Job 39	Hiob 39
Job 39:1 Have you knowledge of the rock-goats? or do you see the roes giving birth to their young?	Hiob 39:1 Weißt du die Zeit, wann die Gemsen auf den Felsen gebären? oder hast du gemerkt, wann die Hinden schwanger gehen?
Job 39:2 Is the number of their months fixed by you? or is the time when they give birth ordered by you?	Hiob 39:2 Hast du gezählt ihre Monden, wann sie voll werden? oder weißt du die Zeit, wann sie gebären?
Job 39:3 They are bent down, they give birth to their young, they let loose the fruit of their body.	Hiob 39:3 Sie beugen sich, lassen los ihre Jungen und werden los ihre Wehen.
Job 39:4 Their young ones are strong, living in the open country; they go out and do not come back again.	Hiob 39:4 Ihre Jungen werden feist und groß im Freien und gehen aus und kommen nicht wieder zu ihnen.
Job 39:5 Who has let the ass of the fields go free? or made loose the bands of the loud-voiced beast?	Hiob 39:5 Wer hat den Wildesel so frei lassen gehen, wer hat die Bande des Flüchtigen gelöst,
Job 39:6 To whom I have given the waste land for a heritage, and the salt land as a living-place.	Hiob 39:6 dem ich die Einöde zum Hause gegeben habe und die Wüste zur Wohnung?
Job 39:7 He makes sport of the noise of the town; the voice of the driver does not come to his ears;	Hiob 39:7 Er verlacht das Getümmel der Stadt; das Pochen des Treibers hört er nicht.
Job 39:8 He goes looking for his grass-lands in the mountains, searching out every green thing.	Hiob 39:8 Er schaut nach den Bergen, da seine Weide ist, und sucht, wo es grün ist.
Job 39:9 Will the ox of the mountains be your servant? or is his night's resting-place by your food-store?	Hiob 39:9 Meinst du das Einhorn werde dir dienen und werde bleiben an deiner Krippe?
Job 39:10 Will he be pulling your plough with cords, turning up the valleys after you?	Hiob 39:10 Kannst du ihm dein Seil anknüpfen, die Furchen zu machen, daß es hinter dir brache in Tälern?
Job 39:11 Will you put your faith in him, because his strength is great? will you give the fruit of your work into his care?	Hiob 39:11 Magst du dich auf das Tier verlassen, daß es so stark ist, und wirst es dir lassen arbeiten?
Job 39:12 Will you be looking for him to come back, and get in your seed to the crushing-floor?	Hiob 39:12 Magst du ihm trauen, daß es deinen Samen dir wiederbringe und in deine Scheune sammle?
Job 39:13 Is the wing of the ostrich feeble, or is it because she has no feathers,	Hiob 39:13 Der Fittich des Straußes hebt sich fröhlich. Dem frommen Storch gleicht er an Flügeln und Federn.
Job 39:14 That she puts her eggs on the earth, warming them in the dust,	Hiob 39:14 Doch läßt er seine Eier auf der Erde und läßt sie die heiße Erde ausbrüten.
Job 39:15 Without a thought that they may be crushed by the foot, and broken by the beasts of the field?	Hiob 39:15 Er vergißt, daß sie möchten zertreten werden und ein wildes Tier sie zerbreche.
Job 39:16 She is cruel to her young ones, as if they were not hers; her work is to no purpose; she has no fear.	Hiob 39:16 Er wird so hart gegen seine Jungen, als wären sie nicht sein, achtet's nicht, daß er umsonst arbeitet.
Job 39:17 For God has taken wisdom from her mind, and given her no measure of knowledge.	Hiob 39:17 Denn Gott hat ihm die Weisheit genommen und hat ihm keinen Verstand zugeteilt.
Job 39:18 When she is shaking her wings on high, she makes sport of the horse and of him who is seated on him.	Hiob 39:18 Zu der Zeit, da er hoch auffährt, verlacht er beide, Roß und Mann.
Job 39:19 Do you give strength to the horse? is it by your hand that his neck is clothed with power?	Hiob 39:19 Kannst du dem Roß Kräfte geben oder seinen Hals zieren mit seiner Mähne?
Job 39:20 Is it through you that he is shaking like a locust, in the pride of his loud-sounding breath?	Hiob 39:20 Läßt du es aufspringen wie die Heuschrecken? Schrecklich ist sein prächtiges Schnauben.
Job 39:21 He is stamping with joy in the valley; he makes sport of fear.	Hiob 39:21 Es stampft auf den Boden und ist freudig mit Kraft und zieht aus, den Geharnischten entgegen.
Job 39:22 In his strength he goes out against the arms of war, turning not away from the sword.	Hiob 39:22 Es spottet der Furcht und erschrickt nicht und flieht vor dem Schwert nicht,
Job 39:23 The bow is sounding against him; he sees the shining point of spear and arrow.	Hiob 39:23 wenngleich über ihm klingt der Köcher und glänzen beide, Spieß und Lanze.
Job 39:24 Shaking with passion, he is biting the earth; he is not able to keep quiet at the sound of the horn;	Hiob 39:24 Es zittert und tobt und scharrt in die Erde und läßt sich nicht halten bei der Drommete Hall.
Job 39:25 When it comes to his ears he says, Aha! He is smelling the fight from far off, and hearing the thunder of the captains, and the war-cries.	Hiob 39:25 So oft die Drommete klingt, spricht es: Hui! und wittert den Streit von ferne, das Schreien der Fürsten und Jauchzen.
Job 39:26 Is it through your knowledge that the hawk takes his flight, stretching out his wings to the south?	Hiob 39:26 Fliegt der Habicht durch deinen Verstand und breitet seine Flügel gegen Mittag?
Job 39:27 Or is it by your orders that the eagle goes up, and makes his resting-place on high?	Hiob 39:27 Fliegt der Adler auf deinen Befehl so hoch, daß er sein Nest in der Höhe macht?
Job 39:28 On the rock is his house, and on the mountain-top his strong place.	Hiob 39:28 In den Felsen wohnt er und bleibt auf den Zacken der Felsen und auf Berghöhen.
Job 39:29 From there he is watching for food; his eye sees it far off.	Hiob 39:29 Von dort schaut er nach der Speise, und seine Augen sehen ferne.
Job 39:30 His young have blood for their drink, and where the dead bodies are, there is he to be seen.	Hiob 39:30 Seine Jungen saufen Blut, und wo Erschlagene liegen, da ist er.
