Ezéchiel 7	Ezekiel 7
Ezéchiel 7:1 La parole de l`Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:	Ezekiel 7:1 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
Ezéchiel 7:2 Et toi, fils de l`homme, ainsi parle le Seigneur, l`Éternel, Sur le pays d`Israël: Voici la fin! La fin vient sur les quatre extrémités du pays!	Ezekiel 7:2 And you, son of man, say, This is what the Lord has said to the land of Israel: An end has come, the end has come on the four quarters of the land.
Ezéchiel 7:3 Maintenant la fin vient sur toi; J`enverrai ma colère contre toi, Je te jugerai selon tes voies, Je te chargerai de toutes tes abominations.	Ezekiel 7:3 Now the end has come on you, and I will send my wrath on you, judging you for your ways, I will send punishment on you for all your disgusting acts.
Ezéchiel 7:4 Mon oeil sera pour toi sans pitié, Et je n`aurai point de miséricorde; Mais je te chargerai de tes voies, Et tes abominations seront au milieu de toi; Et vous saurez que je suis l`Éternel.	Ezekiel 7:4 My eye will not have mercy on you, and I will have no pity: but I will send the punishment of your ways on you, and your disgusting works will be among you: and you will be certain that I am the Lord.
Ezéchiel 7:5 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l`Éternel: Un malheur, un malheur unique! voici, il vient!	Ezekiel 7:5 This is what the Lord has said: An evil, even one evil; see, it is coming.
Ezéchiel 7:6 La fin vient, la fin vient, elle se réveille contre toi! Voici, elle vient!	Ezekiel 7:6 An end has come, the end has come; see, it is coming on you.
Ezéchiel 7:7 Ton tour arrive, habitant du pays! Le temps vient, le jour approche, jour de trouble, Et plus de cris de joie dans les montagnes!	Ezekiel 7:7 The crowning time has come on you, O people of the land: the time has come, the day is near; the day will not be slow in coming, it will not keep back.
Ezéchiel 7:8 Maintenant je vais bientôt répandre ma fureur sur toi, Assouvir sur toi ma colère; Je te jugerai selon tes voies, Je te chargerai de toutes tes abominations.	Ezekiel 7:8 Now, in a little time, I will let loose my passion on you, and give full effect to my wrath against you, judging you for your ways, and sending punishment on you for all your disgusting works.
Ezéchiel 7:9 Mon oeil sera sans pitié, Et je n`aurai point de miséricorde; Je te chargerai de tes voies, Et tes abominations seront au milieu de toi. Et vous saurez que je suis l`Éternel, celui qui frappe.	Ezekiel 7:9 My eye will not have mercy, and I will have no pity: I will send on you the punishment of your ways, and your disgusting works will be among you; and you will see that I am the Lord who gives punishment.
Ezéchiel 7:10 Voici le jour! voici, il vient! Le tour arrive! La verge fleurit! L`orgueil s`épanouit!	Ezekiel 7:10 See, the day; see, it is coming: the crowning time has gone out; the twisted way is flowering, pride has put out buds.
Ezéchiel 7:11 La violence s`élève, pour servir de verge à la méchanceté: Plus rien d`eux, de leur foule bruyante, de leur multitude! On ne se lamente pas sur eux!	Ezekiel 7:11 Violent behaviour has been lifted up into a rod of evil; it will not be slow in coming, it will not keep back.
Ezéchiel 7:12 Le temps vient, le jour approche! Que l`acheteur ne se réjouisse pas, Que le vendeur ne s`afflige pas! Car la colère éclate contre toute leur multitude.	Ezekiel 7:12 The time has come, the day is near: let not him who gives a price for goods be glad, or him who gets the price have sorrow:
Ezéchiel 7:13 Non, le vendeur ne recouvrera pas ce qu`il a vendu, Fût-il encore parmi les vivants; Car la prophétie contre toute leur multitude ne sera pas révoquée, Et à cause de son iniquité nul ne conservera sa vie.	Ezekiel 7:13 For the trader will not go back to the things for which he had his price, even while he is still living:
Ezéchiel 7:14 On sonne de la trompette, tout est prêt, Mais personne ne marche au combat; Car ma fureur éclate contre toute leur multitude.	Ezekiel 7:14 And he who has given a price for goods will not get them, for my wrath is on all of them.
