Psalms 70

Psalms 70:1 ^
To the chief music-maker. Of David. To keep in memory.Let your salvation come quickly, O God; come quickly to my help, O Lord.
Psalms 70:1 ^
For the Chief Musician. [A Psalm] of David; to bring to remembrance. [Make haste], O God, to deliver me; Make haste to help me, O Jehovah.
Psalms 70:2 ^
Let those who go after my soul have shame and trouble; let those who have evil designs against me be turned back and made foolish.
Psalms 70:2 ^
Let them be put to shame and confounded That seek after my soul: Let them be turned backward and brought to dishonor That delight in my hurt.
Psalms 70:3 ^
Let those who say Aha, aha! be turned back as a reward of their shame.
Psalms 70:3 ^
Let them be turned back by reason of their shame That say, Aha, aha.
Psalms 70:4 ^
Let all those who are looking for you be glad and have joy in you; let the lovers of your salvation ever say, May God be great.
Psalms 70:4 ^
Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee; And let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
Psalms 70:5 ^
But I am poor and in need; come to me quickly, O God; you are my help and my saviour; let there be no waiting, O Lord.
Psalms 70:5 ^
But I am poor and needy; Make haste unto me, O God: Thou art my help and my deliverer; O Jehovah, make no tarrying.
