Titus 2	Tito 2
Titus 2:1 But speak thou the things which befit the sound doctrine:	Tito 2:1 Tu, porém, fala o que convém à sã doutrina.
Titus 2:2 that aged men be temperate, grave, sober-minded, sound in faith, in love, in patience:	Tito 2:2 Exorta os velhos a que sejam temperantes, sérios, sóbrios, sãos na fé, no amor, e na constância;
Titus 2:3 that aged women likewise be reverent in demeanor, not slanderers nor enslaved to much wine, teachers of that which is good;	Tito 2:3 as mulheres idosas, semelhantemente, que sejam reverentes no seu viver, não caluniadoras, não dadas a muito vinho, mestras do bem,
Titus 2:4 that they may train the young women to love their husbands, to love their children,	Tito 2:4 para que ensinem as mulheres novas a amarem aos seus maridos e filhos,
Titus 2:5 [to be] sober-minded, chaste, workers at home, kind, being in subjection to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed:	Tito 2:5 a serem moderadas, castas, operosas donas de casa, bondosas, submissas a seus maridos, para que a palavra de Deus não seja blasfemada.
Titus 2:6 the younger men likewise exhort to be sober-minded:	Tito 2:6 Exorta semelhantemente os moços a que sejam moderados.
Titus 2:7 in all things showing thyself an ensample of good works; in thy doctrine [showing] uncorruptness, gravity,	Tito 2:7 Em tudo te dá por exemplo de boas obras; na doutrina mostra integridade, sobriedade,
Titus 2:8 sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of us.	Tito 2:8 linguagem sã e irrepreensível, para que o adversário se confunda, não tendo nenhum mal que dizer de nós.
Titus 2:9 [Exhort] servants to be in subjection to their own masters, [and] to be well-pleasing [to them] in all things; not gainsaying;	Tito 2:9 Exorta os servos a que sejam submissos a seus senhores em tudo, sendo-lhes agradáveis, não os contradizendo
Titus 2:10 not purloining, but showing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.	Tito 2:10 nem defraudando, antes mostrando perfeita lealdade, para que em tudo sejam ornamento da doutrina de Deus nosso Salvador.
Titus 2:11 For the grace of God hath appeared, bringing salvation to all men,	Tito 2:11 Porque a graça de Deus se manifestou, trazendo salvação a todos os homens,
Titus 2:12 instructing us, to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly and righteously and godly in this present world;	Tito 2:12 ensinando-nos, para que, renunciando à impiedade e às paixões mundanas, vivamos no presente mundo sóbria, e justa, e piamente,
Titus 2:13 looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;	Tito 2:13 aguardando a bem-aventurada esperança e o aparecimento da glória do nosso grande Deus e Salvador Cristo Jesus,
Titus 2:14 who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a people for his own possession, zealous of good works.	Tito 2:14 que se deu a si mesmo por nós para nos remir de toda a iniqüidade, e purificar para si um povo todo seu, zeloso de boas obras.
Titus 2:15 These things speak and exhort and reprove with all authority. Let no man despise thee.	Tito 2:15 Fala estas coisas, exorta e repreende com toda autoridade. Ninguém te despreze.
