Nahum 3:1 A curse is on the town of blood; it is full of deceit and violent acts; and there is no end to the taking of life.	Nahúm 3:1 ¡AY de la ciudad de sangres, toda llena de mentira y de rapiña, sin apartarse de ella el pillaje!
Nahum 3:2 The noise of the whip, and the noise of thundering wheels; horses rushing and war-carriages jumping,	Nahúm 3:2 Sonido de látigo, y estruendo de movimiento de ruedas; y caballo atropellador, y carro saltador;
Nahum 3:3 Horsemen driving forward, and the shining sword and the bright spear: and a great number of wounded, and masses of dead bodies; they are falling over the bodies of the dead:	Nahúm 3:3 Caballero enhiesto, y resplandor de espada, y resplandor de lanza; y multitud de muertos, y multitud de cadáveres; y de sus cadáveres no habrá fin, y en sus cadáveres tropezarán:
Nahum 3:4 Because of all the false ways of the loose woman, expert in attraction and wise in secret arts, who takes nations in the net of her false ways, and families through her secret arts.	Nahúm 3:4 A causa de la multitud de las fornicaciones de la ramera de hermosa gala, maestra de brujerías, que vende las gentes con sus fornicaciones, y los pueblos con sus hechizos.
Nahum 3:5 See, I am against you, says the Lord of armies, and I will have your skirts pulled over your face, and let the nations see you unclothed, and the kingdoms your shame.	Nahúm 3:5 Heme aquí contra ti, dice Jehová de los ejércitos, y descubriré tus faldas en tu cara, y mostraré á las gentes tu desnudez, y á los reinos tu vergüenza.
Nahum 3:6 I will make you completely disgusting and full of shame, and will put you up to be looked at by all.	Nahúm 3:6 Y echaré sobre ti suciedades, y te afrentaré, y te pondré como estiércol.
Nahum 3:7 And it will come about that all who see you will go in flight from you and say, Nineveh is made waste: who will be weeping for her? where am I to get comforters for her?	Nahúm 3:7 Y será que todos los que te vieren, se apartarán de ti, y dirán: Nínive es asolada: ¿quién se compadecerá de ella? ¿dónde te buscaré consoladores?
Nahum 3:8 Are you better than No-amon, seated on the Nile streams, with waters all round her; whose wall was the sea and her earthwork the waters?	Nahúm 3:8 ¿Eres tú mejor que No-amón, que estaba asentada entre ríos, cercada de aguas, cuyo baluarte era la mar, y del mar su muralla?
Nahum 3:9 Ethiopia was her strength and Egyptians without number; Put and Lubim were her helpers.	Nahúm 3:9 Etiopía era su fortaleza, y Egipto sin límite; Put y Libia fueron en tu ayuda.
Nahum 3:10 But even she has been taken away, she has gone away as a prisoner: even her young children are smashed to bits at the top of all the streets: the fate of her honoured men is put to the decision of chance, and all her great men are put in chains.	Nahúm 3:10 También ella fué llevada en cautiverio: también sus chiquitos fueron estrellados en las encrucijadas de todas las calles; y sobre sus varones echaron suertes, y todos sus magnates fueron aprisionados con grillos.
Nahum 3:11 And you will be overcome with wine, you will become feeble; you will be looking for a safe place from those who are fighting against you.	Nahúm 3:11 Tú también serás embriagada, serás encerrada; tú también buscarás fortaleza á causa del enemigo.
Nahum 3:12 All your walled places will be like fig-trees and your people like the first figs, falling at a shake into the mouth which is open for them.	Nahúm 3:12 Todas tus fortalezas cual higueras con brevas; que si las sacuden, caen en la boca del que las ha de comer.
Nahum 3:13 See, the people who are in you are women; the doorways of your land are wide open to your attackers: the locks of your doors have been burned away in the fire.	Nahúm 3:13 He aquí, tu pueblo será como mujeres en medio de ti: las puertas de tu tierra se abrirán de par en par á tus enemigos: fuego consumirá tus barras.
Nahum 3:14 Get water for the time when you are shut in, make strong your towns: go into the potter's earth, stamping it down with your feet, make strong the brickworks.	Nahúm 3:14 Provéete de agua para el cerco, fortifica tus fortalezas; entra en el lodo, pisa el barro, fortifica el horno.
Nahum 3:15 There the fire will make you waste; you will be cut off by the sword: make yourself as great in number as the worms, as great in number as the locusts.	Nahúm 3:15 Allí te consumirá el fuego, te talará la espada, te devorará como pulgón: multiplícate como langosta, multiplícate como langosta.
Nahum 3:16 Let your traders be increased more than the stars of heaven:	Nahúm 3:16 Multiplicaste tus mercaderes más que las estrellas del cielo: el pulgón hizo presa, y voló.
Nahum 3:17 Your crowned ones are like the locusts, and your scribes like the clouds of insects which take cover in the walls on a cold day, but when the sun comes up they go in flight, and are seen no longer in their place.	Nahúm 3:17 Tus príncipes serán como langostas, y tus grandes como langostas de langostas que se sientan en vallados en día de frío: salido el sol se mudan, y no se conoce el lugar donde estuvieron.
Nahum 3:18 Sorrow! how are the keepers of your flock sleeping, O king of Assyria! your strong men are at rest; your people are wandering on the mountains, and there is no one to get them together.	Nahúm 3:18 Durmieron tus pastores, oh rey de Asiria, reposaron tus valientes: tu pueblo se derramó por los montes, y no hay quien lo junte.
Nahum 3:19 Your pain may not be made better; you are wounded to death: all those hearing the news about you will be waving their hands in joy over you: for who has not undergone the weight of your evil-doing again and again?	Nahúm 3:19 No hay cura para tu quebradura; tu herida se encrudeció: todos los que oyeron tu fama, batirán las manos sobre ti, porque ¿sobre quién no pasó continuamente tu malicia?
