Ezekiel 22:1 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,	Ezéchiel 22:1 La parole de l`Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:
Ezekiel 22:2 And you, son of man, will you be a judge, will you be a judge of the town of blood? then make clear to her all her disgusting ways.	Ezéchiel 22:2 Et toi, fils de l`homme, jugeras-tu, jugeras-tu la ville sanguinaire? Fais-lui connaître toutes ses abominations!
Ezekiel 22:3 And you are to say, This is what the Lord has said: A town causing blood to be drained out in her streets so that her time may come, and making images in her to make her unclean!	Ezéchiel 22:3 Tu diras: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l`Éternel: Ville qui répands le sang au milieu de toi, pour que ton jour arrive, et qui te fais des idoles pour te souiller!
Ezekiel 22:4 You are responsible for the blood drained out by you, and you are unclean through the images which you have made; and you have made your day come near, and the time of your judging has come; for this cause I have made you a name of shame to the nations and a cause of laughing to all countries.	Ezéchiel 22:4 Tu es coupable à cause du sang que tu as répandu, et tu t`es souillée par les idoles que tu as faites. Tu as ainsi avancé tes jours, et tu es parvenue au terme de tes années. C`est pourquoi je te rends un objet d`opprobre pour les nations et de moquerie pour tous les pays.
Ezekiel 22:5 Those who are near and those who are far from you will make sport of you; your name is unclean, you are full of sounds of fear.	Ezéchiel 22:5 Ceux qui sont près et ceux qui sont au loin se moqueront de toi, qui es souillée de réputation et pleine de trouble.
Ezekiel 22:6 See, the rulers of Israel, every one in his family, have been causing death in you.	Ezéchiel 22:6 Voici, au dedans de toi, tous les princes d`Israël usent de leur force pour répandre le sang;
Ezekiel 22:7 In you they have had no respect for father and mother; in you they have been cruel to the man from a strange land; in you they have done wrong to the child without a father and to the widow.	Ezéchiel 22:7 au dedans de toi, l`on méprise père et mère, on maltraite l`étranger, on opprime l`orphelin et la veuve.
Ezekiel 22:8 You have made little of my holy things, and have made my Sabbaths unclean.	Ezéchiel 22:8 Tu dédaignes mes sanctuaires, tu profanes mes sabbats.
Ezekiel 22:9 In you there are men who say evil of others, causing death; in you they have taken the flesh with the blood for food; in your streets they have put evil designs into effect.	Ezéchiel 22:9 Il y a chez toi des calomniateurs pour répandre le sang; chez toi, l`on mange sur les montagnes; on commet le crime dans ton sein.
Ezekiel 22:10 In you they have let the shame of their fathers be seen; in you they have done wrong to a woman at the time when she was unclean.	Ezéchiel 22:10 Au milieu de toi, on découvre la nudité du père; au milieu de toi, on fait violence à la femme pendant son impureté.
Ezekiel 22:11 And in you one man has done what was disgusting with his neighbour's wife; and another has made his daughter-in-law unclean; and another has done wrong to his sister, his father's daughter.	Ezéchiel 22:11 Au milieu de toi, chacun se livre à des abominations avec la femme de son prochain, chacun se souille par l`inceste avec sa belle-fille, chacun déshonore sa soeur, fille de son père.
Ezekiel 22:12 In you they have taken rewards as the price of blood; you have taken interest and great profits, and you have taken away your neighbours' goods by force, and have not kept me in mind, says the Lord.	Ezéchiel 22:12 Chez toi, l`on reçoit des présents pour répandre le sang: tu exiges un intérêt et une usure, tu dépouilles ton prochain par la violence, et moi, tu m`oublies, dit le Seigneur, l`Éternel.
Ezekiel 22:13 See, then, I have made my hands come together in wrath against your taking of goods by force and against the blood which has been flowing in you.	Ezéchiel 22:13 Voici, je frappe des mains à cause de la cupidité que tu as eue, et du sang qui a été répandu au milieu de toi.
Ezekiel 22:14 Will your heart be high or your hands strong in the days when I take you in hand? I the Lord have said it and will do it.	Ezéchiel 22:14 Ton coeur sera-t-il ferme, tes mains auront-elles de la force dans les jours où j`agirai contre toi? Moi, l`Éternel, j`ai parlé, et j`agirai.
Ezekiel 22:15 And I will send you in flight among the nations and wandering among the countries; and I will completely take away out of you everything which is unclean.	Ezéchiel 22:15 Je te disperserai parmi les nations, je te répandrai en divers pays, et je ferai disparaître ton impureté du milieu de toi.
Ezekiel 22:16 And you will be made low before the eyes of the nations; and it will be clear to you that I am the Lord.	Ezéchiel 22:16 Tu seras souillée par toi-même aux yeux des nations, et tu sauras que je suis l`Éternel.
