Leviticus 26:1 Do not make images of false gods, or put up an image cut in stone or a pillar or any pictured stone in your land, to give worship to it; for I am the Lord your God.	Lévitique 26:1 Vous ne vous ferez point d`idoles, vous ne vous élèverez ni image taillée ni statue, et vous ne placerez dans votre pays aucune pierre ornée de figures, pour vous prosterner devant elle; car je suis l`Éternel, votre Dieu.
Leviticus 26:2 Keep my Sabbaths and give honour to my holy place: I am the Lord.	Lévitique 26:2 Vous observerez mes sabbats, et vous révérerez mon sanctuaire. Je suis l`Éternel.
Leviticus 26:3 If you are guided by my rules, and keep my laws and do them,	Lévitique 26:3 Si vous suivez mes lois, si vous gardez mes commandements et les mettez en pratique,
Leviticus 26:4 Then I will give you rain at the right time, and the land will give her increase and the trees of the field will give their fruit;	Lévitique 26:4 je vous enverrai des pluies en leur saison, la terre donnera ses produits, et les arbres des champs donneront leurs fruits.
Leviticus 26:5 And the crushing of the grain will overtake the cutting of the grapes, and the cutting of the grapes will overtake the planting of the seed, and there will be bread in full measure, and you will be living in your land safely.	Lévitique 26:5 A peine aurez-vous battu le blé que vous toucherez à la vendange, et la vendange atteindra les semailles; vous mangerez votre pain à satiété, et vous habiterez en sécurité dans votre pays.
Leviticus 26:6 And I will give you peace in the land, and you will take your rest and no one will give you cause for fear; and I will put an end to all evil beasts in the land, and no sword of war will go through your land.	Lévitique 26:6 Je mettrai la paix dans le pays, et personne ne troublera votre sommeil; je ferai disparaître du pays les bêtes féroces, et l`épée ne passera point par votre pays.
Leviticus 26:7 And you will put to flight those who are against you, and they will be put to death by your swords.	Lévitique 26:7 Vous poursuivrez vos ennemis, et ils tomberont devant vous par l`épée.
Leviticus 26:8 Then five of you will put to flight a hundred, and a hundred of you will put to flight ten thousand, and all who are against you will be put to death by your swords.	Lévitique 26:8 Cinq d`entre vous en poursuivront cent, et cent d`entre vous en poursuivront dix mille, et vos ennemis tomberont devant vous par l`épée.
Leviticus 26:9 And I will have pleasure in you and make you fertile and greater in number; and I will keep my agreement with you.	Lévitique 26:9 Je me tournerai vers vous, je vous rendrai féconds et je vous multiplierai, et je maintiendrai mon alliance avec vous.
Leviticus 26:10 And old stores long kept will be your food, and you will take out the old because of the new;	Lévitique 26:10 Vous mangerez des anciennes récoltes, et vous sortirez les vieilles pour faire place aux nouvelles.
Leviticus 26:11 And I will put my holy House among you, and my soul will not be turned away from you in disgust.	Lévitique 26:11 J`établirai ma demeure au milieu de vous, et mon âme ne vous aura point en horreur.
Leviticus 26:12 And I will be present among you and will be your God and you will be my people.	Lévitique 26:12 Je marcherai au milieu de vous, je serai votre Dieu, et vous serez mon peuple.
Leviticus 26:13 I am the Lord your God, who took you out of the land of Egypt so that you might not be servants to them; by me the cords of your yoke were broken and I made you go upright.	Lévitique 26:13 Je suis l`Éternel, votre Dieu, qui vous ai fait sortir du pays d`Égypte, qui vous ai tirés de la servitude; j`ai brisé les liens de votre joug, et je vous ai fait marcher la tête levée.
Leviticus 26:14 But if you do not give ear to me, and do not keep all these my laws;	Lévitique 26:14 Mais si vous ne m`écoutez point et ne mettez point en pratique tous ces commandements,
Leviticus 26:15 And if you go against my rules and if you have hate in your souls for my decisions and you do not do all my orders, but go against my agreement;	Lévitique 26:15 si vous méprisez mes lois, et si votre âme a en horreur mes ordonnances, en sorte que vous ne pratiquiez point tous mes commandements et que vous rompiez mon alliance,
Leviticus 26:16 This will I do to you: I will put fear in your hearts, even wasting disease and burning pain, drying up the eyes and making the soul feeble, and you will get no profit from your seed, for your haters will take it for food.	Lévitique 26:16 voici alors ce que je vous ferai. J`enverrai sur vous la terreur, la consomption et la fièvre, qui rendront vos yeux languissants et votre âme souffrante; et vous sèmerez en vain vos semences: vos ennemis les dévoreront.