Ezéchiel 7:15 L`épée au dehors, la peste et la famine au dedans! Celui qui est aux champs mourra par l`épée, Celui qui est dans la ville sera dévoré par la famine et par la peste.	Ezekiel 7:15 Outside is the sword, and inside disease and need of food: he who is in the open country will be put to the sword; he who is in the town will come to his end through need of food and disease.
Ezéchiel 7:16 Leurs fuyards s`échappent, Ils sont sur les montagnes, comme les colombes des vallées, Tous gémissant, Chacun sur son iniquité.	Ezekiel 7:16 And those of them who get away safely will go and be in the secret places like the doves of the valleys, all of them will come to death, every one in his sin.
Ezéchiel 7:17 Toutes les mains sont affaiblies, Tous les genoux se fondent en eau.	Ezekiel 7:17 All hands will be feeble and all knees without strength, like water.
Ezéchiel 7:18 Ils se ceignent de sacs, Et la terreur les enveloppe; Tous les visages sont confus, Toutes les têtes sont rasées.	Ezekiel 7:18 And they will put haircloth round them, and deep fear will be covering them; and shame will be on all faces, and the hair gone from all their heads.
Ezéchiel 7:19 Ils jetteront leur argent dans les rues, Et leur or sera pour eux un objet d`horreur; Leur argent et leur or ne pourront les sauver, Au jour de la fureur de l`Éternel; Ils ne pourront ni rassasier leur âme, Ni remplir leurs entrailles; Car c`est ce qui les a fait tomber dans leur iniquité.	Ezekiel 7:19 They will put out their silver into the streets, and their gold will be as an unclean thing; their silver and their gold will not be able to keep them safe in the day of the wrath of the Lord; they will not get their desire or have food for their need: because it has been the cause of their falling into sin.
Ezéchiel 7:20 Ils étaient fiers de leur magnifique parure, Et ils en ont fabriqué les images de leurs abominations, de leurs idoles. C`est pourquoi je la rendrai pour eux un objet d`horreur;	Ezekiel 7:20 As for their beautiful ornament, they had put it on high, and had made the images of their disgusting and hated things in it: for this cause I have made it an unclean thing to them.
Ezéchiel 7:21 Je la donnerai en pillage aux mains des étrangers, Et comme butin aux impies de la terre, Afin qu`ils la profanent.	Ezekiel 7:21 And I will give it into the hands of men from strange lands who will take it by force, and to the evil-doers of the earth to have for themselves; and they will make it unholy.
Ezéchiel 7:22 Je détournerai d`eux ma face, Et l`on souillera mon sanctuaire; Des furieux y pénétreront, et le profaneront.	Ezekiel 7:22 And my face will be turned away from them, and they will make my secret place unholy: violent men will go into it and make it unholy.
Ezéchiel 7:23 Prépare les chaînes! Car le pays est rempli de meurtres, La ville est pleine de violence.	Ezekiel 7:23 Make the chain: for the land is full of crimes of blood, and the town is full of violent acts.
Ezéchiel 7:24 Je ferai venir les plus méchants des peuples, Pour qu`ils s`emparent de leurs maisons; Je mettrai fin à l`orgueil des puissants, Et leurs sanctuaires seront profanés.	Ezekiel 7:24 For this reason I will send the worst of the nations and they will take their houses for themselves: I will make the pride of their strength come to an end; and their holy places will be made unclean.
Ezéchiel 7:25 La ruine vient! Ils cherchent le salut, et point de salut!	Ezekiel 7:25 Shaking fear is coming; and they will be looking for peace, and there will be no peace.
Ezéchiel 7:26 Il arrive malheur sur malheur, Un bruit succède à un bruit; Ils demandent des visions aux prophètes; Les sacrificateurs ne connaissent plus la loi, Les anciens n`ont plus de conseils.	Ezekiel 7:26 Destruction will come on destruction, and one story after another; and the vision of the prophet will be shamed, and knowledge of the law will come to an end among the priests, and wisdom among the old.
Ezéchiel 7:27 Le roi se désole, le prince s`épouvante, Les mains du peuple du pays sont tremblantes. Je les traiterai selon leurs voies, Je les jugerai comme ils le méritent, Et ils sauront que je suis l`Éternel.	Ezekiel 7:27 The king will give himself up to sorrow, and the ruler will be clothed with wonder, and the hands of the people of the land will be troubled: I will give them punishment for their ways, judging them as it is right for them to be judged; and they will be certain that I am the Lord.
