Isaiah 33:1 Ho! you who make waste those who did not make you waste; acting falsely to those who were not false to you. When you have come to an end of wasting, you will be made waste, and after your false acts, they will do the same to you.	Isaías 33:1 ¡AY de ti, el que saqueas, y nunca fuiste saqueado; el que haces deslealtad, bien que nadie contra ti la hizo! Cuando acabares de saquear, serás tú saqueado; y cuando acabares de hacer deslealtad, haráse contra ti.
Isaiah 33:2 O Lord, have mercy on us; for we have been waiting for your help: be our strength every morning, our salvation in time of trouble.	Isaías 33:2 Oh Jehová, ten misericordia de nosotros, á ti hemos esperado: tú, brazo de ellos en la mañana, sé también nuestra salud en tiempo de la tribulación.
Isaiah 33:3 At the loud noise the peoples have gone in flight; at your coming up the nations have gone in all directions.	Isaías 33:3 Los pueblos huyeron á la voz del estruendo; las gentes fueron esparcidas por tus levantamientos.
Isaiah 33:4 And the goods taken in war will be got together like the massing of young locusts; men will be rushing on them like the rushing of locusts.	Isaías 33:4 Mas vuestra presa será cogida como cuando cogen las orugas: correrá sobre ellos como de una á otra parte corren las langostas.
Isaiah 33:5 The Lord is lifted up; his place is on high: he has made Zion full of righteousness and true religion.	Isaías 33:5 Será ensalzado Jehová, el cual mora en las alturas: llenó á Sión de juicio y de justicia.
Isaiah 33:6 And she will have no more fear of change, being full of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge: the fear of the Lord is her wealth.	Isaías 33:6 Y reinarán en tus tiempos la sabiduría y la ciencia, y la fuerza de la salvación: el temor de Jehová será su tesoro.
Isaiah 33:7 See, the men of war are sorrowing outside the town: those who came looking for peace are weeping bitterly.	Isaías 33:7 He aquí que sus embajadores darán voces afuera; los mensajeros de paz llorarán amargamente.
Isaiah 33:8 The highways are waste, no man is journeying there: the agreement is broken, he has made sport of the towns, he has no thought for man.	Isaías 33:8 Las calzadas están desechas, cesaron los caminantes: anulado ha la alianza, aborreció las ciudades, tuvo en nada los hombres.
Isaiah 33:9 The earth is sorrowing and wasting away; Lebanon is put to shame and has become waste; Sharon is like the Arabah; and in Bashan and Carmel the leaves are falling.	Isaías 33:9 Enlutóse, enfermó la tierra: el Líbano se avergonzó, y fué cortado: hase tornado Sarón como desierto; y Basán y Carmel fueron sacudidos.
Isaiah 33:10 Now will I come forward, says the Lord; now will I be lifted up; now will my power be seen.	Isaías 33:10 Ahora me levantaré, dice Jehová; ahora seré ensalzado, ahora seré engrandecido.
Isaiah 33:11 Your designs will be without profit, and their effect will be nothing: you will be burned up by the fire of my breath.	Isaías 33:11 Concebisteis hojarascas, aristas pariréis: el soplo de vuestro fuego os consumirá.
Isaiah 33:12 And the peoples will be like the burning of chalk: as thorns cut down, which are burned in the fire.	Isaías 33:12 Y los pueblos serán como cal quemada: como espinas cortadas serán quemados con fuego.
Isaiah 33:13 Give ear, you who are far off, to what I have done: see my power, you who are near.	Isaías 33:13 Oid, los que estáis lejos, lo que he hecho; y vosotros los cercanos, conoced mi potencia.
Isaiah 33:14 The sinners in Zion are full of fear; the haters of God are shaking with wonder. Who among us may keep his place before the burning fire? who among us may see the eternal burnings?	Isaías 33:14 Los pecadores se asombraron en Sión, espanto sobrecogió á los hipócritas. ¿Quién de nosotros morará con el fuego consumidor? ¿quién de nosotros habitará con las llamas eternas?
Isaiah 33:15 He whose ways are true, and whose words are upright; he who gives no thought to the profits of false acts, whose hands have not taken rewards, who will have no part in putting men to death, and whose eyes are shut against evil;	Isaías 33:15 El que camina en justicia, y habla lo recto; el que aborrece la ganancia de violencias, el que sacude sus manos por no recibir cohecho, el que tapa su oreja por no oir sangres, el que cierra sus ojos por no ver cosa mala:
Isaiah 33:16 He will have a place on high: he will be safely shut in by the high rocks: his bread will be given to him; his waters will be certain.	Isaías 33:16 Este habitará en las alturas: fortalezas de rocas serán su lugar de acogimiento; se le dará su pan, y sus aguas serán ciertas.
Isaiah 33:17 Your eyes will see the king in his glory: they will be looking on a far-stretching land.	Isaías 33:17 Tus ojos verán al Rey en su hermosura; verán la tierra que está lejos.
Isaiah 33:18 Your heart will give thought to the cause of your fear: where is the scribe, where is he who made a record of the payments, where is he by whom the towers were numbered?	Isaías 33:18 Tu corazón imaginará el espanto, y dirá: ¿Qué es del escriba? ¿qué del pesador? ¿qué del que pone en lista las casas más insignes?
Isaiah 33:19 Never again will you see the cruel people, a people whose tongue has no sense for you; whose language is strange to you.	Isaías 33:19 No verás á aquel pueblo espantable, pueblo de lengua oscura de entender, de lengua tartamuda que no comprendas.
Isaiah 33:20 Let your eyes be resting on Zion, the town of our holy feasts: you will see Jerusalem, a quiet resting-place, a tent which will not be moved, whose tent-pins will never be pulled up, and whose cords will never be broken.	Isaías 33:20 Mira á Sión, ciudad de nuestras solemnidades: tus ojos verán á Jerusalem, morada de quietud, tienda que no será desarmada, ni serán arrancadas sus estacas, ni ninguna de sus cuerdas será rota.
Isaiah 33:21 But there the Lord will be with us in his glory, ... wide rivers and streams; where no boat will go with blades, and no fair ship will be sailing.	Isaías 33:21 Porque ciertamente allí será Jehová para con nosotros fuerte, lugar de ríos, de arroyos muy anchos, por el cual no andará galera, ni por él pasará grande navío.
Isaiah 33:22 For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our law-giver, the Lord is our king; he will be our saviour.	Isaías 33:22 Porque Jehová es nuestro juez, Jehová es nuestro legislador, Jehová es nuestro Rey, él mismo nos salvará.
Isaiah 33:23 Your cords have become loose; they were not able to make strong the support of their sails, the sail was not stretched out: then the blind will take much property, the feeble-footed will make division of the goods of war.	Isaías 33:23 Tus cuerdas se aflojaron; no afirmaron su mástil, ni entesaron la vela: repartiráse entonces presa de muchos despojos: los cojos arrebatarán presa.
Isaiah 33:24 And the men of Zion will not say, I am ill: for its people will have forgiveness for their sin.	Isaías 33:24 No dirá el morador: Estoy enfermo: el pueblo que morare en ella será absuelto de pecado.
