Isaías 22

Isaiah 22:1 ^
The word about the valley of vision. Why have all your people gone up to the house-tops?
Isaías 22:1 ^
CARGA del valle de la visión. ¿Qué tienes ahora, que toda tú te has subido sobre los terrados?
Isaiah 22:2 ^
You, who are full of loud voices, a town of outcries, given up to joy; your dead men have not been put to the sword, or come to their death in war.
Isaías 22:2 ^
Tú, llena de alborotos, ciudad turbulenta, ciudad alegre; tus muertos no son muertos á cuchillo, ni muertos en guerra.
Isaiah 22:3 ^
All your rulers ... have gone in flight; all your strong ones have gone far away.
Isaías 22:3 ^
Todos tus príncipes juntos huyeron del arco, fueron atados: todos los que en ti se hallaron, fueron atados juntamente, aunque lejos se habían huído.
Isaiah 22:4 ^
For this cause I have said, Let your eyes be turned away from me in my bitter weeping; I will not be comforted for the wasting of the daughter of my people.
Isaías 22:4 ^
Por esto dije: Dejadme, lloraré amargamente; no os afanéis por consolarme de la destrucción de la hija de mi pueblo.
Isaiah 22:5 ^
For it is a day of trouble and of crushing down and of destruction from the Lord, the Lord of armies, in the valley of vision; ...
Isaías 22:5 ^
Porque día es de alboroto, y de huella, y de fatiga por el Señor Jehová de los ejércitos en el valle de la visión, para derribar el muro, y dar grita al monte.
Isaiah 22:6 ^
And Elam was armed with arrows, and Aram came on horseback; and the breastplate of Kir was uncovered.
Isaías 22:6 ^
Y Elam tomó aljaba en carro de hombres y de caballeros; y Chîr descubrió escudo.
Isaiah 22:7 ^
And your most fertile valleys were full of war-carriages, and the horsemen took up their positions in front of the town.
Isaías 22:7 ^
Y acaeció que tus hermosos valles fueron llenos de carros, y los de á caballo acamparon á la puerta.
Isaiah 22:8 ^
He took away the cover of Judah; and in that day you were looking with care at the store of arms in the house of the woods.
Isaías 22:8 ^
Y desnudó la cobertura de Judá; y miraste en aquel día hacia la casa de armas del bosque.
Isaiah 22:9 ^
And you saw all the broken places in the wall of the town of David: and you got together the waters of the lower pool.
Isaías 22:9 ^
Y visteis las roturas de la ciudad de David, que se multiplicaron; y recogisteis las aguas de la pesquera de abajo.
Isaiah 22:10 ^
And you had the houses of Jerusalem numbered, pulling down the houses to make the wall stronger.
Isaías 22:10 ^
Y contasteis las casas de Jerusalem, y derribasteis casas para fortificar el muro.
Isaiah 22:11 ^
And you made a place between the two walls for storing the waters of the old pool: but you gave no thought to him who had done this, and were not looking to him by whom it had been purposed long before.
Isaías 22:11 ^
E hicisteis foso entre los dos muros con las aguas de la pesquera vieja: y no tuvisteis respeto al que la hizo, ni mirasteis de lejos al que la labró.
Isaiah 22:12 ^
And in that day the Lord, the Lord of armies, was looking for weeping, and cries of sorrow, cutting off of the hair, and putting on the clothing of grief:
Isaías 22:12 ^
Por tanto el Señor Jehová de los ejércitos llamó en este día á llanto y á endechas, á mesar y á vestir saco.
Isaiah 22:13 ^
But in place of these there was joy and delight, oxen and sheep were being made ready for food, there was feasting and drinking: men said, Now is the time for food and wine, for tomorrow death comes.
Isaías 22:13 ^
Y he aquí gozo y alegría, matando vacas y degollando ovejas, comer carne y beber vino, diciendo: Comamos y bebamos, que mañana moriremos.
Isaiah 22:14 ^
And the Lord of armies said to me secretly, Truly, this sin will not be taken from you till your death, says the Lord, the Lord of armies.
Isaías 22:14 ^
Esto fué revelado á mis oídos de parte de Jehová de los ejércitos: Que este pecado no os será perdonado hasta que muráis, dice el Señor Jehová de los ejércitos.
Isaiah 22:15 ^
The Lord, the Lord of armies, says, Go to this person in authority, this Shebna, who is over the house; who has made himself a resting-place on high, cutting out a place for himself in the rock, and say,
Isaías 22:15 ^
Jehová de los ejércitos dice así: Ve, entra á este tesorero, á Sebna el mayordomo, y dile:
Isaiah 22:16 ^
Who are you, and by what right have you made for yourself a resting-place here?
Isaías 22:16 ^
¿Qué tienes tú aquí, ó á quien tienes tú aquí, que labraste aquí sepulcro para ti, como el que en lugar alto labra su sepultura, ó el que esculpe para sí morada en una peña?
Isaiah 22:17 ^
See, O strong man, the Lord will send you violently away, gripping you with force,
Isaías 22:17 ^
He aquí que Jehová te trasportará en duro cautiverio, y de cierto te cubrirá el rostro.
Isaiah 22:18 ^
Twisting you round and round like a ball he will send you out into a wide country: there you will come to your end, and there will be the carriages of your pride, O shame of your lord's house!
Isaías 22:18 ^
Te echará á rodar con ímpetu, como á bola por tierra larga de términos: allá morirás, y allá estarán los carros de tu gloria, oh vergüenza de la casa de tu señor.
Isaiah 22:19 ^
And I will have you forced out of your place of authority, and pulled down from your position.
Isaías 22:19 ^
Y arrojarte he de tu lugar, y de tu puesto te empujaré.
Isaiah 22:20 ^
And in that day I will send for my servant, Eliakim, the son of Hilkiah:
Isaías 22:20 ^
Y será que, en aquel día, llamaré á mi siervo Eliacim, hijo de Hilcías;
Isaiah 22:21 ^
And I will put your robe on him, and put your band about him, and I will give your authority into his hand: and he will be a father to the men of Jerusalem, and to the family of Judah.
Isaías 22:21 ^
Y vestirélo de tus vestiduras, y le fortaleceré con tu talabarte, y entregaré en sus manos tu potestad; y será padre al morador de Jerusalem, y á la casa de Judá.
Isaiah 22:22 ^
And I will give the key of the family of David into his care; and what he keeps open will be shut by no one, and what he keeps shut no one will make open.
Isaías 22:22 ^
Y pondré la llave de la casa de David sobre su hombro; y abrirá, y nadie cerrará; cerrará, y nadie abrirá.
Isaiah 22:23 ^
And I will put him like a nail in a safe place; and he will be for a seat of glory to his father's family.
Isaías 22:23 ^
E hincarélo como clavo en lugar firme; y será por asiento de honra á la casa de su padre.
Isaiah 22:24 ^
And all the glory of his father's family will be hanging on him, all their offspring, every small vessel, even the cups and the basins.
Isaías 22:24 ^
Y colgarán de él toda la honra de la casa de su padre, los hijos y los nietos, todos los vasos menores, desde los vasos de beber hasta todos los instrumentos de música.
Isaiah 22:25 ^
In that day, says the Lord of armies, will the nail fixed in a safe place give way; and it will be cut down, and in its fall the weight hanging on it will be cut off, for the Lord has said it.
Isaías 22:25 ^
En aquel día, dice Jehová de los ejércitos, el clavo hincado en lugar firme será quitado, y será quebrado y caerá; y la carga que sobre él se puso, se echará á perder; porque Jehová habló.
