Psalms 21:1 To the chief music-maker. A Psalm. Of David.The king will be glad in your strength, O Lord; how great will be his delight in your salvation!	Psaumes 21:1 Au chef des chantres. Psaume de David. Éternel! le roi se réjouit de ta protection puissante. Oh! comme ton secours le remplit d`allégresse!
Psalms 21:2 You have given him his heart's desire, and have not kept back the request of his lips. (Selah.)	Psaumes 21:2 Tu lui as donné ce que désirait son coeur, Et tu n`as pas refusé ce que demandaient ses lèvres. -Pause.
Psalms 21:3 For you go before him with the blessings of good things: you put a crown of fair gold on his head.	Psaumes 21:3 Car tu l`as prévenu par les bénédictions de ta grâce, Tu as mis sur sa tête une couronne d`or pur.
Psalms 21:4 He made request to you for life, and you gave it to him, long life for ever and ever.	Psaumes 21:4 Il te demandait la vie, tu la lui as donnée, Une vie longue pour toujours et à perpétuité.
Psalms 21:5 His glory is great in your salvation: honour and authority have you put on him.	Psaumes 21:5 Sa gloire est grande à cause de ton secours; Tu places sur lui l`éclat et la magnificence.
Psalms 21:6 For you have made him a blessing for ever: you have given him joy in the light of your face.	Psaumes 21:6 Tu le rends à jamais un objet de bénédictions, Tu le combles de joie devant ta face.
Psalms 21:7 For the king has faith in the Lord, and through the mercy of the Most High he will not be moved.	Psaumes 21:7 Le roi se confie en l`Éternel; Et, par la bonté du Très Haut, il ne chancelle pas.
Psalms 21:8 Your hand will make a search for all your haters; your right hand will be hard on all those who are against you.	Psaumes 21:8 Ta main trouvera tous tes ennemis, Ta droite trouvera ceux qui te haïssent.
Psalms 21:9 You will make them like a flaming oven before you; the Lord in his wrath will put an end to them, and they will be burned up in the fire.	Psaumes 21:9 Tu les rendras tels qu`une fournaise ardente, Le jour où tu te montreras; L`Éternel les anéantira dans sa colère, Et le feu les dévorera.
Psalms 21:10 Their fruit will be cut off from the earth, and their seed from among the children of men.	Psaumes 21:10 Tu feras disparaître leur postérité de la terre, Et leur race du milieu des fils de l`homme.
Psalms 21:11 For their thoughts were bitter against you: they had an evil design in their minds, which they were not able to put into effect.	Psaumes 21:11 Ils ont projeté du mal contre toi, Ils ont conçu de mauvais desseins, mais ils seront impuissants.
Psalms 21:12 Their backs will be turned when you make ready the cords of your bow against their faces.	Psaumes 21:12 Car tu leur feras tourner le dos, Et avec ton arc tu tireras sur eux.
Psalms 21:13 Be lifted up, O Lord, in your strength; so will we make songs in praise of your power.	Psaumes 21:13 Lève-toi, Éternel, avec ta force! Nous voulons chanter, célébrer ta puissance.
