Psalms 144:1 A Psalm. Of David. Praise be to the God of my strength, teaching my hands the use of the sword, and my fingers the art of fighting:	詩篇 144:1 〔 大 衛 的 詩 。 〕 耶 和 華 我 的 磐 石 、 是 應 當 稱 頌 的 ． 他 教 導 我 的 手 爭 戰 、 教 導 我 的 指 頭 打 仗 。
Psalms 144:2 He is my strength, and my Rock; my high tower, and my saviour; my keeper and my hope: he gives me authority over my people.	詩篇 144:2 他 是 我 慈 愛 的 主 、 我 的 山 寨 、 我 的 高 臺 、 我 的 救 主 、 我 的 盾 牌 、 是 我 所 投 靠 的 ． 他 使 我 的 百 姓 服 在 我 以 下 。
Psalms 144:3 Lord, what is man, that you keep him in mind? or the son of man that you take him into account?	詩篇 144:3 耶 和 華 阿 、 人 算 甚 麼 、 你 竟 認 識 他 ． 世 人 算 甚 麼 、 你 竟 顧 念 他 。
Psalms 144:4 Man is like a breath: his life is like a shade which is quickly gone.	詩篇 144:4 人 好 像 一 口 氣 ． 他 的 年 日 如 同 影 兒 快 快 過 去 。
Psalms 144:5 Come down, O Lord, from your heavens: at your touch let the mountains give out smoke.	詩篇 144:5 耶 和 華 阿 、 求 你 使 天 下 垂 、 親 自 降 臨 ． 摸 山 、 山 就 冒 煙 。
Psalms 144:6 With your storm-flames send them in flight: send out your arrows for their destruction.	詩篇 144:6 求 你 發 出 閃 電 、 使 他 們 四 散 ． 射 出 你 的 箭 、 使 他 們 擾 亂 。
Psalms 144:7 Put out your hand from on high; make me free, take me safely out of the great waters, and out of the hands of strange men;	詩篇 144:7 求 你 從 上 伸 手 救 拔 我 、 救 我 出 離 大 水 、 救 我 脫 離 外 邦 人 的 手 。
Psalms 144:8 In whose mouths are false words, and whose right hand is a right hand of deceit.	詩篇 144:8 他 們 的 口 說 謊 話 、 他 們 的 右 手 起 假 誓 。
Psalms 144:9 I will make a new song to you, O God; I will make melody to you on an instrument of ten cords.	詩篇 144:9 　 神 阿 、 我 要 向 你 唱 新 歌 ． 用 十 絃 瑟 向 你 歌 頌 。
Psalms 144:10 It is God who gives salvation to kings; and who kept his servant David from the wounding sword.	詩篇 144:10 你 是 那 拯 救 君 王 的 ． 你 是 那 救 僕 人 大 衛 脫 離 害 命 之 刀 的 。
Psalms 144:11 Make me free, and take me out of the hands of strange men, in whose mouths are false words, and whose right hand is a right hand of deceit.	詩篇 144:11 求 你 救 拔 我 、 救 我 脫 離 外 邦 人 的 手 ． 他 們 的 口 說 謊 話 、 他 們 的 右 手 起 假 誓 。
Psalms 144:12 Our sons are like tall young plants; and our daughters like the shining stones of a king's house;	詩篇 144:12 我 們 的 兒 子 、 從 幼 年 好 像 樹 栽 子 長 大 、 我 們 的 女 兒 、 如 同 殿 角 石 、 是 按 建 宮 的 樣 式 鑿 成 的 。
Psalms 144:13 Our store-houses are full of all good things; and our sheep give birth to thousands and ten thousands in our fields.	詩篇 144:13 我 們 的 倉 盈 滿 、 能 出 各 樣 的 糧 食 、 我 們 的 羊 、 在 田 間 孳 生 千 萬 ．
Psalms 144:14 Our oxen are well weighted down; our cows give birth safely; there is no going out, and there is no cry of sorrow in our open places.	詩篇 144:14 我 們 的 牛 馱 著 滿 馱 、 沒 有 人 闖 進 來 搶 奪 、 也 沒 有 人 出 去 爭 戰 、 我 們 的 街 市 上 、 也 沒 有 哭 號 的 聲 音 ．
Psalms 144:15 Happy is the nation whose ways are so ordered: yes, happy is the nation whose God is the Lord.	詩篇 144:15 遇 見 這 光 景 的 百 姓 、 便 為 有 福 ． 有 耶 和 華 為 他 們 的 　 神 、 這 百 姓 便 為 有 福 。
