Salmos 31:1 Em ti, Senhor, me refugio; nunca seja eu envergonhado; livra-me pela tua justiça!	Psalms 31:1 To the chief music-maker. A Psalm. Of David.In you, O Lord, have I put my hope; let me never be shamed; keep me safe in your righteousness.
Salmos 31:2 Inclina para mim os teus ouvidos, livra-me depressa! Sê para mim uma rocha de refúgio, uma casa de defesa que me salve!	Psalms 31:2 Let your ear be turned to me; take me quickly out of danger; be my strong Rock, my place of strength where I may be safe.
Salmos 31:3 Porque tu és a minha rocha e a minha fortaleza; pelo que, por amor do teu nome, guia-me e encaminha-me.	Psalms 31:3 For you are my Rock and my strong tower; go in front of me and be my guide, because of your name.
Salmos 31:4 Tira-me do laço que me armaram, pois tu és o meu refúgio.	Psalms 31:4 Take me out of the net which they have put ready for me secretly; for you are my strength.
Salmos 31:5 Nas tuas mãos entrego o meu espírito; tu me remiste, ó Senhor, Deus da verdade.	Psalms 31:5 Into your hands I give my spirit; you are my saviour, O Lord God for ever true.
Salmos 31:6 Odeias aqueles que atentam para ídolos vãos; eu, porém, confio no Senhor.	Psalms 31:6 I am full of hate for those who go after false gods; but my hope is in the Lord.
Salmos 31:7 Eu me alegrarei e regozijarei na tua benignidade, pois tens visto a minha aflição. Tens conhecido as minhas angústias,	Psalms 31:7 I will be glad and have delight in your mercy; because you have seen my trouble; you have had pity on my soul in its sorrows;
Salmos 31:8 e não me entregaste nas mãos do inimigo; puseste os meus pés num lugar espaçoso.	Psalms 31:8 And you have not given me into the hand of my hater; you have put my feet in a wide place.
Salmos 31:9 Tem compaixão de mim, ó Senhor, porque estou angustiado; consumidos estão de tristeza os meus olhos, a minha alma e o meu corpo.	Psalms 31:9 Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am in trouble; my eyes are wasted with grief, I am wasted in soul and body.
Salmos 31:10 Pois a minha vida está gasta de tristeza, e os meus anos de suspiros; a minha força desfalece por causa da minha iniqüidade, e os meus ossos se consomem.	Psalms 31:10 My life goes on in sorrow, and my years in weeping; my strength is almost gone because of my sin, and my bones are wasted away.
Salmos 31:11 Por causa de todos os meus adversários tornei-me em opróbrio, sim, sobremodo o sou para os meus vizinhos, e horror para os meus conhecidos; os que me vêem na rua fogem de mim.	Psalms 31:11 Because of all those who are against me, I have become a word of shame to my neighbours; a cause of shaking the head and a fear to my friends: those who saw me in the street went in flight from me.
Salmos 31:12 Sou esquecido como um morto de quem não há memória; sou como um vaso quebrado.	Psalms 31:12 I have gone from men's minds and memory like a dead man; I am like a broken vessel.
Salmos 31:13 Pois tenho ouvido a difamação de muitos, terror por todos os lados; enquanto juntamente conspiravam contra mim, maquinaram tirar-me a vida.	Psalms 31:13 False statements against me have come to my ears; fear was on every side: they were talking together against me, designing to take away my life.
Salmos 31:14 Mas eu confio em ti, ó Senhor; e digo: Tu és o meu Deus.	Psalms 31:14 But I had faith in you, O Lord; I said, You are my God.
Salmos 31:15 Os meus dias estão nas tuas mãos; livra-me das mãos dos meus inimigos e dos que me perseguem.	Psalms 31:15 The chances of my life are in your hand; take me out of the hands of my haters, and of those who go after me.
Salmos 31:16 Faze resplandecer o teu rosto sobre o teu servo; salva-me por tua bondade.	Psalms 31:16 Let your servant see the light of your face; in your mercy be my saviour.
Salmos 31:17 Não seja eu envergonhado, ó Senhor, porque te invoco; envergonhados sejam os ímpios, emudeçam no Seol.	Psalms 31:17 Let me not be shamed, O Lord, for I have made my prayer to you; let the sinners be shamed, and let their mouths be shut in the underworld.
Salmos 31:18 Emudeçam os lábios mentirosos, que falam insolentemente contra o justo, com arrogância e com desprezo.	Psalms 31:18 Let the false lips be shut, which say evil against the upright, looking down on him in their pride.
Salmos 31:19 Oh! quão grande é a tua bondade, que guardaste para os que te temem, a qual na presença dos filhos dos homens preparaste para aqueles que em ti se refugiam!	Psalms 31:19 O how great is your grace, which you have put in store for your worshippers, and which you have made clear to those who had faith in you, before the sons of men!
Salmos 31:20 No abrigo da tua presença tu os escondes das intrigas dos homens; em um pavilhão os ocultas da contenda das línguas.	Psalms 31:20 You will keep them safe in your house from the designs of man; in the secret of your tent will you keep them from angry tongues.
Salmos 31:21 Bendito seja o Senhor, pois fez maravilhosa a sua bondade para comigo numa cidade sitiada.	Psalms 31:21 May the Lord be praised, because he has made clear to me the wonder of his grace in a strong town.
Salmos 31:22 Eu dizia no meu espanto: Estou cortado de diante dos teus olhos; não obstante, tu ouviste as minhas súplicas quando eu a ti clamei.	Psalms 31:22 And as for me, I said in my fear, I am cut off from before your eyes; but you gave ear to the voice of my prayer, when my cry went up to you.
Salmos 31:23 Amai ao Senhor, vós todos os que sois seus santos; o Senhor guarda os fiéis, e retribui abundantemente ao que usa de soberba.	Psalms 31:23 O have love for the Lord, all you his saints; for the Lord keeps safe from danger all those who are true to him, and gives the workers of pride their right reward.
Salmos 31:24 Esforçai-vos, e fortaleça-se o vosso coração, vós todos os que esperais no Senhor.	Psalms 31:24 Put away fear and let your heart be strong, all you whose hope is in the Lord.