Leviticus 26:17 And my face will be turned from you, and you will be broken before those who are against you, and your haters will become your rulers, and you will go in flight when no man comes after you.	Lévitique 26:17 Je tournerai ma face contre vous, et vous serez battus devant vos ennemis; ceux qui vous haïssent domineront sur vous, et vous fuirez sans que l`on vous poursuive.
Leviticus 26:18 And if, even after these things, you will not give ear to me, then I will send you punishment seven times more for your sins.	Lévitique 26:18 Si, malgré cela, vous ne m`écoutez point, je vous châtierai sept fois plus pour vos péchés.
Leviticus 26:19 And the pride of your strength will be broken, and I will make your heaven as iron and your earth as brass;	Lévitique 26:19 Je briserai l`orgueil de votre force, je rendrai votre ciel comme du fer, et votre terre comme de l`airain.
Leviticus 26:20 And your strength will be used up without profit; for your land will not give her increase and the trees of the field will not give their fruit.	Lévitique 26:20 Votre force s`épuisera inutilement, votre terre ne donnera pas ses produits, et les arbres de la terre ne donneront pas leurs fruits.
Leviticus 26:21 And if you still go against me and will not give ear to me, I will put seven times more punishments on you because of your sins.	Lévitique 26:21 Si vous me résistez et ne voulez point m`écouter, je vous frapperai sept fois plus selon vos péchés.
Leviticus 26:22 I will let loose the beasts of the field among you, and they will take away your children and send destruction on your cattle, so that your numbers will become small and your roads become waste.	Lévitique 26:22 J`enverrai contre vous les animaux des champs, qui vous priveront de vos enfants, qui détruiront votre bétail, et qui vous réduiront à un petit nombre; et vos chemins seront déserts.
Leviticus 26:23 And if by these things you will not be turned to me, but still go against me;	Lévitique 26:23 Si ces châtiments ne vous corrigent point et si vous me résistez,
Leviticus 26:24 Then I will go against you, and I will give you punishment, I myself, seven times for all your sins.	Lévitique 26:24 je vous résisterai aussi et je vous frapperai sept fois plus pour vos péchés.
Leviticus 26:25 And I will send a sword on you to give effect to the punishment of my agreement; and when you come together into your towns I will send disease among you and you will be given up into the hands of your haters.	Lévitique 26:25 Je ferai venir contre vous l`épée, qui vengera mon alliance; quand vous vous rassemblerez dans vos villes, j`enverrai la peste au milieu de vous, et vous serez livrés aux mains de l`ennemi.
Leviticus 26:26 When I take away your bread of life, ten women will be cooking bread in one oven, and your bread will be measured out by weight; you will have food but never enough.	Lévitique 26:26 Lorsque je vous briserai le bâton du pain, dix femmes cuiront votre pain dans un seul four et rapporteront votre pain au poids; vous mangerez, et vous ne serez point rassasiés.
Leviticus 26:27 And if, after all this, you do not give ear to me, but go against me still,	Lévitique 26:27 Si, malgré cela, vous ne m`écoutez point et si vous me résistez,
Leviticus 26:28 Then my wrath will be burning against you, and I will give you punishment, I myself, seven times for your sins.	Lévitique 26:28 je vous résisterai aussi avec fureur et je vous châtierai sept fois plus pour vos péchés.
Leviticus 26:29 Then you will take the flesh of your sons and the flesh of your daughters for food;	Lévitique 26:29 Vous mangerez la chair de vos fils, et vous mangerez la chair de vos filles.
Leviticus 26:30 And I will send destruction on your high places, overturning your perfume altars, and will put your dead bodies on your broken images, and my soul will be turned from you in disgust.	Lévitique 26:30 Je détruirai vos hauts lieux, j`abattrai vos statues consacrées au soleil, je mettrai vos cadavres sur les cadavres de vos idoles, et mon âme vous aura en horreur.
Leviticus 26:31 And I will make your towns waste and send destruction on your holy places; I will take no pleasure in the smell of your sweet perfumes;	Lévitique 26:31 Je réduirai vos villes en déserts, je ravagerai vos sanctuaires, et je ne respirerai plus l`odeur agréable de vos parfums.
Leviticus 26:32 And I will make your land a waste, a wonder to your haters living in it.	Lévitique 26:32 Je dévasterai le pays, et vos ennemis qui l`habiteront en seront stupéfaits.
Leviticus 26:33 And I will send you out in all directions among the nations, and my sword will be uncovered against you, and your land will be without any living thing, and your towns will be made waste.	Lévitique 26:33 Je vous disperserai parmi les nations et je tirerai l`épée après vous. Votre pays sera dévasté, et vos villes seront désertes.
