай, из [дома] Иедаии Уззий, | And of Joiarib, Mattenai; of Jedaiah, Uzzi; |
| из [дома] Саллая Каллай, из [дома] Амока Евер, | Of Sallai, Kallai; of Amok, Eber; |
| из [дома] Хелкии Хашавия, из [дома] Иедаии Нафанаил. | Of Hilkiah, Hashabiah; of Jedaiah, Nethanel. |
| Левиты, главы поколений, внесены в запись во дни Елиашива, Иоиады, Иоханана и Иаддуя, и также священники в царствование Дария Персидского. | The Levites in the days of Eliashib, Joiada, and Johanan, and Jaddua, were listed as heads of families; and the priests, when Darius the Persian was king. |
| Сыновья Левия, главы поколений, вписаны в летописи до дней Иоханана, сына Елиашивова. | The sons of Levi, heads of families, were recorded in the book of the histories, even till the days of Johanan, the son of Eliashib. |
| Главы левитов: Хашавия, Шеревия, и Иисус, сын Кадмиила, и братья их, при них [поставленные] для славословия при благодарениях, по установлению Давида, человека Божия--смена за сменою. | And the chiefs of the Levites: Hashabiah, Sherebiah, and Jeshua, the son of Kadmiel, with their brothers opposite them, to give blessing and praise as ordered by David, the man of God, watch against watch. |
| Матфания, Бакбукия, Овадия, Мешуллам, Талмон, Аккув--стражи, привратники на страже у порогов ворот. | Mattaniah, and Bakbukiah, Obadiah, Meshullam, Talmon, Akkub, were door-keepers keeping the watch at the store-houses of the doors. |
| Они были во дни Иоакима, сына Иисусова, сына Иоседекова, и во дни областеначальника Неемии и книжника Ездры, священника. | These were in the days of Joiakim, the son of Jeshua, the son of Jozadak, and in the days of Nehemiah the ruler and of Ezra the priest, the scribe. |
| При освящении стены Иерусалимской потребовали левитов из всех мест их, приказывая им придти в Иерусалим для совершения освящения и радостного празднества со славословиями и песнями при [звуке] кимвалов, псалтирей и гуслей. | And when the time came for the wall of Jerusalem to be made holy, they sent for the Levites out of all their places to come to Jerusalem, to keep the feast with joy, and with praise and melody, with brass and corded instruments of music. |
| И собрались сыновья певцов из округа Иерусалимского и из сел Нетофафских, | And the sons of the music-makers came together from the lowland round about Jerusalem and from the daughter-towns of the Netophathites, |
| и из Беф-Гаггилгала, и с полей Гевы и Азмавета, потому что певцы выстроили себе села в окрестностях Иерусалима. | And from Beth-gilgal and from the fields of Geba and Azmaveth: for the music-makers had made daughter-towns for themselves round about Jerusalem. |
| И очистились священники и левиты, и очистили народ и ворота, и стену. | And the priests and the Levites made themselves clean; and they made the people clean, and the doorways and the wall. |
| Тогда я повел начальствующих в Иудее на стену и поставил два больших хора для шествия, и один из них шел по правой стороне стены к Навозным воротам. | Then I made the rulers of Judah come up on the wall, and I put in position two great bands of them who gave praise, walking in ordered lines; one went to the right on the wall, in the direction of the doorway where the waste was put; |
| За ними шел Гошаия и половина начальствующих в Иудее, | And after them went Hoshaiah and half of the rulers of Judah, |
| Азария, Ездра и Мешуллам, | And Azariah, Ezra, and Meshullam, |
| Иуда и Вениамин, и Шемаия и Иеремия, | Judah and Benjamin and Shemaiah and Jeremiah, |
| а из сыновей священнических с трубами: Захария, сын Ионафана, сын Шемаии, сын Матфании, сын Михея, сын Закхура, сын Асафа, | And certain of the priests' sons with wind instruments; Zechariah, the son of Jonathan, the son of Shemaiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Micaiah, the son of Zaccur, the son of Asaph, |
