Psalms 46:1 To the chief music-maker. Of the sons of Korah; put to Alamoth. A Song.God is our harbour and our strength, a very present help in trouble.	Salmi 46:1 Per il Capo de’ musici. Dei figliuoli di Core. Per voci di fanciulle. Canto. Dio è per noi un rifugio ed una forza, un aiuto sempre pronto nelle distrette.
Psalms 46:2 For this cause we will have no fear, even though the earth is changed, and though the mountains are moved in the heart of the sea;	Salmi 46:2 Perciò noi non temeremo, anche quando fosse sconvolta la terra, quando i monti fossero smossi in seno ai mari,
Psalms 46:3 Though its waters are sounding and troubled, and though the mountains are shaking with their violent motion. (Selah.)	Salmi 46:3 quando le acque del mare muggissero e schiumassero, e per il loro gonfiarsi tremassero i monti.
Psalms 46:4 There is a river whose streams make glad the resting-place of God, the holy place of the tents of the Most High.	Salmi 46:4 V’è un fiume, i cui rivi rallegrano la città di Dio, il luogo santo della dimora dell’Altissimo.
Psalms 46:5 God has taken his place in her; she will not be moved: he will come to her help at the dawn of morning.	Salmi 46:5 Iddio è nel mezzo di lei; essa non sarà smossa. Iddio la soccorrerà allo schiarire del mattino.
Psalms 46:6 The nations were angry, the kingdoms were moved; at the sound of his voice the earth became like wax.	Salmi 46:6 Le nazioni romoreggiano, i regni si commuovono; egli fa udire la sua voce, la terra si strugge.
Psalms 46:7 The Lord of armies is with us; the God of Jacob is our high tower. (Selah.)	Salmi 46:7 L’Eterno degli eserciti è con noi, l’Iddio di Giacobbe è il nostro alto ricetto. Sela.
Psalms 46:8 Come, see the works of the Lord, the destruction which he has made in the earth.	Salmi 46:8 Venite, mirate le opere dell’Eterno, il quale compie sulla terra cose stupende.
Psalms 46:9 He puts an end to wars over all the earth; by him the bow is broken, and the spear cut in two, and the carriage burned in the fire.	Salmi 46:9 Egli fa cessar le guerre fino all’estremità della terra; rompe gli archi e spezza le lance, arde i carri nel fuoco.
Psalms 46:10 Be at peace in the knowledge that I am God: I will be lifted up among the nations, I will be honoured through all the earth.	Salmi 46:10 Fermatevi, ei dice, riconoscete che io sono Dio. Io sarò esaltato fra le nazioni, sarò esaltato sulla terra.
