Hosea 9	Osée 9
Hosea 9:1 Have no joy, O Israel, and do not be glad like the nations; for you have been untrue to your God; your desire has been for the loose woman's reward on every grain-floor.	Osée 9:1 Israël, ne te livre pas à la joie, à l`allégresse, comme les peuples, De ce que tu t`es prostitué en abandonnant l`Éternel, De ce que tu as aimé un salaire impur dans toutes les aires à blé!
Hosea 9:2 The grain-floor and the place where the grapes are crushed will not give them food; there will be no new wine for them.	Osée 9:2 L`aire et le pressoir ne les nourriront pas, Et le moût leur fera défaut.
Hosea 9:3 They will have no resting-place in the Lord's land, but Ephraim will go back to Egypt, and they will take unclean food in Assyria.	Osée 9:3 Ils ne resteront pas dans le pays de l`Éternel; Éphraïm retournera en Égypte, Et ils mangeront en Assyrie des aliments impurs.
Hosea 9:4 They will give no wine offering to the Lord, they will not make offerings ready for him; their bread will be like the bread of those in sorrow; all who take it will be unclean, because their bread will be only for their desire, it will not come into the house of the Lord.	Osée 9:4 Ils ne feront pas à l`Éternel des libations de vin: Elles ne lui seraient point agréables. Leurs sacrifices seront pour eux comme un pain de deuil; Tous ceux qui en mangeront se rendront impurs; Car leur pain ne sera que pour eux, Il n`entrera point dans la maison de l`Éternel.
Hosea 9:5 What will you do on the day of worship, and on the day of the feast of the Lord?	Osée 9:5 Que ferez-vous aux jours solennels, Aux jours des fêtes de l`Éternel?
Hosea 9:6 For see, they are going away into Assyria; Egypt will get them together, Memphis will be their last resting-place; their fair silver vessels will be covered over with field plants, and thorns will come up in their tents.	Osée 9:6 Car voici, ils partent à cause de la dévastation; L`Égypte les recueillera, Moph leur donnera des sépulcres; Ce qu`ils ont de précieux, leur argent, sera la proie des ronces, Et les épines croîtront dans leurs tentes.
Hosea 9:7 The days of punishment, the days of reward are come; Israel will be put to shame; the prophet is foolish, the man who has the spirit is off his head, because of your great sin.	Osée 9:7 Ils arrivent, les jours du châtiment, Ils arrivent, les jours de la rétribution: Israël va l`éprouver! Le prophète est fou, l`homme inspiré a le délire, A cause de la grandeur de tes iniquités et de tes rébellions.
Hosea 9:8 There is great hate against the watchman of Ephraim, the people of my God; as for the prophet, there is a net in all his ways, and hate in the house of his God.	Osée 9:8 Éphraïm est une sentinelle contre mon Dieu; Le prophète... un filet d`oiseleur est sur toutes ses voies, Un ennemi dans la maison de son Dieu.
Hosea 9:9 They have gone deep in evil as in the days of Gibeah; he will keep in mind their wrongdoing, he will give them punishment for their sins.	Osée 9:9 Ils sont plongés dans la corruption, comme aux jours de Guibea; L`Éternel se souviendra de leur iniquité, Il punira leurs péchés.
Hosea 9:10 I made discovery of Israel as of grapes in the waste land; I saw your fathers as the first-fruits of the fig-tree in her early fruit time; but they came to Baal-peor, and made themselves holy to the thing of shame, and became disgusting like that to which they gave their love.	Osée 9:10 J`ai trouvé Israël comme des raisins dans le désert, J`ai vu vos pères comme les premiers fruits d`un figuier; Mais ils sont allés vers Baal Peor, Ils se sont consacrés à l`infâme idole, Et ils sont devenus abominables comme l`objet de leur amour.
Hosea 9:11 As for Ephraim, their glory will go in flight like a bird: there will be no birth and no one with child and no giving of life.	Osée 9:11 La gloire d`Éphraïm s`envolera comme un oiseau: Plus de naissance, plus de grossesse, plus de conception.
Hosea 9:12 Even though their children have come to growth I will take them away, so that not a man will be there; for their evil-doing will be complete and they will be put to shame because of it.	Osée 9:12 S`ils élèvent leurs enfants, Je les en priverai avant qu`ils soient des hommes; Et malheur à eux, quand je les abandonnerai!
Hosea 9:13 As I have seen a beast whose young have been taken from her, so Ephraim will give birth to children only for them to be put to death.	Osée 9:13 Éphraïm, aussi loin que portent mes regards du côté de Tyr, Est planté dans un lieu agréable; Mais Éphraïm mènera ses enfants vers celui qui les tuera.
Hosea 9:14 O Lord, what will you give them? Give them bodies which may not give birth and breasts without milk.	Osée 9:14 Donne-leur, ô Éternel!... Que leur donneras-tu?... Donne-leur un sein qui avorte et des mamelles desséchées!
Hosea 9:15 All their evil-doing is in Gilgal; there I had hate for them; because of their evil-doing I will send them out of my house; they will no longer be dear to me; all their rulers are uncontrolled.	Osée 9:15 Toute leur méchanceté se montre à Guilgal; C`est là que je les ai pris en aversion. A cause de la malice de leurs oeuvres, Je les chasserai de ma maison. Je ne les aimerai plus; Tous leurs chefs sont des rebelles.
Hosea 9:16 The rod has come on Ephraim, their root is dry, let them have no fruit; even though they give birth, I will put to death the dearest fruit of their bodies.	Osée 9:16 Éphraïm est frappé, sa racine est devenue sèche; Ils ne porteront plus de fruit; Et s`ils ont des enfants, Je ferai périr les objets de leur tendresse.
Hosea 9:17 My God will give them up because they did not give ear to him; they will be wandering among the nations.	Osée 9:17 Mon Dieu les rejettera, parce qu`ils ne l`ont pas écouté, Et ils seront errants parmi les nations.