Ezekiel 22:17 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,	Ezéchiel 22:17 La parole de l`Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:
Ezekiel 22:18 Son of man, the children of Israel have become like the poorest sort of waste metal to me: they are all silver and brass and tin and iron and lead mixed with waste.	Ezéchiel 22:18 Fils de l`homme, la maison d`Israël est devenue pour moi comme des scories; ils sont tous de l`airain, de l`étain, du fer, du plomb, dans le creuset; ce sont des scories d`argent.
Ezekiel 22:19 For this cause the Lord has said: Because you have all become waste metal, see, I will get you together inside Jerusalem.	Ezéchiel 22:19 C`est pourquoi ainsi parle le Seigneur, l`Éternel: Parce que vous êtes tous devenus comme des scories, voici, je vous rassemblerai au milieu de Jérusalem.
Ezekiel 22:20 As they put silver and brass and iron and lead and tin together inside the oven, heating up the fire on it to make it soft; so will I get you together in my wrath and in my passion, and, heating the fire with my breath, will make you soft.	Ezéchiel 22:20 Comme on rassemble l`argent, l`airain, le fer, le plomb et l`étain, dans le creuset, et qu`on souffle le feu pour les fondre, ainsi je vous rassemblerai dans ma colère et dans ma fureur, et je vous mettrai au creuset pour vous fondre.
Ezekiel 22:21 Yes, I will take you, breathing on you the fire of my wrath, and you will become soft in it.	Ezéchiel 22:21 Je vous rassemblerai, et je soufflerai contre vous avec le feu de ma fureur; et vous serez fondus au milieu de Jérusalem.
Ezekiel 22:22 As silver becomes soft in the oven, so you will become soft in it; and you will be certain that I the Lord have let loose my passion on you.	Ezéchiel 22:22 Comme l`argent fond dans le creuset, ainsi vous serez fondus au milieu d`elle. Et vous saurez que moi, l`Éternel, j`ai répandu ma fureur sur vous.
Ezekiel 22:23 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,	Ezéchiel 22:23 La parole de l`Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:
Ezekiel 22:24 Son of man, say to her, You are a land on which no rain or thunderstorm has come in the day of wrath.	Ezéchiel 22:24 Fils de l`homme, dis à Jérusalem: Tu es une terre qui n`est pas purifiée, qui n`est pas arrosée de pluie au jour de la colère.
Ezekiel 22:25 Her rulers in her are like a loud-voiced lion violently taking his food; they have made a meal of souls; they have taken wealth and valued property; they have made great the number of widows in her.	Ezéchiel 22:25 Ses prophètes conspirent dans son sein; comme des lions rugissants qui déchirent leur proie, ils dévorent les âmes, ils s`emparent des richesses et des choses précieuses, ils multiplient les veuves au milieu d`elle.
Ezekiel 22:26 Her priests have been acting violently against my law; they have made my holy things unclean: they have made no division between what is holy and what is common, and they have not made it clear that the unclean is different from the clean, and their eyes have been shut to my Sabbaths, and I am not honoured among them.	Ezéchiel 22:26 Ses sacrificateurs violent ma loi et profanent mes sanctuaires, ils ne distinguent pas ce qui est saint de ce qui est profane, ils ne font pas connaître la différence entre ce qui est impur et ce qui est pur, ils détournent les yeux de mes sabbats, et je suis profané au milieu d`eux.
Ezekiel 22:27 Her rulers in her are like wolves violently taking their food; putting men to death and causing the destruction of souls, so that they may get their profit.	Ezéchiel 22:27 Ses chefs sont dans son sein comme des loups qui déchirent leur proie; ils répandent le sang, perdent les âmes, pour assouvir leur cupidité.
Ezekiel 22:28 And her prophets have been using whitewash, seeing foolish visions and making false use of secret arts, saying, This is what the Lord has said, when the Lord has said nothing.	Ezéchiel 22:28 Et ses prophètes ont pour eux des enduits de plâtre, de vaines visions, des oracles menteurs; ils disent: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l`Éternel! Et l`Éternel ne leur a point parlé.
Ezekiel 22:29 The people of the land have been acting cruelly, taking men's goods by force; they have been hard on the poor and those in need, and have done wrong to the man from a strange land.	Ezéchiel 22:29 Le peuple du pays se livre à la violence, commet des rapines, opprime le malheureux et l`indigent, foule l`étranger contre toute justice.
Ezekiel 22:30 And I was looking for a man among them who would make up the wall and take his station in the broken place before me for the land, so that I might not send destruction on it: but there was no one.	Ezéchiel 22:30 Je cherche parmi eux un homme qui élève un mur, qui se tienne à la brèche devant moi en faveur du pays, afin que je ne le détruise pas; mais je n`en trouve point.
Ezekiel 22:31 And I let loose my passion on them, and have put an end to them in the fire of my wrath: I have made the punishment of their ways come on their heads, says the Lord.	Ezéchiel 22:31 Je répandrai sur eux ma fureur, je les consumerai par le feu de ma colère, je ferai retomber leurs oeuvres sur leur tête, dit le Seigneur, l`Éternel.
