Psalms 89:1 Maschil. Of Ethan the Ezrahite.My song will be of the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make his faith clear to all generations.	Salmos 89:1 Cantarei para sempre as benignidades do Senhor; com a minha boca proclamarei a todas as gerações a tua fidelidade.
Psalms 89:2 For you have said, Mercy will be made strong for ever; my faith will be unchanging in the heavens.	Salmos 89:2 Digo, pois: A tua benignidade será renovada para sempre; tu confirmarás a tua fidelidade até nos céus, dizendo:
Psalms 89:3 I have made an agreement with the man of my selection, I have made an oath to David my servant;	Salmos 89:3 Fiz um pacto com o meu escolhido; jurei ao meu servo Davi:
Psalms 89:4 I will make your seed go on for ever, your kingdom will be strong through all generations. (Selah.)	Salmos 89:4 Estabelecerei para sempre a tua descendência, e firmarei o teu trono por todas as gerações.
Psalms 89:5 In heaven let them give praise for your wonders, O Lord; and your unchanging faith among the saints.	Salmos 89:5 Os céus louvarão as tuas maravilhas, ó Senhor, e a tua fidelidade na assembléia dos santos.
Psalms 89:6 For who is there in the heavens in comparison with the Lord? who is like the Lord among the sons of the gods?	Salmos 89:6 Pois quem no firmamento se pode igualar ao Senhor? Quem entre os filhos de Deus é semelhante ao Senhor,
Psalms 89:7 God is greatly to be feared among the saints, and to be honoured over all those who are about him.	Salmos 89:7 um Deus sobremodo tremendo na assembléia dos santos, e temível mais do que todos os que estão ao seu redor?
Psalms 89:8 O Lord God of armies, who is strong like you, O Jah? and your unchanging faith is round about you.	Salmos 89:8 Ó Senhor, Deus dos exércitos, quem é poderoso como tu, Senhor, com a tua fidelidade ao redor de ti?
Psalms 89:9 You have rule over the sea in storm; when its waves are troubled, you make them calm.	Salmos 89:9 Tu dominas o ímpio do mar; quando as suas ondas se levantam tu as fazes aquietar.
Psalms 89:10 Rahab was crushed by you like one wounded to death; with your strong arm you put to flight all your haters.	Salmos 89:10 Tu abateste a Raabe como se fora ferida de morte; com o teu braço poderoso espalhaste os teus inimigos.
Psalms 89:11 Yours are the heavens, and the earth is yours; you have made the world, and everything which is in it.	Salmos 89:11 São teus os céus, e tua é a terra; o mundo e a sua plenitude, tu os fundaste.
Psalms 89:12 You have made the north and the south; Tabor and Hermon are sounding with joy at your name.	Salmos 89:12 O norte e o sul, tu os criaste; o Tabor e o Hermom regozijam-se em teu nome.
Psalms 89:13 Yours is an arm of power; strong is your hand and high your right hand.	Salmos 89:13 Tu tens um braço poderoso; forte é a tua mão, e elevado a tua destra.
Psalms 89:14 The seat of your kingdom is resting on righteousness and right judging: mercy and good faith come before your face.	Salmos 89:14 Justiça e juízo são a base do teu trono; benignidade e verdade vão adiante de ti.
Psalms 89:15 Happy are the people who have knowledge of the holy cry: the light of your face, O Lord, will be shining on their way.	Salmos 89:15 Bem-aventurado o povo que conhece o som festivo, que anda, ó Senhor, na luz da tua face,
Psalms 89:16 In your name will they have joy all the day: in your righteousness will they be lifted up.	Salmos 89:16 que se regozija em teu nome todo o dia, e na tua justiça é exaltado.
Psalms 89:17 For you are the glory of their strength; in your pleasure will our horn be lifted up.	Salmos 89:17 Pois tu és a glória da sua força; e pelo teu favor será exaltado o nosso poder.
Psalms 89:18 For our breastplate is the Lord; and our king is the Holy One of Israel's.	Salmos 89:18 Porque o Senhor é o nosso escudo, e o Santo de Israel é o nosso Rei.
Psalms 89:19 Then your voice came to your holy one in a vision, saying, I have put the crown on a strong one, lifting up one taken from among the people.	Salmos 89:19 Naquele tempo falaste em visão ao teu santo, e disseste: Coloquei a coroa num homem poderoso; exaltei um escolhido dentre o povo.
Psalms 89:20 I have made discovery of David my servant; I have put my holy oil on his head.	Salmos 89:20 Achei Davi, meu servo; com o meu santo óleo o ungi.
Psalms 89:21 My hand will be his support; my arm will give him strength.	Salmos 89:21 A minha mão será sempre com ele, e o meu braço o fortalecerá.
Psalms 89:22 The deceit of those who are against him will not overcome him; he will not be troubled by the sons of evil.	Salmos 89:22 O inimigo não o surpreenderá, nem o filho da perversidade o afligirá.
Psalms 89:23 I will have those who are against him broken before his face, and his haters will be crushed under my blows.	Salmos 89:23 Eu esmagarei diante dele os seus adversários, e aos que o odeiam abaterei.
Psalms 89:24 But my faith and my mercy will be with him; and in my name will his horn be lifted up.	Salmos 89:24 A minha fidelidade, porém, e a minha benignidade estarão com ele, e em meu nome será exaltado o seu poder.