| и братья его: Шемаия, Азариил, Милалай, Гилалай, Маай, Нафанаил, Иуда и Хананий с музыкальными орудиями Давида, человека Божия, и книжник Ездра впереди них. | And his brothers, Shemaiah, and Azarel, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Nethanel and Judah, Hanani, with the music-instruments of David, the man of God; and Ezra the scribe was at their head; |
| Подле ворот Источника, против них, они взошли по ступеням города Давидова, по лестнице, ведущей на стену сверх дома Давидова до Водяных ворот к востоку. | And by the doorway of the fountain and straight in front of them, they went up by the steps of the town of David, at the slope up of the wall, over the house of David, as far as the water-doorway to the east. |
| Другой хор шел напротив них, и за ним я и половина народа, по стене от Печной башни и до широкой стены, | And the other band of those who gave praise went to the left, and I went after them with half the people, on the wall, over the tower of the ovens, as far as the wide wall; |
| и от ворот Ефремовых, мимо старых ворот и ворот Рыбных, и башни Хананела, и башни Меа, к Овечьим воротам, и остановились у ворот Темничных. | And over the doorway of Ephraim and by the old door and the fish door and the tower of Hananel and the tower of Hammeah, as far as the sheep door: and at the doorway of the watchmen they came to a stop. |
| Потом оба хора стали у дома Божия, и я и половина начальствующих со мною, | So the two bands of those who gave praise took up their positions in the house of God, and I and half of the chiefs with me: |
| и священники: Елиаким, Маасея, Миниамин, Михей, Елиоенай, Захария, Ханания с трубами, | And the priests; Eliakim, Maaseiah, Miniamin, Micaiah, Elioenai, Zechariah, and Hananiah, with wind instruments; |
| и Маасея и Шемаия, и Елеазар и Уззий, и Иоханан и Малхия, и Елам и Езер. И пели певцы громко; главным [у них был] Израхия. | And Maaseiah and Shemaiah and Eleazar and Uzzi and Jehohanan and Malchijah and Elam and Ezer. And the makers of melody made their voices loud, with Jezrahiah their overseer. |
| И приносили в тот день большие жертвы и веселились, потому что Бог дал им великую радость. Веселились и жены и дети, и веселие Иерусалима далеко было слышно. | And on that day they made great offerings and were glad; for God had made them glad with great joy; and the women and the children were glad with them: so that the joy of Jerusalem came to the ears of those who were far off. |
| В тот же день приставлены были люди к кладовым комнатам для приношений начатков и десятин, чтобы собирать с полей при городах части, положенные законом для священников и левитов, потому что Иудеям радостно было [смотреть] на стоящих священников и левитов, | And on that day certain men were put over the rooms where the things which had been given were stored, for the lifted offerings and the first-fruits and the tenths, and to take into them the amounts, from the fields of every town, fixed by the law for the priests and the Levites: for Judah was glad on account of the priests and the Levites who were in their places. |
| которые совершали службу Богу своему и дела очищения и были певцами и привратниками по установлению Давида и сына его Соломона. | And they kept the watch of their God, and were responsible for making things clean, and so did the music-makers and the door-keepers, as it was ordered by David and Solomon his son. |
| Ибо издавна во дни Давида и Асафа были установлены главы певцов и песни Богу, хвалебные и благодарственные. | For in the days of David and Asaph in the past, there was a master of the music, and songs of blessing and praise to God. |
| Все Израильтяне во дни Зоровавеля и во дни Неемии давали части певцам и привратникам на каждый день и отдавали святыни левитам, а левиты отдавали святыни сынам Аарона. | And all Israel in the days of Zerubbabel and in the days of Nehemiah gave what was needed by the music-makers and the door-keepers day by day: and they made the offerings holy for the Levites; and the Levites did the same for the sons of Aaron. |