Leviticus 26:34 Then will the land take pleasure in its Sabbaths while it is waste and you are living in the land of your haters; then will the land have rest.	Lévitique 26:34 Alors le pays jouira de ses sabbats, tout le temps qu`il sera dévasté et que vous serez dans le pays de vos ennemis; alors le pays se reposera, et jouira de ses sabbats.
Leviticus 26:35 All the days while it is waste will the land have rest, such rest as it never had in your Sabbaths, when you were living in it.	Lévitique 26:35 Tout le temps qu`il sera dévasté, il aura le repos qu`il n`avait pas eu dans vos sabbats, tandis que vous l`habitiez.
Leviticus 26:36 And as for the rest of you, I will make their hearts feeble in the land of their haters, and the sound of a leaf moved by the wind will send them in flight, and they will go in flight as from the sword, falling down when no one comes after them;	Lévitique 26:36 Je rendrai pusillanime le coeur de ceux d`entre vous qui survivront, dans les pays de leurs ennemis; le bruit d`une feuille agitée les poursuivra; ils fuiront comme on fuit devant l`épée, et ils tomberont sans qu`on les poursuive.
Leviticus 26:37 Falling on one another, as before the sword, when no one comes after them; you will give way before your haters.	Lévitique 26:37 Ils se renverseront les uns sur les autres comme devant l`épée, sans qu`on les poursuive. Vous ne subsisterez point en présence de vos ennemis;
Leviticus 26:38 And death will overtake you among strange nations, and the land of your haters will be your destruction.	Lévitique 26:38 vous périrez parmi les nations, et le pays de vos ennemis vous dévorera.
Leviticus 26:39 And those of you who are still living will be wasting away in their sins in the land of your haters; in the sins of their fathers they will be wasting away.	Lévitique 26:39 Ceux d`entre vous qui survivront seront frappés de langueur pour leurs iniquités, dans les pays de leurs ennemis; ils seront aussi frappés de langueur pour les iniquités de leurs pères.
Leviticus 26:40 And they will have grief for their sins and for the sins of their fathers, when their hearts were untrue to me, and they went against me;	Lévitique 26:40 Ils confesseront leurs iniquités et les iniquités de leurs pères, les transgressions qu`ils ont commises envers moi, et la résistance qu`ils m`ont opposée,
Leviticus 26:41 So that I went against them and sent them away into the land of their haters: if then the pride of their hearts is broken and they take the punishment of their sins,	Lévitique 26:41 péchés à cause desquels moi aussi je leur résisterai et les mènerai dans le pays de leurs ennemis. Et alors leur coeur incirconcis s`humiliera, et ils paieront la dette de leurs iniquités.
Leviticus 26:42 Then I will keep in mind the agreement which I made with Jacob and with Isaac and with Abraham, and I will keep in mind the land.	Lévitique 26:42 Je me souviendrai de mon alliance avec Jacob, je me souviendrai de mon alliance avec Isaac et de mon alliance avec Abraham, et je me souviendrai du pays.
Leviticus 26:43 And the land, while she is without them, will keep her Sabbaths; and they will undergo the punishment of their sins, because they were turned away from my decisions and in their souls was hate for my laws.	Lévitique 26:43 Le pays sera abandonné par eux, et il jouira de ses sabbats pendant qu`il restera dévasté loin d`eux; et ils paieront la dette de leurs iniquités, parce qu`ils ont méprisé mes ordonnances et que leur âme a eu mes lois en horreur.
Leviticus 26:44 But for all that, when they are in the land of their haters I will not let them go, or be turned away from them, or give them up completely; my agreement with them will not be broken, for I am the Lord their God.	Lévitique 26:44 Mais, lorsqu`ils seront dans le pays de leurs ennemis, je ne les rejetterai pourtant point, et je ne les aurai point en horreur jusqu`à les exterminer, jusqu`à rompre mon alliance avec eux; car je suis l`Éternel, leur Dieu.
Leviticus 26:45 And because of them I will keep in mind the agreement which I made with their fathers, whom I took out of the land of Egypt before the eyes of the nations, to be their God: I am the Lord.	Lévitique 26:45 Je me souviendrai en leur faveur de l`ancienne alliance, par laquelle je les ai fait sortir du pays d`Égypte, aux yeux des nations, pour être leur Dieu. Je suis l`Éternel.
Leviticus 26:46 These are the rules, decisions, and laws, which the Lord made between himself and the children of Israel in Mount Sinai, by the hand of Moses.	Lévitique 26:46 Tels sont les statuts, les ordonnances et les lois, que l`Éternel établit entre lui et les enfants d`Israël, sur la montagne de Sinaï, par Moïse.
