Psalms 46:1 To the chief music-maker. Of the sons of Korah; put to Alamoth. A Song.God is our harbour and our strength, a very present help in trouble.	Psaumes 46:1 Au chef des chantres. Des fils de Koré. Sur alamoth. Cantique. Dieu est pour nous un refuge et un appui, Un secours qui ne manque jamais dans la détresse.
Psalms 46:2 For this cause we will have no fear, even though the earth is changed, and though the mountains are moved in the heart of the sea;	Psaumes 46:2 C`est pourquoi nous sommes sans crainte quand la terre est bouleversée, Et que les montagnes chancellent au coeur des mers,
Psalms 46:3 Though its waters are sounding and troubled, and though the mountains are shaking with their violent motion. (Selah.)	Psaumes 46:3 Quand les flots de la mer mugissent, écument, Se soulèvent jusqu`à faire trembler les montagnes. -Pause.
Psalms 46:4 There is a river whose streams make glad the resting-place of God, the holy place of the tents of the Most High.	Psaumes 46:4 Il est un fleuve dont les courants réjouissent la cité de Dieu, Le sanctuaire des demeures du Très Haut.
Psalms 46:5 God has taken his place in her; she will not be moved: he will come to her help at the dawn of morning.	Psaumes 46:5 Dieu est au milieu d`elle: elle n`est point ébranlée; Dieu la secourt dès l`aube du matin.
Psalms 46:6 The nations were angry, the kingdoms were moved; at the sound of his voice the earth became like wax.	Psaumes 46:6 Des nations s`agitent, des royaumes s`ébranlent; Il fait entendre sa voix: la terre se fond d`épouvante.
Psalms 46:7 The Lord of armies is with us; the God of Jacob is our high tower. (Selah.)	Psaumes 46:7 L`Éternel des armées est avec nous, Le Dieu de Jacob est pour nous une haute retraite. -Pause.
Psalms 46:8 Come, see the works of the Lord, the destruction which he has made in the earth.	Psaumes 46:8 Venez, contemplez les oeuvres de l`Éternel, Les ravages qu`il a opérés sur la terre!
Psalms 46:9 He puts an end to wars over all the earth; by him the bow is broken, and the spear cut in two, and the carriage burned in the fire.	Psaumes 46:9 C`est lui qui a fait cesser les combats jusqu`au bout de la terre; Il a brisé l`arc, et il a rompu la lance, Il a consumé par le feu les chars de guerre. -
Psalms 46:10 Be at peace in the knowledge that I am God: I will be lifted up among the nations, I will be honoured through all the earth.	Psaumes 46:10 Arrêtez, et sachez que je suis Dieu: Je domine sur les nations, je domine sur la terre. -
Psalms 46:11 The Lord of armies is with us; the God of Jacob is our high tower. (Selah.)	Psaumes 46:11 L`Éternel des armées est avec nous, Le Dieu de Jacob est pour nous une haute retraite. -Pause.
