Jesaja 2:1 Dies ist's, das Jesaja, der Sohn des Amoz, sah von Juda und Jerusalem:	Isaiah 2:1 The word which Isaiah, the son of Amoz, saw about Judah and Jerusalem.
Jesaja 2:2 Es wird zur letzten Zeit der Berg, da des HERRN Haus ist, fest stehen, höher denn alle Berge, und über alle Hügel erhaben werden, und werden alle Heiden dazu laufen	Isaiah 2:2 And it will come about in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord will be placed on the top of the mountains, and be lifted up over the hills; and all nations will come to it.
Jesaja 2:3 und viele Völker hingehen und sagen: Kommt, laßt uns auf den Berg des HERRN gehen, zum Hause des Gottes Jakobs, daß er uns lehre seine Wege und wir wandeln auf seinen Steigen! Denn von Zion wird das Gesetz ausgehen, und des HERRN Wort von Jerusalem.	Isaiah 2:3 And the peoples will say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob: and he will give us knowledge of his ways, and we will be guided by his word; for out of Zion the law will go out, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
Jesaja 2:4 Und er wird richten unter den Heiden und strafen viele Völker. Da werden sie ihre Schwerter zu Pflugscharen und ihre Spieße zu Sicheln machen. Denn es wird kein Volk gegen das andere ein Schwert aufheben, und werden hinfort nicht mehr kriegen lernen.	Isaiah 2:4 And he will be the judge between the nations, and the peoples will be ruled by his decisions: and their swords will be turned into plough-blades, and their spears into vine-knives: no longer will the nations be turning their swords against one another, and the knowledge of war will be gone for ever.
Jesaja 2:5 Kommt nun, ihr vom Hause Jakob, laßt uns wandeln im Lichte des HERRN!	Isaiah 2:5 O family of Jacob, come, and let us go in the light of the Lord.
Jesaja 2:6 Aber du hast dein Volk, das Haus Jakob, lassen fahren; denn sie treibens mehr als die gegen den Aufgang und sind Tagewähler wie die Philister und hängen sich an die Kinder der Fremden.	Isaiah 2:6 For you, O Lord, have given up your people, the family of Jacob, because they are full of the evil ways of the east, and make use of secret arts like the Philistines, and are friends with the children of strange countries.
Jesaja 2:7 Ihr Land ist voll Silber und Gold, und ihrer Schätze ist kein Ende; ihr Land ist voll Rosse, und ihrer Wagen ist kein Ende.	Isaiah 2:7 And their land is full of silver and gold, and there is no end to their stores; their land is full of horses, and there is no end to their carriages.
Jesaja 2:8 Auch ist ihr Land voll Götzen; sie beten an ihrer Hände Werk, das ihre Finger gemacht haben.	Isaiah 2:8 Their land is full of images; they give worship to the work of their hands, even to that which their fingers have made.
Jesaja 2:9 Da bückt sich der Pöbel, da demütigen sich die Herren. Das wirst du ihnen nicht vergeben.	Isaiah 2:9 And the poor man's head is bent, and the great man goes down on his face: for this cause there will be no forgiveness for their sin.
Jesaja 2:10 Gehe in den Felsen und verbirg dich in der Erde vor der Furcht des HERRN und vor seiner herrlichen Majestät.	Isaiah 2:10 Go into a hole in the rock, covering yourselves with dust, in fear of the Lord, before the glory of his power.
Jesaja 2:11 Denn alle hohen Augen werden erniedrigt werden, und die hohe Männer sind, werden sich bücken müssen; der HERR aber wird allein hoch sein zu der Zeit.	Isaiah 2:11 The high looks of man will be put to shame, and the pride of men will be made low, and only the Lord will be lifted up in that day.
Jesaja 2:12 Denn der Tag des HERRN Zebaoth wird gehen über alles Hoffärtige und Hohe und über alles Erhabene, daß es erniedrigt werde;	Isaiah 2:12 For the day of the Lord of armies is coming on all the pride of men, and on all who are high and lifted up;
Jesaja 2:13 auch über alle hohen und erhabenen Zedern auf dem Libanon und über alle Eichen in Basan;	Isaiah 2:13 And on all the high trees of Lebanon, and on all the strong trees of Bashan;
Jesaja 2:14 über alle hohen Berge und über alle erhabenen Hügel;	Isaiah 2:14 And on all the high mountains, and on all the hills which are lifted up;
Jesaja 2:15 über alle hohen Türme und über alle festen Mauern;	Isaiah 2:15 And on every high tower, and on every strong wall;
Jesaja 2:16 über alle Schiffe im Meer und über alle köstliche Arbeit:	Isaiah 2:16 And on all the ships of Tarshish, and on all the fair boats.
Jesaja 2:17 daß sich bücken muß alle Höhe der Menschen und sich demütigen müssen, die hohe Männer sind, und der HERR allein hoch sei zu der Zeit.	Isaiah 2:17 And the high looks of man will be put to shame, and the pride of men will be made low: and only the Lord will be lifted up in that day.
Jesaja 2:18 Und mit den Götzen wird's ganz aus sein.	Isaiah 2:18 And the images will never be seen again.
Jesaja 2:19 Da wird man in der Felsen Höhlen gehen und in der Erde Klüfte vor der Furcht des HERRN und vor seiner herrlichen Majestät, wenn er sich aufmachen wird, zu schrecken die Erde.	Isaiah 2:19 And men will go into cracks of the rocks, and into holes of the earth, for fear of the Lord, and before the glory of his power, when he comes out of his place, shaking the earth with his strength.
Jesaja 2:20 Zu der Zeit wird jedermann wegwerfen seine silbernen und goldenen Götzen, die er sich hat machen lassen, anzubeten, in die Löcher der Maulwürfe und der Fledermäuse,	Isaiah 2:20 In that day men will put their images of silver and of gold, which they made for worship, in the keeping of the beasts of the dark places;
Jesaja 2:21 auf daß er möge in die Steinritzen und Felsklüfte kriechen vor der Furcht des HERRN und vor seiner herrlichen Majestät, wenn er sich aufmachen wird, zu schrecken die Erde.	Isaiah 2:21 To take cover in the cracks of the rocks, and in the holes of the hills, for fear of the Lord, and before the glory of his power, when he comes out of his place, shaking the earth with his strength.
Jesaja 2:22 So lasset nun ab von dem Menschen, der Odem in der Nase hat; denn für was ist er zu achten?	Isaiah 2:22 Have no more to do with man, whose life is only a breath, for he is of no value.
