Jesaja 16:1 Schickt dem Landesherrn Lämmer von Sela aus der Wüste zum Berge der Tochter Zion!	Isaiah 16:1 And they will send ... to the mountain of the daughter of Zion.
Jesaja 16:2 Aber wie ein Vogel dahinfliegt, der aus dem Nest getrieben wird, so werden sein die Töchter Moabs in den Furten des Arnon.	Isaiah 16:2 For the daughters of Moab will be like wandering birds, like a place from which the young birds have gone in flight, at the ways across the Arnon.
Jesaja 16:3 "Sammelt Rat, haltet Gericht, mache deinen Schatten des Mittags wie die Nacht; verbirg die Verjagten, und melde die Flüchtlinge nicht!	Isaiah 16:3 Give wise directions, make a decision; let your shade be as night in full day: keep safe those who are in flight; do not give up the wandering ones.
Jesaja 16:4 Laß meine Verjagten bei dir herbergen; sei du für Moab ein Schirm vor dem Verstörer, so wird der Dränger ein Ende haben, der Verstörer aufhören und der Untertreter ablassen im Lande."	Isaiah 16:4 Let those who have been forced out of Moab have a resting-place with you; be a cover to them from him who is making waste their land: till the cruel ones are cut off, and wasting has come to an end, and those who take pleasure in crushing the poor are gone from the land.
Jesaja 16:5 Es wird aber ein Stuhl bereitet werden aus Gnaden, daß einer darauf sitze in der Wahrheit, in der Hütte Davids, und richte und trachte nach Recht und fördere Gerechtigkeit.	Isaiah 16:5 Then a king's seat will be based on mercy, and one will be seated on it in the tent of David for ever; judging uprightly, and quick to do righteousness.
Jesaja 16:6 Wir hören aber von dem Hochmut Moabs, daß er gar groß ist, daß auch ihr Hochmut, Stolz und Zorn größer ist denn ihre Macht.	Isaiah 16:6 We have had word of the pride of Moab, how great it is; how he is lifted up in pride and passion: his high words about himself are false.
Jesaja 16:7 Darum wird ein Moabiter über den andern heulen; allesamt werden sie Heulen. Über die Grundfesten der Stadt Kir-Hareseth werden sie seufzen, ganz zerschlagen.	Isaiah 16:7 For this cause everyone in Moab will give cries of grief for Moab: crushed to the earth, they will be weeping for the men of Kir-hareseth.
Jesaja 16:8 Denn Hesbon ist ein wüstes Feld geworden; der Weinstock zu Sibma ist verderbt; die Herren unter den Heiden haben seine edlen Reben zerschlagen, die da reichten bis gen Jaser und sich zogen in die Wüste; ihre Schößlinge sind zerstreut und über das Meer geführt.	Isaiah 16:8 For the fields of Heshbon are waste, the vine of Sibmah is dead; the lords of nations were overcome by the produce of her vines; her vine-plants went as far as Jazer, and came even to the waste land; her branches were stretched out to the sea.
Jesaja 16:9 Darum weine ich um Jaser und um den Weinstock zu Sibma und vergieße viel Tränen um Hesbon und Eleale. Denn es ist ein Gesang in deinen Sommer und in deine Ernte gefallen,	Isaiah 16:9 For this cause my sorrow for the vine of Sibmah will be like the weeping for Jazer: my eyes are dropping water on you, O Heshbon and Elealeh! For they are sounding the war-cry over your summer fruits and the getting in of your grain;
Jesaja 16:10 daß Freude und Wonne im Felde aufhört, und in den Weinbergen jauchzt noch ruft man nicht. Man keltert keinen Wein in den Keltern; ich habe dem Gesang ein Ende gemacht.	Isaiah 16:10 And all joy is gone; no longer are they glad for the fertile field; and in the vine-gardens there are no songs or sounds of joy: the crushing of grapes has come to an end, and its glad cry has been stopped.
Jesaja 16:11 Darum rauscht mein Herz über Moab wie eine Harfe und mein Inwendiges über Kir-Heres.	Isaiah 16:11 For this cause the cords of my heart are sounding for Moab, and I am full of sorrow for Kir-heres.
Jesaja 16:12 Alsdann wird's offenbar werden, wie Moab müde ist bei den Altären und wie er zu seinem Heiligtum gegangen sei, zu beten, und doch nichts ausgerichtet habe.	Isaiah 16:12 And when Moab goes up to the high place, and makes prayer in the house of his god, it will have no effect.
Jesaja 16:13 Das ist's, was der HERR dazumal gegen Moab geredet hat.	Isaiah 16:13 This is the word which the Lord said about Moab in the past.
Jesaja 16:14 Nun aber redet der HERR und spricht: In drei Jahren, wie eines Tagelöhners Jahre sind, wird die Herrlichkeit Moabs gering werden bei all seiner großen Menge, daß gar wenig übrigbleibe und nicht viel.	Isaiah 16:14 But now the Lord has said, In three years, the years of a servant working for payment, the glory of Moab, all that great people, will be turned to shame, and the rest of Moab will be very small and without honour.
