Josue 5:1 Ug nahitabo, nga sa nakadungog ang mga hari sa mga Amorehanon, nga didto sa luyo sa Jordan paingon sa kasadpan, ug ang tanang mga hari sa mga Canaanhon nga didto duol sa dagat, nanagpakadungog kong giunsa ni Jehova pagmala ang mga tubig sa Jordan sa atubangan sa mga anak sa Israel, hangtud nga kami nakatabok na, ang ilang mga kasingkasing nangatunaw ug wala na usab kanila ang espiritu, tungod sa mga anak sa Israel.	Joshua 5:1 Now when the news came to all the kings of the Amorites on the west side of Jordan, and all the kings of the Canaanites living by the sea, how the Lord had made the waters of Jordan dry before the children of Israel, till they had gone across, their hearts became like water, and there was no more spirit in them, because of the children of Israel.
Josue 5:2 Niadtong panahona si Jehova miingon kang Josue: Magbuhat ka ug mahait nga mga cuchillo, ug circuncidahon pag-usab ang mga anak sa Israel, sa ikaduha,	Joshua 5:2 At that time the Lord said to Joshua, Make yourself stone knives and give the children of Israel circumcision a second time.
Josue 5:3 Ug si Josue nagbuhat alang kaniya ug mga cuchillo nga santik ug gicircuncidahan niya ang mga anak sa Israel, didto sa Gibeatnaaraloth.	Joshua 5:3 So Joshua made stone knives and gave the children of Israel circumcision at Gibeath-ha-araloth.
Josue 5:4 Mao kini ang hinungdan nga si Josue nagcircuncidar: ang tanang mga tawo nga nanggula gikan sa Egipto, ang mga lalake, ingon man ang mga manggugubat, nangamatay sa dalan sa kamingawan, tapus sila makagula gikan sa Egipto.	Joshua 5:4 And this is the reason why Joshua did so: all the males of the people who came out of Egypt, all the fighting-men, had been overtaken by death in the waste land on the way, after they came out of Egypt.
Josue 5:5 Kay ang tanang mga tawo nga nanggula pulos gicircuncidahan: apan kadtong tanan nga didto matawo sa ilang pagpanlakaw sa kamingawan, gikan sa Egipto, wala nila circuncidahi.	Joshua 5:5 All the people who came out had undergone circumcision; but all the people whose birth had taken place in the waste land on their journey from Egypt had not.
Josue 5:6 Kay ang mga anak sa Israel mingpanaw sulod sa kap-atan ka tuig sa kamingawan hangtud ang tibook nga nasud bisan ang mga tawo nga manggugubat nga nanggula sa Egipto, nangahurot, kay sila wala magpatalinghug sa tingog ni Jehova kanila si Jehova nanumpa nga sila dili niya pakitaon sa yuta nga gipanumpa ni Jehova sa ilang mga amahan nga iyang ihatag kanato, usa ka yuta nga nagapaagay sa gatas ug dugos.	Joshua 5:6 For the children of Israel were wandering in the waste land for forty years, till all the nation, that is, all the fighting-men, who had come out of Egypt, were dead, because they did not give ear to the voice of the Lord: to whom the Lord said, with an oath, that he would not let them see the land which the Lord had given his word to their fathers to give us, a land flowing with milk and honey.
Josue 5:7 Ug ang ilang mga anak nga iyang gisapnay ilis kanila, sila gicircuncidahan ni Josue: kay sila dili sinircuncidahan, kay sila wala man circuncidahi nila sa dalan.	Joshua 5:7 And their children, who came up in their place, now underwent circumcision by the hands of Joshua, not having had it before: for there had been no circumcision on the journey.
Josue 5:8 Ug nahitabo, nga sa diha nga nahuman na circuncidahi ang tibook nasud, nga sila namuyo sa ilang mga puloy-anan sa campo hangtud nga sila nangaayo na.	Joshua 5:8 So when all the nation had undergone circumcision, they kept in their tents till they were well again.
Josue 5:9 Ug si Jehova namulong kang Josue: Niining adlawa gisalikway ko na ang mga pagtamay sa Egipto kaninyo sa Tungod niini ang ngalan sa dapit ginatawag nga Gilgal; hangtud niining adlawa.	Joshua 5:9 And the Lord said to Joshua, Today the shame of Egypt has been rolled away from you. So that place was named Gilgal, to this day.
Josue 5:10 Ug ang mga anak sa Israel nanagpuyo sa Gilgal, ug sa hapon sa ikapulo ug upat ka adlaw sa maong bulan, nagsaulog sila sa pasko didto sa kapatagan sa Jerico.	Joshua 5:10 So the children of Israel put up their tents in Gilgal; and they kept the Passover on the fourteenth day of the month, in the evening, in the lowlands of Jericho.
Josue 5:11 Ug sa pagkaugma human ang pasko, nangaon sila sa abut sa yuta, mga tinapay nga walay levadura ug mga sinanglag nga mga trigo, sa maong adlawa gayud.	Joshua 5:11 And on the day after the Passover, they had for their food the produce of the land, unleavened cakes and dry grain on the same day.
Josue 5:12 Ug sa sunod nga adlaw sa nakasugod na sila pagkaon sa abut sa yuta, ang mana mihunong: ug ang mga anak sa Israel wala na ing mana: ug niadtong tuiga nangaon sila sa abut sa yuta sa Canaan.	Joshua 5:12 And there was no more manna from the day after they had for their food the produce of the land; the children of Israel had manna no longer, but that year the produce of the land of Canaan was their food.
Josue 5:13 Ug nahitabo, nga sa didto si Josue duol sa Jerico, nga siya miyahat sa iyang mga mata ug mitan-aw, ug ania karon, sa iyang atubangan may usa ka tawo nga nagtindog ug nagbitbit sa iyang kamot ug usa ka espada nga hinuso sa sakob; ug si Josue miduol kaniya, ug miingon kaniya: Kadapig ba ikaw namo kun sa among mga kaaway?	Joshua 5:13 Now when Joshua was near Jericho, lifting up his eyes he saw a man in front of him, with his sword uncovered in his hand: and Joshua went up to him and said, Are you for us or against us?
Josue 5:14 Ug siya miingon: Dili; apan ingon nga principe sa panon sa kasundalohan ni Jehova, mianhi ako karon. Ug si Josue mihapa sa yuta ug misimba, ug miingon kaniya: Unsa ba ang isulti sa akong agalon alang sa iyang sulogoon?	Joshua 5:14 And he said, No; but I have come as captain of the armies of the Lord. Then Joshua, falling down with his face to the earth in worship, said, What has my lord to say to his servant?
Josue 5:15 Ug ang principe sa panon sa kasundalohan ni Jehova miingon kang Josue: Kuhaa ang sapin sa imong tiil, kay ang dapit nga imong gitindogan, yuta nga balaan man. Ug si Josue nagtuman.	Joshua 5:15 And the captain of the Lord's army said to Joshua, Take off your shoes from your feet, for the place where you are is holy. And Joshua did so.