Psalms 89:25 I will put his hand in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers.	Salmos 89:25 Porei a sua mão sobre o mar, e a sua destra sobre os rios.

Psalms 89:28 I will keep my mercy for him for ever; my agreement with him will not be changed.	Salmos 89:28 Conservar-lhe-ei para sempre a minha benignidade, e o meu pacto com ele ficará firme.
Psalms 89:29 His seed will keep their place for ever; his kingdom will be eternal, like the heavens.	Salmos 89:29 Farei que subsista para sempre a sua descendência, e o seu trono como os dias dos céus.
Psalms 89:30 If his children give up my law, and are not ruled by my decisions;	Salmos 89:30 Se os seus filhos deixarem a minha lei, e não andarem nas minhas ordenanças,
Psalms 89:31 If my rules are broken, and my orders are not kept;	Salmos 89:31 se profanarem os meus preceitos, e não guardarem os meus mandamentos,
Psalms 89:32 Then I will send punishment on them for their sin; my rod will be the reward of their evil-doing.	Salmos 89:32 então visitarei com vara a sua transgressão, e com açoites a sua iniqüidade.
Psalms 89:33 But I will not take away my mercy from him, and will not be false to my faith.	Salmos 89:33 Mas não lhe retirarei totalmente a minha benignidade, nem faltarei com a minha fidelidade.
Psalms 89:34 I will be true to my agreement; the things which have gone out of my lips will not be changed.	Salmos 89:34 Não violarei o meu pacto, nem alterarei o que saiu dos meus lábios.
Psalms 89:35 I have made an oath once by my holy name, that I will not be false to David.	Salmos 89:35 Uma vez para sempre jurei por minha santidade; não mentirei a Davi.
Psalms 89:36 His seed will not come to an end for ever; the seat of his kingdom will be like the sun before me.	Salmos 89:36 A sua descendência subsistirá para sempre, e o seu trono será como o sol diante de mim;
Psalms 89:37 It will be fixed for ever like the moon; and the witness in heaven is true. (Selah.)	Salmos 89:37 será estabelecido para sempre como a lua, e ficará firme enquanto o céu durar.
Psalms 89:38 But you have put him away in disgust; you have been angry with the king of your selection.	Salmos 89:38 Mas tu o repudiaste e rejeitaste, tu estás indignado contra o teu ungido.
Psalms 89:39 You have made your agreement with your servant of no effect: you have had no respect for his crown, it has come down even to the earth.	Salmos 89:39 Desprezaste o pacto feito com teu servo; profanaste a sua coroa, arrojando-a por terra.
Psalms 89:40 All his walls are broken down; you have given his strong towers to destruction.	Salmos 89:40 Derribaste todos os seus muros; arruinaste as suas fortificações.
Psalms 89:41 All those who come by take away his goods; he is laughed at by his neighbours.	Salmos 89:41 Todos os que passam pelo caminho o despojam; tornou-se objeto de opróbrio para os seus vizinhos.
Psalms 89:42 You have given power to the right hand of his haters; you have made glad all those who are against him.	Salmos 89:42 Exaltaste a destra dos seus adversários; fizeste com que todos os seus inimigos se regozijassem.
Psalms 89:43 His sword is turned back; you have not been his support in the fight.	Salmos 89:43 Embotaste o fio da sua espada, e não o sustentaste na peleja;
Psalms 89:44 You have put an end to his glory: the seat of his kingdom has been levelled to the earth.	Salmos 89:44 fizeste cessar o seu esplendor, e arrojaste por terra o seu trono;
Psalms 89:45 You have made him old before his time; he is covered with shame. (Selah.)	Salmos 89:45 abreviaste os dias da sua mocidade; cobriste-o de vergonha.
Psalms 89:46 How long, O Lord, will you Keep yourself for ever from our eyes? how long will your wrath be burning like fire?	Salmos 89:46 Até quando, Senhor? Esconder-te-ás para sempre? Até quando arderá a tua ira como fogo?
Psalms 89:47 See how short my time is; why have you made all men for no purpose?	Salmos 89:47 Lembra-te de quão breves são os meus dias; de quão efêmeros criaste todos os filhos dos homens!
Psalms 89:48 What man now living will not see death? will he be able to keep back his soul from the underworld? (Selah.)	Salmos 89:48 Que homem há que viva e não veja a morte? ou que se livre do poder do Seol?
Psalms 89:49 Lord, where are your earlier mercies? where is the oath which you made to David in unchanging faith?	Salmos 89:49 Senhor, onde estão as tuas antigas benignidades, que juraste a Davi na tua fidelidade?
Psalms 89:50 Keep in mind, O Lord, the shame of your servants, and how the bitter words of all the people have come into my heart;	Salmos 89:50 Lembre-te, Senhor, do opróbrio dos teus servos; e de como trago no meu peito os insultos de todos os povos poderosos,
Psalms 89:51 The bitter words of your haters, O Lord, shaming the footsteps of your king.	Salmos 89:51 com que os teus inimigos, ó Senhor, têm difamado, com que têm difamado os passos do teu ungido.
Psalms 89:52 Let the Lord be praised for ever. So be it, So be it.	Salmos 89:52 Bendito seja o Senhor para sempre. Amém e amém.
